I had the best time in #Swisssilverbullet training camp along with many paralympic athletes. It was all possible because of some really cool guys around me. A big thanks to you Romy for keeping your faith in me and providing me a great opportunity to stay in Switzerland. And thank you to Mr. Paul Odermatt, Marcel Hug, all the athletes and volunteers during the training camp for such an amazing time. It was a much needed camp for my fundamental learning of wheelchair racing. All I need now is to put everything I have learned into training and just work hard. It was such an honour for me. @lukaswillimann was also there in the race. Another great athlete from Switzerland. I am missing those days alot. Boston Push 2020 | 💪🏽💦♿️ Granted in reality I’m far from qualifying for the @bostonmarathon but despite that, I had the opportunity to do a virtual push with many wheelchair racing greats and other racers of all skill levels from around the world to honor the historic race, which would’ve taken place earlier today if not for postponement. We pushed for 1 hour and 18 minutes straight to also honor the world best wheelchair racing marathon time set by @swisssilverbullet on the Boston course back in 2017. I’m beyond grateful to be an athlete in a sport that has such a strong international community behind it. Huge thank you to @daniel.romanchuk and his mom Kim for organizing this virtual push. To all my racing friends and athletes I look up to in the sport, please continue to stay safe and healthy, and I hope to see you all again soon.
