the be honest meme.   aka things you lowkey want to talk about but don’t because you don’t know how to bring it up. send me a number and i’ll tell you the honest truth. either a simple yes or no answer or a detailed response.

Caution: The following rant is not for everyone. I am bluntly honest, a bit of a salty sarcastic bitch and it may hurt the sensitivity of any sensitive person. Also know that is not directed at anyone, just the snowflake ™ part off the community, so if anyone can relate to it/identify themselves within this post in some shape or form, I won’t take the responsibility and do hope that you take it as some sort of advice rather than an attack. 

This can be a controversial opinion, but the typical snowflake excuses as such as:“I’m so sHyyyyyy, so that’s why I don’t make replies or approach when following, but it won’t mean I won’t want to rp or “Roleplaying is not a race, so take your time to reply (this one is to be taken with a grain of salt, but we all know some use this as the excuse to be months without replies apart from a selective few...)

and also all those posts snowflakes make about how the other people not included in their snowflake group are the ones ignoring people and how back in the days the community used to be soOoOo much better...

I get that it can be scary to approach someone, that there are sometimes experiences that can make people lose their courage to approach when wanting to roleplay and that this is definitely not a race. Just because I for example am a very fast roleplayer, doesn’t mean at all, that all people have the need to reply every single day or every single minute, but get this: Also following someone without telling them a thing won’t get you to roleplay with them as it’s not their obligation to approach you when you were the one to follow. If you want to and really meant to, you should be able to take that step and that’s why I won’t even bother unless new blogs following catch my attention, because I will right out the bat have the impression that if you don’t even take a minute out of your day to approach, you might also be one to ignore my replies and I honestly don’t like to start and put my heart to something that will end up rather quickly and into people that don’t care as much as I might.

Then, when it comes to speed, I agree that this isn’t at all a race and if people need a time out or have reasons ooc to stay away or be slow, it’s obviously understandable. I also follow a couple of dead blogs and people that only reply once in a full moon because there is a need to or people just don’t like to be here on a daily basis and it’s okay, but what I don’t tolerate is when people use this excuse as some sort of protection just in order to slack.I’m sorry but the time you out this front of being so slow and always excuse yourself for the lack of replies, just so you can go on and keep going with your faves, I will drop and once realizing that you’re out somewhere else in another blog doing mumu’s or whatever and ignoring others, I will drop as well. Because no one’s obligated as well to be another’s safety net for boredom. It’s not after 4 months + that I’ll have the interest to read and get back to your reply unless you were inactive or have a good excuse. It makes people feel used, ignored anxious at times as well, seeing that some alike me might start to wonder if what we gave you was even good enough to start with, or else you would had have more interest.

To complete the rant, I would like to also address the usual snowflake posts swimming around in more detail.I can’t really comment for the roleplay community within tumblr as I am rather fresh, been only about 3 years here, but one thing I know. People that refuse to play this game aren’t the problem.People making the excuses, hiding behind all these posts and making themselves look like the good guy are the ones that should really stop what they are doing and evaluate their actions. Because nothing will get really better unless all we practice what we preach.

Fine dining, gambling and slave trading are among some of the most popular pastimes on Aivu, where certain species or pets can be bought for small fortunes. Among the many high powered corporations that call it home, Synthenix stands out for their highly customisable options for android and cyborg wares. They primarily create aesthetic and cosmetic upgrades for multiple species, but are best known for their extensive choice of androids. These often find their way into the trading rings for being convincing replicas or even upgraded versions of some of the most popular species for sale.

If you fall out of favour in the high-powered rings of celebrities, it’s not uncommon to disappear and reappear somewhere much less glamorous… Say, in the bootleg fighting arenas of Cinixia. Cinixians make the most of it in the scrap-heaps — a good bet and a good bot could be your ticket off this shithole.

It’s no secret that the higher denizens of Aivu occasionally tune into the illegal fighting rings popular on Cinixia amongst the scrapper community. Some even deign to visit or watch it remotely if they enjoy betting on the matches. Bots and betting are the lifeblood of the moon; without it, they’d simply be a galactic dumping ground.

SPECIES: What you see here is the retrofitted shell of an official Synthenix Corporation Android. Built with luxury in mind, these androids are supposed to be a one-stop shop for premium personal service. You want a companion, entertainment, protection, a customisable escort, or all of the above? Synthenix has you covered.

They’re designed to be highly customisable, extremely user-friendly with a seamless and very convincingly realistic interface. The user is never without control though — all Synthenix androids have a built-in panic button and reset systems in case a machine ever goes rogue, or attempts to rebel. With an adaptive personality that responds to the user’s preferences and treatment, Synthenix machines should be anything you want them to be, but never upset the power balance between organic creatures and what they were designed to be.

There’s a lot of failed models and janky tests to get to that point of perfection and balance though… The scraps all get shunted off to Cinixia. June is a bootlegged Lapin Model, originally designed to be a versatile and highly functional product. Production of this line was stopped due to longevity issues. That’s nothing a bit of patchwork can’t fix though! Inspired by the bipedal Terrans and various other species, this colorful creation is one of the darker secrets of Cinixian battle-bots, and what happens when some of the most popular androids disappear from service. Her torso, upper arms and head all belong to the same original model. The rest of the body is shopped from different scrap sources, whose existence has been meticulously erased from living memory and records.

Batter Up! — June has pin-point accuracy thanks to those bionic eyes. Combine that with her bat, and she can ping just about any solid object with enough force to turn it into a bullet. Stones and shrapnel are her preferred striking choice.

Did’ja Hear That? — No tea or gossip is safe from this diva. Those ears are properly fitted with a microphone and speakers, which she can dial the sensitivity up or down on at will. Great for reconnaissance missions! Not so great for loud venues.  

Hackerman is in the BUILDING — June can interface with simplistic tech and short-circuit it with an electrical pulse. If the surge is too big or backfires though, it’ll put her out of commission for a bit too while she reboots.

Who that, who that? — June is able to replicate and impersonate voices and other sounds based on a short sound-clip. She needs a couple words to be able to generate new convincing content, and more reference is always better. It’s particularly handy in both the pop industry and the bounty hunting industry too.

I like both, because I now also have plenty of boys in my blog and am not that asshole that will refuse female blogs because girls are also adorable and have plenty of girls as well and know how it feels, but I do hold some reservation on my boys unless I feel like I can vibe with the other blog, due to bad past experiences. 

On here it’s easier to manage bad apples and people that try to take advantage and only come for my boys, but when I used to be on roleplay republic it wasn’t as easy for me to avoid getting my male muses into bad relationships and that is why I am always careful about them, but I do also feel more confident to play here as the other gender and so far so good. I’ve been able to let my imagination run and add plenty of male muses to my blog and keep them going, seeing that having a blog for ourselves and not being on one managed by admins where you play only one or two muses it’s easier, as bad apples can be refused or blocked away, if they get inactive, it won’t mean my muse will get erased as well and such.

An AU Idea For Our Muses: okay XD so ~~~ this is just sth i came up with this morning. but it goes like this ~ : AU rina and sooha got married and the first year of their marriage was great but then slowly within 2 years the magic went bye and everything went downhill. both ended up cheating on each other. and soon after one of them says that they want to divorce because they have another person in their life. huge fight ensues and indeed they break up. each goes to their new partners. and then! fast forward a year later. they see each other again on valentine’s day , they went on a date at the same restaurant. and saw each other again... rina’s boyfriend broke up with her at the restaurant and left , then sooha seeing her distraught he goes to her. probably the two still have feelings for each other than never really went away.  she tells him to go to his new woman and leave her alone. rina takes off to go take the bus home. he ends the date with his girlfriend and goes after her.  they go drinking instead xD ahahahaha ~ anyway ~ the rest you can guess

What I Think About The Mun: ahahahaha omg okay what i think about you. apart from the fact that i love you dearly since you are a super close friend to me. xD which is why i always am super honest and roast you when i think you need it lol XD. this mun is overenthusiastic, picky and has high standards ~ . i think that he is very passionate about yeongsu. he can turn every conversation i have with him into something about yeongsu and then into jimin’s new hair in her drama and how it is really bad and hopes the hair will grow longer soon. for the past 20 days i believe it has been an almost daily mention XD . lastly, i think he changes his mind way too much about his canon plots and it is best if he only tells me the final version of it.  additionally, i think that he is a smart nerdy boy with amazing stubbornness when it comes to giffing everything. i forgot how it was the first month of talking with him, but i think that i didn’t feel super comfy right off the bat. but i tried not to show it xD eventually w
