This system works on the principle of electromagnetic attraction forces. This system uses both electromagnet and permanent magnets to levitate, propel and control the pod. This type of transportation system was proposed in USA which is an ultrahigh speed transportation system in a vacuum medium with reduced air resistance and pressure. This ultra low pressure inside the tube causes problem for the passengers so we are solving this problem with the help of different methods for the safety of passengers due to the leakage problem.

Compact synchronous drive up to 2.2 kW for pump applications

  This synchronous motor delivers up to 2.2 kW in the 71 size category and is thus one of the most compact motors that can be employed for pump applications. Customer-specific electronic hardware and software adaptations can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively. All of the motors meet the requirements defined for the premium class in the energy efficiency guidelines. The main requirement was to develop a rugged compact drive. When selecting components and determining service life, “no compromises were made” as mentioned in a companies information.  The entire electronics can be easily removed from the motor and thus can be replaced directly on site as well. If the electronics are removed and implemented as a wall-mounted version, the motor can have a protection rating of up to IP67 and be used in especially challenging environmental conditions. The particularly distinctive modularity of the control electronics is new. Operation can easily be carried out via a keyboard with a graphical display, while the connection to a control unit is realized via 4 potential-free digital inputs and 2 analog (4-20 mA or 0-10 V) inputs. Integration into existing bus systems is possible at any time thanks to the RS485 serial interface with the Modbus RTU protocol. Customer requests, in terms of interfaces, operability and particular software functions, are easy to implement as well. There is already a wide variety of useful functions and diagnostic options available for pump applications. All drives have an active Power Factor Correction (PFC) for a single-phase mains supply and thus fulfill the requirements of the standards EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61800-3.
