Live shave yesterday with the hosers from the @canadianmafiashow ! Everyone used HCC gear and gave our thoughts.. spoiler alert: it was a phenomenal shave. I really dig the Mahogany scent! Surprisingly fresh 👍🏼 I tried a $0.50 shavette and maaaaan, I'm not doing that again lol. To be fair, this was meant to be a barber's tool. It does its job but there's nothing fun about it BC you're concentrating on not gashing up your face lol. Trusty T3 whipping up the lather! #syntheticbrushweek @bbs.live The performance on WK stuff is excellent but unfortunately this particular scent is not for me. Starts off with an kinda bitter orange peel creamsicle vibe followed by some dark characteriscs that are a little all over the place. Most of the scent action is in the splash, the tub has some base funk to it that my King of Bourbon did not. Guess that's why it was on sale lol. New hair removal tool in the den from Turkey! The Zazor shavette razor! Longer handle than the Razorine, I'll be testing all week. Best part is the price, it's like $5 plus shipping. Shaved great and milder than I expected. Thank you @realcdb for the recommendation! Yeah that's PAA Grove for me, lemony citrus opening on top of a mellow green-ish base scent. Semi-matched with Campania balm. Lathered beautifully with my Maritime brush w/ Oumo 5th gen synth 30mm. The Zazor shavette is a pleasure to use, mild razor, thin and nimble. #syntheticbrushweek @bbs.live First go with Frenchman St, it's supposed to smell like Jazz Club but to my nose it comes up really muted and meh. It's not a bad scent but Jazz Club is a GOAT phenomenal scent. Performance is good on the Crowne & Crane and it's priced good too. Went with a Mojo brush and the Zazor shavette again. I'm getting familiar with it now relative to some of its competitors. The Zazor is the mildest, least efficient out of the bunch but is also the cheapest (not including shipping). So mild razor lovers that want to try something different, look into a Zazor!
