Located in what most people would consider more of an industrial part of town, Gig Harbor Brewing sits neatly on the corner of Alder and S. Tacoma Way. Talking with the owners son (family owned, family operated), he said the location is what they wanted. Come quittin time at all the large local businesses they have one close brewery to go to. There main focus is bottling beer, and the tap room is an added bonus. It's a simplistic tap room with a neo-rustic feel. Two large screen TV's , shuffleboard table and an ample supply of board games are available. At this time in Jan 2017 all of their beers are $5, and a 3 beer sample tray (='s 12oz) is $5 as well. Growler fills are available with a bonus punch card if you fill growlers. The address is 3120 S. Treos supports live music in many ways. This is the mr . blackwatch Show playing on a Tuesday night. Usually on the weekends they have live music & & June kicked off their weekly Wednesday Summer Concert Series from 6:30-8:30. Treos offers food, coffe, tea, wine & beer. It's a coffee shop so children are welcome. They also have Tuesday Trivia, Wednesday Open Mic. They offer all this free ( well, not the food and beverages).
