When we moved into our old home on the Bellarine peninsula it had been left in a bit of a state. The previous owner removed the down pipes hoping the old girl would fall into disrepair and then demolish her and develop the land. Well Bruce all I have to say is that I may have gone 7 years without heating or a bathtub and endured that hideous excuse of a kitchen but this girl is having new life breathed into her and she should go another 120+ years. And this is the minor add on, our ensuite which is nearly finished. Just had the stained glass window fitted today. Love, love, love it.
