No carb crab pasta
Carb cravings satisfied, without the carbs -

Serves 2
You’ll need...
2 packets, slim pasta fettucini (konjac noodles)
1/2 tub (~175g) tomato and mascarpone sauce
1/2 to 1 cup parmesan reggiano
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 can jumbo lump crab meat
1 tbsp pepper
30g to 50g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pot of boiling salted water
Let’s get cooking...
Rinse slim pasta and boil in salted water.
Meanwhile, add olive oil and butter in a pan, and fry garlic, chilli flakes and pepper until golden brown.
Drain slim pasta and add to the pan.
Add parmesan cheese and mix in with slim pasta and garlic mixture until combined.
Add tomato and mascarpone sauce and mix again.
Add lump crab meat with approx 1 tsp of the juice with the pasta.
Once all heated and mixed through, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with garnish of whatever you like (chopped parsley, squeeze of lemon, spring onions etc, more parmesan cheese). Enjoy!
