The First Collection, from the mind of Teshelle Combs... so far. (Publishing order, I read them out of order and still made sense minor spoilers/confusion from things mentioned - but you only know they are spoilers if you then read the other books.

My reading order: flame, dryad 1, dryad 2, breath, stone, nymph.)

I love this series so far, each book is a stand-alone (other than dryad 1&2) set in the same world. Dystopian romance type stuff.

Love it so much I decided to pay shipping from the friken US to get signed copies rather than getting free delivery (and cheaper books) from Prime.

If anyone is looking to support an indie author, i recommend these books!

Finished The First Muse

Review: (non spoiler)

I was given an ARC of this book, my review is honest and voluntary.

Why? Why does Tess do this to us? One minute we fall in love with a character, then something happens that makes loving this character suck. And then she does it again in a different way. It's mean is what it is!  Does that mean I didn't like this book? Nope. Still loved it, and can't wait to see where she takes us next.

The First Muse is the 7th book in the First Collection, set after the rest of the books (not published in time order) this needs to be read after Breath but doesn't really need any others read for understanding (although it could be helpful). This is a 2nd chance at love story, mixed with a sort of arranged marriage.
