it actually took me a second to think but i believe syd hits the nixon peace signs whenever they find someone’s taking a picture of them

“And here we have the Birkin plant! I named him Terry. (:” Wendalyn said, picking up her watering can and pouring it onto the plant. She smiles warmly—Terry’s one of her favorites. Well, they’re all her favorite, but she’s had Terry for two years now.

“Sickkkk.” Syd replied, picking up a watering can as well, following suite. “What’s this one?” They said, pointing to a purple plant on the windowsill.

“Ah, that’s lavender! I keep some in here to use as a freshener in my drawers! That’s why I smell so lovely all the time. (:” Wendalyn said.

“Wait, you can use these as, like, budget perfume? Damnnnn.”

“Yes, you can! And it’s very affordable.”

“That’s really cool, man. And you care for all of these everyday?”

“Yes! Everyday! It’s my favorite hobby!” She beamed warmly. She loves her plants more than anything. Well, that’s a stretch, but even still, it’s nothing people don’t know already. In Wendalyn’s bedroom you’ll find stacks upon stacks of flowering manuals and field guides about all the latest botany and some local flowers and plants. And, of course, the one she’s currently reading on her dresser. Since she’s particularly attached to this subject, they go by quickly; every time her friends come around, there’s always a new one on her desk. They find that pretty comical, and even still, very impressive.

“Yo, what about these guys?” Syd breaks the silence, pointing to some succulents.

“Oh! Those are James, Hamlet, and Victor! Ooh—and don’t water them! They’re not supposed to take in that much, I just watered them a few days ago.” She replies, a bit of weariness in her voice, hoping Syd didn’t already water them.

“Oh… okay. You know a lot about plants, huh?” Syd chuckled, admiring all the plant pots around her house.

“I do! But you already know that, silly.” She giggled, knowing well Syd was teasing.

“Well, it’s pretty cool, Win. You should take me to a botanical garden or whatever they’re called.”

“Oh! I would love to!” Wendalyn replies jovially, jumping slightly and clasping her hands together, smiling from ear to ear. This makes Syd giggle.

“Yeah, just hit me up. I’m free whenever, I don’t got much shit to do anyway.” They sigh, but they play it off as if it was a joke. She buys it, and giggles.

“Well, you’re free to visit me any time. Your company is welcomed always!” 

“Heh, thanks man.” They exchange a smile.

Syd then forgets they’re on a step ladder. “Oh shit—“ they fumble, but fortunately not falling. It lets out a shriek from Wendalyn.

“No, no, don’t worry man, I’m perfectly fine. See? I’m still standing, on my own two feet.” They stand courageously, and then safely and swiftly getting off the step ladder. Wendalyn lets out a sigh of relief.

“That was pretty close, I’d say—“ and then Syd knocks over a watering can. Wendalyn shrieks yet again, but then stands shocked and unmoving. Syd does the same, in their typical awkward manner. “Uhm. I’ll go clean that up—“

Wendalyn giggles, letting out a long breath when she’s done. “You never fail to make me laugh, Syd.”

Physical Attributes: Big physical build, plus-sized. They have shaved hair which they love to dye (their current color is pink.) Blue eyes. Gap in their front teeth. Piercings on their ears and eyebrow (and one on their belly button!!) Hairy: lots of hair on arms, stomach, legs; makes them feel more masculine. Big-ish nose, fingers are stubby (chews nails constantly.) 

Favorite Attire: Tank crop tops, sometimes just wears a binder as a shirt. Hawaiian shirts and cargo shorts = ♡♡♡. Crystal necklaces and other celestial/spiritual symbolism in jewelry are constant. Baggy pants are their fave, especially baggy sweatpants. 

Personality: Super extroverted, has a boatload of friends. Loves to make the most out of their life since they’re so young. Super chill! They love all their friends. :] Though their life can be rough (unrequited love, just life in general,) they use alcohol to make them feel better. (Not an alcoholic!!) Loves to go to clubs and bars, and to hangout with friends in general. Flirtatious! Prideful, and is a bit of a sore loser. 😅

Backstory: They met a girl, Lydia, and have loved her ever since. Unfortunately, the girl doesn’t feel the same way, and has Syd in a sort of will-she-go-out-with-me, won’t-she-go-out-with-me phase with her. Because of this heartbreak, they flirt with others constantly, just in case they can find someone who can fill the void in their heart like she does. (Poetic, I know.) Thankfully, friends help ease that heartache, but them constantly being free is a reminder that they have no one to spend their every day with. They use drinking to help with said heartache.

Saving for top surgery!!

KNOWS EVERYONE FOR NO REASON. “Oh, Sally? Yeah, I know her.” (Nobody has heard of Sally until now 😧)

Got piercings over time! First piercing was on ears, and eyebrow piercing came right after. Got convinced by parents to get rid of it, and as a reward for doing well in college, got a belly button piercing! (Full story can be explained :3)

Has not shaved their legs in 5 years!
