Designed a sword for Madgod!Avery (my Hero of Kvatch.) Idk how long the Avery part would hold out canonically but by golly would she want a really cool sword. Especially if Jyggalag had a big magic one.

The weapon is an amber and madness ore mix (I figure the only possible way you could convince the smiths of the Shivering Isles to work together would be on Sheogorath authority).

The sword’s design itself is based off parrying daggers you use to catch or break other swords. (I have no idea if sword versions of this concept are entirely in the realm of fantasy or not.) But it would obviously look very intimidating and be a big owie if someone hit you with it too.

Not too sure about the name or what kind of enchantments it’d have. There’s definitely a sword-cane variant for later HOK!Sheo appearances.

Finally finished this piece and I'm not completely upset with it! This is the first official art of my character Rindral Ulves. I play him in an Elder Scrolls game with my besties :> I love Dunmer and it's been so fun looking into their lore and changing it up a bit. Rindral was a retired assassin for the Morag Tong and had a nice large house with his husband + wife, that is until the game started anyway. Now he's hunting Thalmor agents to uncover why they'd arrested him, imprisoned him in one of their top facilities, and where they're keeping his family..

Not me listening to this and always imagining how when Karlach ( @infernaliscor ) chooses death, the scenario in my head is that she shoved Minthara away from her so she wouldn't burn up with her. Then Minthara crying outright as she crawls back over to her and pushes her hands into her ashes and collapses onto her knees. Staring down at what's left of her love, her darling love, and just cries before she barely has enough lucidity to gather as much of her ashes as she can into a leather pouch. Where she then has two swords made from them, two swords that she carries on her back as she goes into Avernus herself, just as she promised Karlach, and enters the blood wars to make Zariel pay for ever laying eyes on her. With Karlach protecting her back just as she did in life ... swords she will plunge into the Arch devil herself, still killed by Karlach even in death.

The Mask-Maker & Dear Brother

Both of these are so so old in terms of original inception, but fairly young in that I "just" began posting.

For those of you who are new, TMM is a Legend of Zelda fic combining Skyward Sword and Majora's Mask to 1) explore what the Demon Tribes could actually be like and 2) put Ghirahim and Link into A Situation (Ghiralink). It is paused at 20 chapters and has a ways to go, likely divided into two parts. Meanwhile, DearB is an Elder Scrolls Oblivion Dark Brotherhood prequel about the Silencer before the player character arrives (Lucien/OC). It explores the inner workings of the Brotherhood itself from the viewpoint of one of their leaders. This one is shaping up to be around 24 chapters based on where my arc's trajectory is going.

My favorite chapter of TMM is "10: Employee of the Year" - I really liked writing the clumsy foundation of how and why their relationship forms, and I'm proud of how it came out. DearB is too young to have a solid fav chapter yet but right now it's "3: Hypnotic Shades of Violet" - exploring Zath's difficulty in understanding his own feelings within the framework of a cult has been really interesting to me.

I love them both very much and I'm really proud of the progress I've made in terms of plotting out a long story. It's been excellent practice and a great stress-relief hobby.
