and all i did was ask: would swk be classified as a kishin and then be stripped of all the souls he ate by the time jttw rolls around?
#so: played resonance by t.m.revolution#then: thought of soup eater#then: thought of that fanart with a lmk soul eater au#remembered that swk is a weapon in that au#asked myself what SWK’s journey would be in this au#decided swk went the kishin route before being sealed away under a mountain and losing all the madness he gained from the souls#then he is freed by Tripitaka a skilled meister who is tasked to deliver somwthing#swk (no longer a kishin but still a nuisance) refuses to stay Tripitaka’s weapon and they have a bumpy road throughout jttw#the other demons are also weapons Tripitaka use throughout the journey but are formidable on their own#swk fights as a solo weapon for the first parts of the journey i feel#anyway#skip to lmk: swk is well past his kishin status and is a death scythe who is tasked to look over china#MK is still Pigsy’s delivery boy and is besties with Mei who is a pretty skilled meister but with no set partner#Pigsy and Sandy are weapons like their ancestors and have enough compatibility to weild each other#idk if i want tang to be a weapon or meister bc it would be funny for him to be a monk staff and feel super offended by it#also Mei 100% wields Pigsy and Sandy (and Tang)#Mei does have her sword and it works like Excalibur in soul eater but is a horse#but that’s what my mind conjured so far#lmk#lmk au
