\“We have a problem." Was not something Saeran Choi wanted to hear on the day of his birthday party. But alas, Saeyoung just had to say it, didn't he? "It's also MC's birthday. I totally forgot about it after doing my background check on her but now I just remembered."
Saeran’s hands started to sweat and he could feel his heartbeat speed up; how could he forget his own girlfriend's birthday? Why didn’t he know it in the first place? It’s been three years since they met, why has this never come up before? “You’re telling me that she probably thinks that we’ve forgotten her birthday for three years now? You have got to be kidding me.”
“I’m sorry! But isn’t it her boyfriends job to remember?” Saeyoung threw his hands in the air and walked off. “I’ll start making the cake, if you want to call and let everyone know it’s also MC’s birthday and we should expect to surprise her.” Saeran mumbled a thanks under his breath and pulled out his phone, already dialing Jumin’s number.
“Saeran, I’m going to see you soon, am I not?” Jumin questioned on the end of the line and Saeran felt a bubble of anger rise in his throat. He wasn’t angry at Jumin, he was angry because he never even thought to ask your birthday and now you probably thought no one cared.
“You are, but there’s been a slight change of plans.” Saeran explained to Jumin that it was your birthday as well as his and Saeyoung’s and that he needed Jumin to stall you for a few hours. “Can you just take her to get a new dress or something? Make her pick out a few and then have her wear her favorite one to the party. I’ll send you a new wine I found as compensation.”
Jumin knew the reason that he was asked to take you was simple: you were closest with him aside from Saeran, and knew that you’d be less suspicious of him than anyone else. So, that’s how Jumin found himself taking a detour to your small apartment, waiting out front until you were planning to leave to meet everyone else for the party.
When you stepped outside, your eyes glanced over the car inquisitively before Jumin saw you smile and rush to meet him. “Jumin, what a lovely surprise!” You exclaimed, leaning over and pressing a friendly kiss to his cheek, him doing the same to you.
“I have to admit, the reason I’m here is purely selfish. I just didn’t want to show up to the party alone and I needed your help with something.” Jumin explained before the driver started the car up, driving in the opposite direction of Saeyoung and Saeran’s bunker. “I need your help choosing a new suit to wear. I’m getting tired of the same grey color every time.”
“Oh Jumin, you know I love to help you but isn’t that what your tailor is for? I don’t want to be late for the party.” You pulled out your phone and looked at the time, nervously chewing your lip. “Can’t we do this after?” Jumin was having none of your objections and instead insisted on sitting on his phone, ignoring whenever you would complain about being late.
When you pulled up to the nicest clothing store you’ve ever seen, you saw Jumin eye a gorgeous white, pink, and green floral dress in the window. “That would look nice on you.”
And that’s how you ended up trying on dress after dress while Jumin looked at some dark blue suits. Jumin had deemed himself the fashion police and every time he didn’t like something you had tried on, he just sent you right back in with another dress in your hand.
At the Choi household, chaos had ensued after the fact that it was also your birthday came out. Saeyoung was in the kitchen baking a second cake for you, a little personal one for you and Saeran to share together later. Saeran and Jihyun were going through all the decorations and trying to fix them so they said “Happy birthday Saeyoung and Saeran! And MC!” Jaehee was running around with Yoosung and Zen, trying to pick out a few perfect presents for you since no one had time to shop before.
Finding his brother in the kitchen with vanilla frosting decorating his face, Saeran chuckled. “I think you missed the cake.”
“I was just taste testing it. What if it was bad? We wouldn’t want MC to get sick.” Saeyoung protested and Saeran reached across his brother to dip his finger in the frosting as well.
“Well, it tastes good enough to me.” After standing and watching his twin messily frost the cake for a moment before speaking again. “Hey, thanks.”
Saeyoung stopped his movements, putting down the knife and turning towards his other half. “What on earth are you thanking me for?”
Saeran turned his gaze to the floor, sure that if he looked straight at his brother he wouldn’t be able to explain correctly. “When we were younger, you always promised you’d come back for me. For a long time, I lost any sort of hope that you would. When I was under Rika’s control, there was only hatred left for you, she erased all the good memories from our childhood. But you never gave up on me. You sat silently day after day and waited for me to come around and I just wanted to say thank you. I’m glad you're my brother.”
Saeyoung felt tears well up in his eyes and he hesitantly stepped towards Saeran, wanting to embrace him but needing the confirmation first. Saeran wrapped his arms around his brother tightly for a moment before letting go and clearing his throat. “You should probably finish that cake.” He noted before walking off, presumably in search of something else to do.
Saeyoung Choi was turning 25 this year and finally, he was in a place in his life that he was happy with. He had great friends and his brother back at his side. They were his family, albeit a dysfunctional one, but what family wasn’t? Even MC, who came later than everyone else, fit right in. In his mind, she was his and Saeran’s honorary triplet (except not really, since you and Saeran were together and that would be gross) since they all shared a birthday. That’s why this year needed to be extra special. It was the first year that they were actually celebrating everyone’s birthday together.
Saeran approached his brother for a second time that morning and set a large box down in front of him, away from the cake. “I got this for you. It’s not much but-“
“I love it!” Saeyoung laughed as his brother looked at him exasperatedly.
“You haven’t even opened it, you idiot.” Saeran deadpanned and then gestured for his brother to open the box.
Inside the box was the biggest Longcat pillow Saeyoung had ever seen and he gasped, hugging it tightly to his chest. “It’s perfect,” looking his brother in the eyes, Saeyoung sincerely thanked Saeran. “Wait here for a moment.”
Saeyoung returned with a large book and promptly handed it to Saeran. Turning it over, Saeran smiled softly at the cover. It was a picture of them together on their first birthday, faces both covered with cake and smiling at the other. Inside was every picture Saeyoung could find of them together or Saeran alone and later on, pictures of MC and the rest of the RFA was added in there. “Saeyoung..”
“I know it’s kind of cheesy, but I wanted to show you that no matter what type of childhood we had, we always had each other and there’s so many people who care about you.” Without saying anything, Saeran grabbed his brother tightly, a sob wracking through his whole body.
“Thank you. Seriously.” After straightening up, Saeran wiped his eyes and went to go put the scrapbook in his room, hidden in a safe place so nothing could damage it.
There was a knock on his bedroom door and he smoothed out his sweater, turning to see Yoosung in the doorway. “Hey, MC and Jumin are on their way. We’re all going to hide and surprise her when they walk in.” Saeran nodded and followed Yoosung to the living room silently, crouching behind a chair and feeling utterly guilty about missing your birthday.
Shutting off the lights, Zen announced that you were at the security gate, struggling to answer the question Saeyoung currently had set for security measures. Saeran smiled to himself, remembering the first time he brought you to the bunker and how frustrated you got with the simple question. How when he finally told you, your neck flushed red and you thanked him with a small kiss.
As soon as he heard the door start to rattle, his smile on his face got bigger, just imagining your face and how surprised you’ll be. “Jumin, the lights are off. Are you sure they’re still-“
As you walked in the door, Zen flicked on the lights and everyone jumped out, screaming a variation of “Happy birthday, MC!”
Your hand covered your mouth and tears welled up in your eyes as Saeran hastily made his way towards you, wrapping his arm around your body as you buried your face in his solid chest.”Happy birthday, Saeran. I love you.” You waited a moment before asking, “how did you know?”,voice muffled by his sweater.
“I’m just sorry we didn’t find out sooner, my love. Why wouldn’t you tell me?” One of Saerans hands pushed your hair back from your forehead and he pressed a soft kiss to the exposed skin.
“Because the first year you celebrated your birthday with Saeyoung, was the first time since you reconnected and I wanted you to have that day with your brother. After that, it just felt too late to tell you so I just never bothered.” You explained and turned towards Jumin. “You’re sneaky, Mr. Han. I can’t believe I didn’t figure this out sooner.” Saeran took that moment to truly study you for the first time in about a week, since that was when he saw you last. You were wearing a blue tea dress, small flowery patterns swirling around - one of the three dresses Jumin had gotten you. Your hair was partially up and it showed off more of your neck than normal, and he smiled to himself when he saw a necklace he had gotten for you on your second Valentine’s Day together dangling down the front of your dress.
“Happy birthday, MC!” Saeyoung exclaimed and wrapped his arms around your waist, twirling you around. Saeran smiled at his brother and partner getting along and he mouthed a thank you towards Jumin, who held up his hand in a way to say “no problem.”
When you pulled away from Saeyoung, you made your way around the room with hello’s and thank you’s making sure to ask everyone how they were doing. Saeran loved that about you, the fact that you remembered such intimately personal details about all your friends; it made everyone know you cared and made them care for you even more.
After you finished your conversation with Jaehee, Saeran gently took your hand and pulled you towards the couch, loving the laugh that you let out as he settled you down on his lap. “What do you say we get out of here later? I love all our friends but I’d really just like to spend some time with you, Princess.” You bit your lip and nodded quickly pressing a kiss to his lips and laughing at the blush that settled on his cheeks.
“I would like that, I want to give you your present alone.” Saeran couldn’t help but let his mind wander at that comment and you laughed, smacking his chest. “Not like that, you dork. It’s just not something anyone else needs to see.”
Saeran smirked, lightly peppering your neck with kisses. “Your not helping your case by saying that.”
“You are unbelievable!” You laughed as you squirmed in his grip, Saeran hitting the ticklish spot on your neck.
“MC, we got this for you. Since we didn’t know it was your birthday, we looked for something to suit you. We hope you will find it suitable.” Jaehee handed you a small velvet box and you felt a smile creep onto your face before sneaking a peek at Saeran, who’s smile was almost mirroring your own. Opening the box you gasped as you saw a bracelet with a locket inside it.
Skipping it on your wrist, you felt Zen grab the charm and open it for you, showing you the pictures inside. One side was the group picture you took on the twins first birthday together and on the other, a picture of you and Saeran asleep, you curled in his lap with one of his hands in your hair, the other wrapped protectively around your waist. “This is beautiful. Seriously, thank you guys.” You got up to hug each of your friends and when you got to Saeyoung you pulled out a small box for him. “Happy birthday Saeyoung.”
He opened the box and saw it was a customized HBC and PhD. Pepper keychain to put on his car keys. Laughing he booped you on the nose before pulling you into another hug. “Thanks so much MC.”
After some more gift exchanging from the other members of the RFA, you noticed Saeran’s eyes starting to glass over, a clear sign he was getting overstimulated and needed a break from people for a moment. Grasping his hand, you shook him out of his trance and motioned your head to the front door. “Want to go take a walk?” Smiling gratefully at you, Saeran got up and you wordlessly followed him to his room where he grabbed two sweatshirts, one for him and one for you.
“I know it’s summer but the nights get colder now. I want you to stay warm.” He explained, once again taking hold of your hand and leading you out the door. “Thanks for noticing I needed a break.”
You squeezed his hand gently and he brought your entwined hands up to his lips, pressing a lingering kiss to the top of your hand. “I notice everything about you, Saeran.” You replied honestly, smiling to yourself when you saw a blush dust the tips of his ears. “Can I give you your present now?”
You guys had stopped and sat down at a park bench when you handed him a heavy bag. He looked at you curiously before pulling the paper out and handing the crumpled ball to you, grunting slightly as he pulled out the large picture frame. “It’s… constellations?” He asked, confusion written all over his face.
Laughing, you pointed to the bottom. “Look at the date.”
Saeran’s eyebrows knit together in confusion before a look of realization dawned on his face. “The day we met.”
You nodded, wrapping your arms around one of his, grateful for his sweatshirt he insisted you put on before you left the party. “Those are the constellations in the sky on the exact date, time, and location when we first met.” You explained, looking at his face as he studied the frame carefully, a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. “I didn’t know what to get you for the longest time, to be honest. You’re picky and I didn’t want to get you anything that wasn’t sentimental, like I got Saeyoung.” You laughed and Saeran pulled you closer to him, pressing a kiss to the side of your head. “But I figured this would be good, since it’s sentimental and something you can always use. Let’s be honest, your room does need something on the walls.” You teased him and your heart swelled when Saeran laughed along with you.
“It’s perfect. Seriously, MC. I couldn’t picture anything better.” Saeran had set down the picture frame and was looking deeply in your eyes, grasping both of your hands. “I’m sorry I don’t have anything for you.”
You shook your head, smiling. “I don’t need anything. Being with you and the rest of our friends are enough. You’re the most important thing to me.” Saeran smiled widely before pulling you into a deep kiss. It was a kiss that said way more than words ever could. It   love and thoughtfulness, hope and adoration. It was the type of kiss you would remember forever. It was the type of kiss that proved to you that true love was real.
“As much as I would like to keep you to myself for the rest of the night, I think we need to get back.” Saeran said, a little out of breath as he pulled away, his forehead still pressed against yours.
You let out a small whine as he laughed and pulled you up, holding you close with one hand and holding the bag with your present in the other. On the way back to the bunker, you spotted an ice cream shop, the lights still shining brightly and you stopped your boyfriend. Pointing to the shop, you smiled as his eyes lit up. “Want some ice cream before we head back?”
“MC, do you even have to ask?” Saeran asked seriously and you laughed out loud before he dragged you inside. “Can I get a strawberry on a cone and a vanilla in a cup?” You smiled at the fact that he remembered your order before you remembered you should stop being impressed. Saeran remembered everything you’ve ever told him, even if you didn’t remember telling him. Of course he did, you were his pride and joy.
No matter how much you insisted, Saeran wouldn’t let you pay for the ice cream. “I have three years of birthdays to make up for, please don’t fight me with this.” He pleaded, taking your hand before walking out the door of the ice cream parlor.
Sneaking a glance at Saeran, you suppressed a giggle as you saw a bit of ice cream on his nose. He looked down at you and as he did, you reached up on your tiptoes, kissing the tip of his nose and promptly cleaning his face of ice cream. “You had ice cream on your nose,” you explained as he looked at you with a bewildered expression.
Saeran silently pressed a kiss to your lips. “You had ice cream on your lips.” He stated, like it was the most mundane thing ever.
The rest of your walk back to the party was quiet, the both of you just enjoying being in the others company. When you got to the door with the security questions, you stepped back, happy to let your boyfriend figure out the answer.
“MC, Saeran! There you are.” Yoosung flocked to your side as soon as you stepped into the front door, linking his arm with yours. “You guys have to blow out your candles on the cake!”
“Well, uh, I actually don’t want cake.” You stayed and when everyone looked at you like you were crazy, you went on to explain. “When Saeran and I were out, we got ice cream.”
“Speak for yourself, Princess. I still want some cake.” Saeran released your hand and kissed the top of your head before heading over to sit by his twin. You went and stood by Jumin and Jihyun, a smile on your face as you watched Saeran and Saeyoung argue over who was going to blow out the candle on which cake.
Once they settled their little debacle (Saeran took the vanilla cake and Saeyoung, the chocolate), you all started to sing happy birthday and you laughed as everyone tried to fit Saeran’s, Saeyoung’s, and your name into the song. As your two birthday twins blew out the candles, you felt a tap on your shoulder and Zen stood before you, a smaller cake with your name written sloppily on it with one candle in the center. You smiled at him and blew it out before returning your attention to the birthday boys who were now both eating their first bite of cake.
Saeran gestured for you to come by him and you complied, sitting on his lap as he wrapped his arms around you. Jaehee pulled out her camera and you were about to ask why when you felt something sticky on each side of your face.
Saeyoung couldn’t contain the giggles that had bubbled up in his throat at the look on your face and he doubled over, laughing so hard he fell out of the chair. “I’ll give you both five seconds to run.” The twins each looked at the other and then you were pushed out of Saeran’s lap, both of them running to hide. You immediately chased after your boyfriend, quickly catching up to him and pressing your cheek against his, making sure to rub the frosting all over his face as well. He pulled you closer to him, his face close to yours as he whispered. “Happy birthday, MC. I love you.”
“Happy birthday Saeran, I love you too.” You replied before gently kissing him.
“Happy birthday Saeyoung, I love you.” You heard the other twin say to himself and you and Saeran both broke apart with a giggle playing on both of your lips.
-
“Hey, Jaehee just sent us the pictures she took from the party, do you want to see them?” Saeyoung sat down next to his brother on his bed.
“Sure,” Saeran replied, turning his attention away from the book he was reading. As Saeyoung spread the pictures out in front of the two boys, Saeran smiled at all the pictures that were there. Pictures of him with his brother, Yoosung, you, and every other combination of all of his friends was laid out in front of him.
“What do you think about adding these to your scrapbook?” Saeyoung asked, laughing as he saw his brother's eyes transfixed on the picture of you and him kissing, cake frosting all over both of your faces.
“I think that’s a good idea, but if you don’t mind I think I’d like to keep this one out of it.” Saeran grabbed the picture his eyes hadn’t left. “I’d like to frame this one. Keep it where I can see it no matter what.”
Saeyoung smiled at his lovestruck brother. “Of course.” Patting his brother on the back, Saeyoung removed himself from the bed. “Hey Saeran?”
Looking up at his brother, Saeran answered him quietly. “Yeah?”
“Thanks for being my brother. I can’t wait to celebrate our birthday together next year.” Saeyoung said before leaving the room.
“I can’t wait either,” Saeran whispered, picking up the picture of him and his brother blowing out the cake candles together. “I’m so lucky to have you.”

Child! Saeyoung and Saeran visiting a summer fair together
One morning at the church, Saeyoung overhears a couple talking about a summer fair nearby
he immediately thinks about going there with Saeran
Of course it would only work if their mother wasn’t home
to his delight, they’re very lucky
She’s home, but she’s very drunk
so much so, that she’s just lying on the couch, almost immobile and cussing out their father
A truly pathetic sight, even for that monster
Saeyoung ties his brother loose and lures him out of the house
It takes a lot of positive affirmation and promises that that wretched woman is too out of her mind to notice
but eventually Saeran is convinced they’ll be alright.
He had no reason not to trust Saeyoung’s judgement
he was quite familiar with her habits after all
and if she did find out somehow, Saeyoung promised him, he would protect him from her anger
They both have a weird gut feeling as they wander through the streets hand in hand
all their worries melt away however, when they see the amazing spectacle that is the summer fair
there are loads of people, which is a bit frightening to the twins, but it also means they’ll easily be able to lose anyone who might follow them in the crowd
Saeyoung deems it unlikely that his father’s men would look for them here of all places, but the thought was comforting regardless
He was also relieved he remembered to pack some money and steal a few extra won from that woman as well the night before
as it turned out, almost everything cost quite a large amount of money
A kind man with receding hairline gifted Saeran a free balloon
the smaller twin played with it in fascination
somehow it wouldn’t fall down
the man told the children to hold onto it well, lest it’d fly away
Saeyoung watched the magical balloon in wonder
if he figured out how they made the balloon defy gravity, maybe he could craft something to fly away with Saeran too?
This was something he had to keep in mind for another day
Interested in the many stalls that lined the path, Saeran was already attempting to keep walking
pulling his brother’s hand softly
wherever they walked, their little noses were constantly surrounded by mouth watering smells
seemingly endless stalls selling sweets and other foods filled the air surrounding them with those wonderful scents
neither of them had ever seen so much food in one place before
Tumblr media
Before they knew it, the sun went down, allowing the colourful lights around them to show their true glory
As beautiful as it was, it was an overdue sign for the twins that it was time to walk home
They walked off the premises, Saeran with his balloon and Saeyoung holding a bag with all the sweets and toys he could afford with the money he had brought
he would have to find a good hiding place for them, outside of their home if possible.
hopefully, the snacks and trinkets he got would be able to put a smile on his little brother’s face on a particularly dark day
As they walked the dark path home, Saeran suddenly stopped in his tracks.
“What’s wrong Saeran? Did you see someone?”, Saeyoung asked and tried to make out any possible threat looming in the dark.
Saeran shook his head no
“I liked that place. Even if there were many scary people. Can we go back there again, Saeyoung?”
The taller twin frowned
he didn’t know how much longer that fair would go on
Also he didn’t have any money left. If he stole from their mother too often, she’d surely notice eventually.
“Probably not any time soon, but I think someone said they come back every year. So let’s go back again next year, okay? I’ll save lots of money and then we can buy everything we want.”
“Really?”
“Yes! I promise! It will be even more fun than this time!”
Saeran smiled in excitement.
“Thank you! I will try to become stronger too, so I won’t be so tired from all the walking next time! If we have to take fewer breaks, we can try more things, right?”
“Mhm!”, Saeyoung nodded.
Today, they agreed, had been the best day ever, but next year was already promising to be even better!

MASTERLIST
Was it kindness that compelled Rika to throw you in the same cell as Saeran? Or cruelty?
You turned your gaze to the broken boy lying in your lap, unable to even utter a word.
Was she telling you to enjoy your final moments with the boy you'd come to love? Or perhaps she was trying to make your end as miserable as possible, forcing you to sit and watch as he slowly died in your arms, suffocating under the weight of his own skin.
You gazed into Saeran's open eyes, cupping his cheek. Was he alert? Did he see you? Was he even conscious?
You couldn't bring your other hand away from his chest. The slow pulse of his heartbeat under your warm hand was the only thing keeping you sane—the only verification of his life. But how much longer could he hold on?
You pulled your gaze back up to his eyes, staring at the blue-green irises that had once seemed to hold the entire sky in them, though now it looked like the cloudiness was setting in. "Saeran?" You whispered, praying for a response. Anything would do. A groan. A frown. A twitch.
Nothing.
"Saeran, you have to throw it up, okay?" You pulled the boy up by his arms, awkwardly rolling him onto his side so that his mouth was tilted toward the far corner of the cell you were both in. Never did your hand leave the spot where his heart kept beating. Never did you let yourself forget that there was still hope, dwindling as it was.
"Are you ready, Saeran?" You cooed into his ear, trying to give him time to prepare himself even though you doubted he was sentient enough for it to help. "Get ready on...Three, two, one."
You pushed his stomach in, earning a choke from Saeran. You hesitated and waited until you felt the familiar thump thump of his heart before a second attempt, then a third, a fourth, and before you knew it you were pressing on his stomach with all your might.
More choking sounds.
But you couldn't stop. You had to do this. You wouldn't let the Elixir sit in Saeran's stomach.
Rather, forcing him into the pain of vomiting it all back up was his best chance at survival right now.
You leaned Saeran forward, adding your knee to the pressure on his abdomen, and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Within seconds, mint-green chemicals were spilling forth from his mouth, the contents emptying into the corner of the dungeon, like a tiny lake of death.
"More, Saeran. Please, just a little more." You pushed harder and the boy's stomach responded, more fluid emerging from his mouth until he was pushing himself off the ground: awake, alert, and alive.
"E-enough," He sputtered out through coughs. Saeran was on his hands and knees, clutching his throat as the remnants of the Elixir were expelled from his body. "I-I'm good now."
A smile bloomed on your face as you leaned backward in your position on the ground, relief flooding your senses like a tidal wave of happiness. You couldn't stop tears from forming in your eyes when Saeran finally regained enough strength to look at you and throw himself into your arms, giving you the first hug in what felt like an eternity.
"You're okay," You murmured in disbelief, tightening your arms around his slender frame.
"I'm okay," He responded, nuzzling his head into the crook of your neck. You could feel a wetness spill from his eyes as he clung to you, unwilling to let go. Though, in the moment, you were just as reluctant to leave the comforting embrace.
"I-I called Luciel. And Vanderwood. The Mint Eye's security defenses are completely down. They can literally walk in and—"
A blaring alarm interrupted the two of you from your momentary reunion, causing you both to further bury yourselves in each other's arms in an attempt to hide from the sound.
There was only a second before Rika's prerecorded voice played out over the speakers, and after that brief moment of calm passed, only chaos followed.
The booms and crashes and screams coming from up above were distant but loud, and there was no question in the fact that the duo that had come to rescue you and Saeran was not trying to be subtle about it.
"That must be them," Saeran thought out loud, looking up. The two of you had been settled in the central dungeons, the most secure part of the Mint Eye but also the part directly beneath the main entrance. Without a doubt, if Luciel and Vanderwood were the ones who had caused that alarm then they were directly above you: 2,000 feet up.
"Why'd you leave th-the alarms on?" Saeran asked, coughing in the middle. It seemed that the effects of the Elixir were still taking their toll on him.
"So that Rika wouldn't realize that I'd disabled everything else," You responded before shushing the boy. "Don't talk. You'll make it worse."
"Th-there's something I need to tell you, though," Saeran whispered, pulling back from the hug. You wanted to admonish and quiet him, but he began speaking before you could intervene. "I know you don't want me to apologize. But I'm sorry, (Y/N). I'm so fucking sorry. These past two months, I've treated you like shi-"
You brought a finger to Saeran's lips, silencing him with a shake of your head. "That's in the past. I forgive you."
"But you shouldn't forgive me! I've been so awful to you!" Saeran continued rambling, lost once more in one of his long apologies.
You almost laughed.
In all this time, after everything that these past two months had put you through, nothing had truly changed in your relationship. He was still the apologetic teddy bear you cared for. No, he was the apologetic teddy bear you loved.
"Shh," You whispered to Saeran once more, a tiny smile on your face as an idea popped into your head.
"But-"
There it was.
The apologetic teddy bear had spoken once more, another 'I'm sorry' about to roll off his lips when you silenced him with a sweet and chaste kiss.
You smiled into his lips, still young and inexperienced. The only other man you'd kissed in your entire life had been Saeran's own brother, Luciel. But with Luciel it had been different. Hot and passionate, but lacking love.
And so this kiss with Saeran felt as novel and foreign as the future that it would trigger between you two, one filled with happiness and hope and life.
"I don't need you to apologize for anything," You murmured. "Because I love you despite it all."
Saeran hesitated for a moment, before everything holding him back vanished. He leaned forward to recapture your lips, and you felt his shoulders shake and his cheeks grow wet once more as you two basked in the sweet glory of simply being together. It made you smile, to know that something simple as a kiss could bring him such emotion. It reassured you. Deep in your heart, you'd known of your affections for Saeran for years. The implication that he wouldn't feel the same way would have been too much for you to handle.
"But I have one more thing to apologize for," Saeran whispered, bringing his lips a hair away from yours. You were about to tell him to shut up and kiss you again, but as usual, he continued before you had the chance. "This wasn't our first kiss."
You looked up into his eyes, startled.
Had you two kissed before? After so much time together, the idea wasn't that absurd, but you were certain you would have remembered something so important.
"It was during your Secondary commitment. That was the first time. And...despite everything that had been going on, you trusted me. And that was the moment when I realized that I loved you." Saeran leaned forward and met your lips again, unwilling to lose the contact for more than a second.
"I love you," He repeated, kissing your cheek, as if testing the words.
"I love you." He kissed your neck with newfound confidence.
"I love you." He kissed your jaw.
"I love you." Your shoulder.
He traced your entire body like that, sending shudders down your spine as his lips ghosted over every bit of exposed skin, leaving nothing unclaimed with another whispered 'I love you' so that every part of you knew it for the truth.
You could only repeat it back to him when he finally moved back up to your lips, and by then the entire world had stopped for you two. The sound of alarms upstairs in the Mint Eye was like background music, edging the two of you on as Saeran pressed your back to the cell wall, deepening each kiss with his tongue.
Even the sound of bombs seemed far away as his hands made contact with your skin, one resting on your thigh and the other on the small of your back as he pressed your body closer to his. And the sound of screams faded into an off-tune melody that enveloped the two of you as you wrapped your arms around Saeran's neck, a quiet beg for more.
All around you, there was chaos. Mayhem. Havoc.
But your quiet cell was the first glimpse of true paradise you'd seen since your arrival in the Mint Eye so many years ago: and it was a pale-faced paradise with short, white hair, and mint green eyes.
It was a paradise that you'd spent years befriending and loving, a paradise that would be with you no matter where you went.
It was a paradise you loved, and a paradise that loved you back.
It was true paradise.

Hey! So could I please request RFA + V + Saeran reacting to their s/o that does community theater a lot becoming extremely frustrated that they put so much effort but either can’t get in or get the most small part. Like they have seen them practicing like crazy before auditions and leading up to them as well
Jumin:
When Jumin first saw you acting, he was in awe
Immediately, he knew you were meant to be a famous actress.
In all honesty, he disliked the fact you worked at a ‘community theatre’ because he believed you deserved to work at a more…professional place. Nonetheless, he understood you seemed to want to rise into fame with your own talents and merits, and so he tried his best not to intervene.
But watching as you put your heart and soul into working there, only to never get a decent part infuriated Jumin deeply.
How could these people not see your artistic glory?
Eventually, he’d be unable to stop himself and would use his power and influence to secure a relatively good part for you. Of course, the theatre director would’t possibly be able to refuse Jumin.
He would only ‘secure’ you a medium-sized part, he’d prefer to have you get the most important role right off the bat, of course, but knows that it’d be suspicious to you if you /suddenly/ got such a huge part.
He loved how happy you were once you ran to him cheering about how you finally got a bigger part.
You always worked hard, and after your newest role, everyone else noticed your talents, too. From then on, you started getting larger roles because you were skilled. He just needed to give everyone a little boost to be able to see your glory.
Yoosung:
Yoosung was never really ‘into’ acting, at least until he met you.
He’s not an overly good actor himself, but he’d happily help you recite any lines and practice if you asked him to!
Supportive Boyfriend (™)
Though, seeing you work so hard worried him immensely, because you were clearly overworking yourself.
With each failed audition, Yoosung gladly comforted you and tried to cheer you up. It was difficult to watch you work so hard without any recognition.
He’d cook ‘cute’ meals for you - even if they didn’t turn out as well as he wanted.
He wouldn’t really be able to do much, only support you and comfort you however he was able to.
A loving boyfriend.
Though, if anyone ever insulted your acting, he’d stand up for you like hell.
Zen:
As an actor/singer himself, Zen more than understands your struggle.
He struggled with rising in popularity and getting roles and jobs as well, and it’s something he lets you deal with on your own for the most part
Having said that, he does comfort you and makes sure you have basic self-care, and will hold you close to him when you’re upset about failing another audition.
He assures you it’ll be better soon, and that someday you’ll get your break.
110% helps you practice for auditions.
Though, eventually he’d become restless, similarly to Jumin, and have the desire to help you finally get the recognition.
He’d try and get you to audition at his theatre instead, and he’d use his status as a high-end actor of the theatre to try and convince the directors to give you a relatively good part in the upcoming play, but without any blackmail like Jumin would more than likely have used. With Zen it’s just...persuasion.
Once you agree, you will find your worth being much better appreciated at Zen’s theatre than your own community one.
Jaehee;
When Jaehee finds out you act, she’s totally starstruck!
By now, we all are aware of her...fascination with theatre and musical arts…
As such, she’d be SO supportive and encourage you! She’d bake you little treats whenever you’d have an audition for ‘good luck’. Sadly, they never seemed to work…
She’d stroke your hair in a motherly manner when you’d come to her, upset because once again you didn’t get a role in the next play.
She’d get immensely mad at your theatre directors, eventually. For starters, how could they not understand your immense glory!? And second of all, how could they be so blind and not realise how much you sacrificed for that theatre!?
She’d get so fed up, in fact, she’d eventually storm into your community theatre when you’re not there and she’d be a woman on a misson - she’d burst into your director’s office and yell at him for an hour straight, listing all the reasons you /deserve/ a good role and recognition.
At first, the director would be utterly baffled who this random woman was, but she’d manage to get to them by her disappointed, motherly tone and scary scolding. Somehow, her plan will work and the next audition you get a role worthy of your skills.
She’ll make you a whole cake as a celebration. She just wants you to be happy…!
Seven/Saeyoung/Luciel:
Realistically, he’d know you did community theatre before he really even met you, he does background checks on everyone, after all.
He’d be pretty amazed by your acting abilities and would help you remember lines, but he’d overexaggerate to the extreme, albeit just to make you laugh.
He knows what it’s like to overwork, but when it came to you trying to get a role, he absolutely hated how much effort you gave with nothing in return.
As such, he wouldn’t even hesitate and would do background checks on the theatre directors, and blackmail their hacked social media, stating that he was ‘your biggest fan’ and that he demanded to see you on the stage more, or else he’d leak all the dirty things he’d dug up.
Suddenly, before you know it, you’re the star of the next play!
Realistically, you’d know who was behind it, but you were grateful for his assistance. Nonetheless, you would probably feel a bit bad that your skills alone didn’t get you up there...
Saeran:
He’d be a mix of Yoosung and Jaehee, really.
To him, it was amazing that you were such a good actress! He loved your plays and everything you did!
He’d try to be supportive, he’d try to be a sweet, wholesome boyfriend. He would struggle, but he tried and honestly you can’t help but love him enough for just trying.
Saeran would really be impressed by just how much work you put into your training, and he’d probably get more frustrated than you whenever you fail another audition. He hated to see you upset and sad, so he’d be so furious towards those idiots you tried to dull your brightness.
He’d feel so helpless, unable to do anything to make them give the role to you. For a while, he’d just try his best to comfort you and stand by you. But, eventually, that just wasn’t enough.
V:
Jihyun is an absolute supportive lover.
When you first showed him how you act, he was taken away by your skills!
He’d come to every audition if he was able to, and gave the sweetest words of encouragement.
Seeing you constantly working hard for the theatre, helping with all productions, but never getting any worthwhile roles upset V immensely.
He was so confused! How could others not appreciate your talent?
He’d probably ask Jumin for a little ‘assistance’ and suggest that perhaps they should hold a play as an RFA event, with you as the main actor.
Jihyun would also ensure many influential art directors would attend the event.
He’s so happy when you finally start receiving the recognition you deserve.
You’re super grateful, and he celebrates with you by taking you out on a picnic!

Jaehee Kang Headcanons
Tumblr media
(Hello, there Anon. Ask and you shall receive because we are both weak for our girl. It is a crime that there isn’t more Baehee content- she deserves some love! We also apologize for the lateness on this. <3 We hope it was worth the wait!)
It is pretty well known that Jaehee likes coffee and baking... but what many don’t know is that the reason she has such a sweet tooth as an adult is because she very rarely got sugary things once her mother passed away.
It is canon that Jaehee is has a black belt in judo but she also has a weakness for ballet as well. She is mesmerized by the movements of the dancers and the way in which their bodies seem to flow but she can’t seem to relax enough to be able to do those herself. However, she isn’t a bad dancer- she just prefers to do more stop-and-go styles like hip-hop or break dancing.
That jersey that Jaehee owns? The one with the big zero and four? That jersey is actually Zen’s and it was given to her after...an incident at the RFA party before you joined. It involved a vase and a frazzled Yoosung...and her top had been ruined but Zen had brought extra gym clothes from his rehearsal so he gave it to her. She adores it- it is comfortable and her inner fan girl is so ecstatic about having it
She wouldn’t be one for public displays of affection but she does like to be near you. She would stand close enough so that when you walk, your hands or elbows or shoulders will brush/bump against each other when you walk. She would want to hold your hand but she would wait for you to grab it. She really wants to hold your hand because you are so beautiful.
Jaehee has a tattoo but it is on her lower back, hidden by her shirts and the hem of her pants but if you’re lucky, you might get to see it in all it’s glory. It’s a roaring tiger with black tribal accents... She got it in secret when she turned nineteen and she hasn’t looked back. It was one of the things she had done against her aunt’s wishes.
Jaehee is a sucker for trashy romance novels. It is a guilty pleasure but she can’t help it... they are so bad, they’re good. The more respectable genre she is also fond of is mystery.
Jaehee has a hard time remembering to eat. This is partly because of the habit she developed while working for Jumin and partly because her stress manifests in stomach upset and sore necks. It isn’t until you come along with some alternatives (smoothies, small snacks like grapes or kimbap- something that is easily consumed while on the go) that she starts to eat a bit better.
She would never admit it but she lives for the days you give her a kiss and there’s still sweetness of your lips from your own drink and how you sometimes press your fingertips into the back of her neck gently as if reminding her to relax.
Jaehee is actually fond of Saeyoung. She is a bit wary because she knows his occupation is dangerous and that his jokey front could be (and most) likely is hiding something but she also knows that, in the end, he would go above and beyond for everyone, especially to ensure their safety. She admires his skill and resolve in that so while she may snark at him, he has her trust.
Jaehee strokes your hair and face before she goes to sleep. She doesn’t tell you why she does it but... it helps to keep her grounded and remind herself that she doesn’t have to handle everything on her own and she is so, so thankful for that fact.
Jaehee obviously isn't a cat person (or a dog person) because she doesn't like any kind of animal that would get fur on her belongings... But that doesn't mean she could never own a pet. She might actually enjoy owning a reptile of some sort, like a leopard gecko or a ball python.
You love to give Jaehee back massages, because often her back and neck ache after a long day of being hunched over her desk (or over the counter at the bakery, depending on where you are). She can also give pretty great massages herself, since she has such strong arms and is skilled with her hands.
This poor girl is secretly a huge disaster. While she is organized and put together because her job at C&R requires her to be, she is secretly very shy and awkward, not cool and collected as most would believe. Flirting with Jaehee will reduce her to a blushy, stammer-y mess, but it's okay because she really is cute when she's flustered.
She and Jumin actually have the potential to be friendlier with each other when not in an employer/employee relationship. Once she starts her own coffee shop, they exchange tips about running businesses while sharing wine or coffee.
In fact, she really starts to open up more in general after she stops working at C&R. This is because she feels as if she can finally see the RFA as her friends and not just as her colleagues.
Sometimes she likes to go out, but really, her favorite dates are when you pick out a musical to watch and lounge together on the couch with hot tea. She enjoys the intimacy of little moments together more than grand gestures.

The RFA + Saeran + V as P!ATD songs?
What a cute first ask! Although I’m not to familiar with the band, that hasn’t stopped me from going completely overboard! So after listening to every song a million times, I think I’m ready to give it a try! Warning, there are some spoilers from secret endings 1 and 2, If you havent completed those yet, read with caution ;)
Yoosung
-
Collar full
You’ve got it all worked out with so little timeMemories that I’d blackout if you were mineYou’ve got a pocket full of reasons why you’re here tonightSo, baby, tonight just be the death of me
Yoosung was probably the hardest one for me to choose for, funny enough. I feel like P!ATD doesn’t really fit Yoosung’s vibe to much, but this song really works because he’s a sweet and dedicated kid who would do anything for you and is a little greedy with your love!
Zen
-
Always
Now there is always timeCalling for meI am the light blinking at the end of the roadBlink back to let me know
Zen’s an extremely dedicated character who makes sure to look out for you and defend you no matter the route you choose, while still having his own troubles, so this song immediately reminded me of him.
Jaehee
-
New Perspective
And who cares divine interventionI wanna be praised from a new perspectiveBut leaving now would be a good ideaSo catch me up on getting out of here
This song really encompasses the personal revelations Baehee makes during her route, and it feels like a song she would relate to a lot, especially in
 reference to her new
girl
best friend helping her out.
Jumin
-
Death of a Bachelor
I’m cutting my mind offFeels like my heart is going to burstAlone at a table for two and I just wanna be servedAnd when you think of me am I the best you’ve ever had?Share one more drink with me, smile even though you’re sad
Not only does this songs rhythm and instrumentals bring Jumin to mind, but the lyrics also fit him extremely well, especially about his fears and later shift in personality after he’s finally able to let his emotions show.
Saeyoung
-
Oh glory
If I wake in the morningI only need two more miracles to be a saintEverything I promised everyone I’d beWell I just ain’t
Seven’s song was probably the easiest for me to chose. Although
Bittersweet
also reminds me a lot of him and is very reminiscent of his 707 persona,
Oh Glory
really get’s to the route of his insecurities, and feelings.
V
-
The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide Is Press Coverage
and
House of Memories
Promise me a place in your house of memories / I aim to be, your eyes, trophy boys, trophy wives
V was so hard to choose for, because I feel like a lot of the P!ATD song’s fit him well, there’s an overall sense of indecisiveness and selflessness in love in their songs, but having said that, these two fit the best. While
House of Memories
reminds me of the end of his life, I feel like
Martydom and Suicide
goes over his thoughts while he’s still alive and trying his best.
Saeran
Hurricane
Oh, I’d confess, I’d confessIn a room where I am blessedBut he didn’t come and speak to meOr put my heart at ease
Hurricane
fit’s Saeran to a T during his time and Mint Eye and his recovery in Secret ending 2. It really captures his anxiety, anger, and fear, as well as his feeling of being confused and uncertain of who and what he is.
+ Bonus because I was having too much fun!
Rika
-
Hallelujah
Oh, tied up in pretty young thingsIn a state of emergencyWho was I tryna be?
Although I was originally going to choose
Victorious
for her, after listening to Hallelujah a few times and really revaluating who she turned into, I feel like the Rika who ends up being left behind after the events of the secret endings is a very lost and childish person who doesn’t understand or know who she is anymore, so both songs work depending on which Rika your thinking about.
Vanderwood
-
Casual Affair
Break involuntary tiesA secret so the spiesCould never find us out
When I chose this song for him, the word affair wasn’t really romantic so much as a metaphor for the events of the secret endings.
Too bad I’m only doing Panic songs, because Stuck in the middle with you is pretty much him during the entire game. You and Vanderwood are the only too people who aren’t going nuts over something to be honest.
Thank you for requesting~

61, 75, 77, 78 you can choose I would be interested to see what ever you come up with the one you choose.
A/N: Quick one before bed I have a class at 8.15am tomorrow ugh. T_T Sorry I took so long for this, I got a couple of drafts for this and I just decided to think of a new one altogether lmao.
Prompt: 78. “You weren’t supposed to hear that.”
His lips curl upwards as he watches you raise the sunflower to your nose, a soft smile lifting your lips as you inhale the sweet scent of the beautifully wrapped flower. There’s an added spring to your step as you walk on down the path, and a faint pink colour dusting your cheeks. He doesn’t quite understand how a gift as small as this can make you this happy. It’s not even a special occasion; you just passed by a florist shop while walking and you stopped, pulling him aside to admire the sunflowers through the clear glass window with him.
Saeran isn’t one for cliche acts like giving flowers. He doesn’t even know what came over him. Maybe it was the sparkle in your eye, a glint of a child’s that reminded him of the times his spirits would soar at the mere thought of getting ice cream with Saeyoung.
And then he realises the reason you’re so happy is probably because it’s the first time he’s given you anything close to a bouquet.
Perhaps Saeyoung was right when he said that girls love flowers, no matter the occasion.
Quite absently, his footsteps slow till his feet are planted to the ground, still. His eyes follow your back as you continue on, too absorbed with fondling with the pretty golden petals of the sunflower to notice that he’s no longer walking next to you.
It’s strange. His chest feels so warm, much like a slow, warm fire crackling in the fireplace. It’s always like this when he’s with you, or even when he’s simply observing you from a distance like this. He can’t really explain it. Words always fail him when it comes to you, somehow.
Today though, something is different.
The sight of you is breathtaking. Maybe it’s your new summer dress that you look exceptionally radiant in today. It’s like looking directly at the sun in all its glory without burning one’s eyes, like finding a lighthouse in the midst of the consuming and lonely darkness out at sea.
The words escape him without even thinking.
“You’re so beautiful.”
It was just a passing remark. It didn’t mean anything. You shouldn’t have even heard it from where you were.
But you did.
You actually did.
And he wanted to just bury himself in a hole when you turned around, your lips parted and your brow arched in an unvoiced question.
He’s panicking in his head, palms getting sweaty as you hurry back to where he’s standing like a fool, mouth opening and closing repeatedly as he struggles to find the words.
He’s always at a loss for words when it comes to you.
“Did you just… call me ‘beautiful’?”
Heavens, you need to stop staring at him with those wide, innocent eyes of yours.
“Y-You weren’t supposed to h-hear that,” he stammers, eyes darting away to avoid your curious gaze. You tend to gaze at him like you’re staring into his soul. It’s something he both hates and loves about you all at the same time.
You press your lips together and then they spread into a wide, knowing grin.
“So you admit it?
…Way to shoot yourself in the foot, idiot.
He’s about ready to slap himself when you lean in to peck him on the cheek. His eyes widen to the size of a goldfish’s and he nearly forgets to breathe amidst the insanely loud drumming of his heart, as if it’s trying to announce his pathetic nervousness around you… only you.
“Thanks, Saeran. You’re so sweet.”
He’s too focused on the lingering feel of your lips on his cheek to manage an adequate response.
It makes you laugh, much to his chagrin. Quite affectionately, you slip your hand into his to pull him along with you, and the action makes him smile despite himself. Your happiness is a contagious disease that makes it near impossible to think straight, and he turns into a complete and utter fool in the blink of an eye around you.
But he hears the tune you hum as you walk along, smiling like a fool too as you look at the sunflower in your hand.
And he concludes that you’re a fool too. A fool to have fallen for someone like him.
The only fool who could make him fall in love just as foolishly.

Note
707 being cold and harsh again to past the extent of which MC running away and crying???
Ooh angst! Luckily I have lots of experience with this sort of thing (lol) sorry. Let’s begin!!*Note for this I did a one shot instead of hcs!
Broken Words- A Saeyoung AngstHe considered it the damned clock’s fault. If it hadn’t been for that tool of Hell this never would’ve happened. It was his birthday, another one come and gone. God he was getting old, he knew it. There was an eternal weight weighing down on his, determined to never stop. It was usually kept off his shoulders though by you; God what did he do to deserve the angel that was you. He didn’t, it was that simple. Yet will you we’re here. Through it all. At least you had been.-When the clock, in all it’s black, white, and red glory, rang he immediately felt a twinge of unhappiness. Birthday’s weren’t really his thing. He groaned, fumbling for the intricate piece on his bedroom table. The clock was an ornate piece of beauty, something you had given him to take apart; he was so grateful he couldn’t find it in him to take the machine apart. Finally finding the black steel button he pressed it a little too hard, and the clock seemed to stop awkwardly. Sighing at the prospect of him breaking something he swung his feet over the side of the bed. His feet found two very fluffy shoes, new ones from the look and smell of them. The thought made him smile, but guilt seeded in his gut and he felt dissatisfied. Why were you so nice to him? Was he worth it? What if something happened to him? Shaking his head he stopped the thoughts abruptly. ‘No, I promised her I would stop.’ He thought, he knew that you hated that reign of terror when he had ignored you. You hadn’t abandoned him, but when it was over he swore never again no matter what.-Walking into the kitchen he smelled something sweet wafting through the air, turning his head he saw Saeran on the couch, munching on something out of Saeyoung’s perspective. Turning his head back towards the marbled counters he saw you, pajamas a wrinkled mess, watching something carefully on the stove. It was cherries, you were making some sort of syrup. He smiled, you were too kind, but again the doubt curled around his insides and he thought of the horrid months, of Mint Eye, the kidnapping, everything. What if it happened again? What if he couldn’t reach you this time? Yet here he was, acting like everything was normal, and here you were in all your kindness with the mess of a human being he was. You turned around smiling your big, beautiful smile which lit up the whole room with a wonderful atmosphere, but despite his tries he could not bring himself to return the favor. Instead he plopped himself down in the wooden chair at the dining table. You tilted your head, obviously confused by the apathetic response he had given you in return for your joyful welcome. He watches you diligently out of the corner of his eye as you shook your head quickly and went to get the pancakes. They looked beautiful, a golden brown, just a bit darker around the edges where the temperature had more of an impact on the fluffy batter. You brought them over on a plate that could only be described as every color known to man squished into one small piece of glassware, crudely fashioned into three very peppy balloons. You pushed the plate in front of him, and stared at them solemnly as you filled a beige porcelain pitcher with the sickly sweet syrup, bringing it over to him after, still smiling brightly. That smile, it was so full of life and hope, it didn’t deserve to be directed towards him, he didn’t deserve anything you gave him, even the pancakes felt too much. He suddenly felt lazy and like slime that slithered onto the floor, bringing chaos and ruin with him. “Eat up!” Your voice was full of happiness and excitement, as if it was your birthday instead of his. “Oh wait! I forgot silverware!”“No! I’ll get it!” Saeyoung suddenly stood up, rushing into the kitchen to get the fork and knives.“But Saeyoung! It’s your day! Let me baby you for one day jeez man!” You exclaimed, running up to him. “I’m fine.” He muttered harshly, avoiding your touch.“Saeyoung?” You stared at him, and even though he wasn’t facing you he could tell you were hurt and confused by the sudden roughness. He wanted to shoot himself. Taking the silverware he walked back over to the table. You followed staring daggers at him. Not in anger, no, the Lord knew it took a ton to get you angry at him. It was more pure curiosity and worry, something you insisted on doing despite his ardent protests. He tried to ignore it and kept eating. Saeran had fallen half asleep on the couch, and you were standing a little bit behind him, obviously very confused. He ate slowly, hoping you would eventually go do something. But you insisted on saying. “MC, why are you watching me eat?” He eventually said, halfway through his second pancake. “Because I want you to have a good birthday! It’s important to me!” You said, as if it was the most natural thing in the world, something which caused the coil inside him to tighten.“What does it matter?” He said, nonchalantly and slowly. “It just a stupid date, if you want to baby someone go baby Saeran. I personally am going back to work.” He stood up and took the last pancake, barely left on the plate, to the trash, ignoring your look of obvious pain plastered on you face. He turned to empty the remains into the trash can and heard you breathe in deeply. 'Gonna be stubborn about it are you?’ He thought cruelly. A tiny piece of him was satisfied, the part of humans that hide in shadow, waiting to crawl out.He turned around to put the sorry excuse for a plate in the sink, but you rushed over to him, grabbing his shoulder roughly and jerking him to face you. “WHAT THE HELL MC!” He yelled, and you shrunk for a second at his outburst.“Saeyoung what is wrong. Tell me now please.” You said, your eyes staring into his soul.“It nothing MC.” He said, trying to shove you away, but you dug your heels in deeper. “No Saeyoung, do not make me go through this again.” You half demanded half asked. He could tell that it still haunted you, not only in your words but in your actions, your care of being around his work, your constant affection. He knew he was shoving salt into a barely healed wound, ripping out stitches tentatively holding a person together. But at this point he didn’t care, he felt angry and invincible, adrenaline spewing through his veins. “MC. Let me pass.” He said, his voice dangerously low, a challenge and a threat. You shook your head, keeping you eyes trained on him.“Saeyoung tell me what’s wrong, I’m not moving until you do.” He tried to move away but you let go of his shoulder and latched onto his elbow. He wriggled his hand desperately, but you weren’t having it. “MC I swear to God I’ll k-” He caught himself just in time, but you were sick if it.“ "WHAT! YOU'L DO WHAT!? SAEYOUNG HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU! LISTEN TO ME! I’M NOT GOING ANYWHERE, BUT YOU’RE MAKING IT HARD WHEN YOU GO AROUND DO THIS SHIT AGAIN AND AGAIN!”You barely had time to catch your breath before rainbow-colored glass shattered at your feet.-'Shit.’That was the first thing he thought when his mind caught up to what he had just done. You were standing amid glass, it circled you liked an angel of color. You stared at him, tears silently streaming out of your widened and wounded eyes. “What the Hell?!” Came a groggy voice from the couch.“MC?” He reached out to touch you. But you shook your head and sprinted toward you shoes, slices of glass sticking into your heels. Saeyoung rushed to do anything, to stop, to apologize, but you just stepped into your flats and ran out, leaving the door half open, chucking your phone on the floor on the way out. Your breath was unbalanced, huffy, small gasps escaping it. “MC!” He called out, and rushed toward the door, but a hand stopped him. “The fu-” He turned to have Saeran slap him.“You’re an idiot brother. You don’t deserve her.” Was all he said, before grabbing your phone, the only piece left of you in the room, and carrying it toward his room. Saeyoung knew what was going to happen. Saeran was the best hacker in existence, there’s no way he wouldn’t find where you were, all it needed was fingerprints and oils left on your phone. But it didn’t matter, you were gone.-It had been three weeks. God, what Hell had it been. Saeyoung was typing away at his computer, eyes partially glazed over as he scanned his work. Saeran was out getting groceries, a task which has fallen on him after you had left. Saeyoung didn’t really care. The energy he’d had before was just gone, drained after the birthday that ruined his last chance at happiness. He deserves it, he was awful. He kept repeating those facts, over and over again when the loneliness and pain got almost too hard to bear. Facts, those were the only facts that mattered. That and the ones that paid the bills. The door opened, he could hear the hard creak. “Saeran did you get more chips?” He called out into the hallway, not really caring. Saeran had somehow gotten him to eat relatively well the past few weeks, but he still tended to miss a lot of lunches. Self neglect would be the best way to describe it, but who would want to feed a monster that ruined the feelings of a wonderful young woman? Exactly, no one.“Saeran?” He called out again, huffing at he prospect of leaving his shitty, shitty work. It was nothing important, but hey; people usually buried themselves in work after the death of a loved one, and that was basically what he was living through.Sighing of impatience he swung his bare feet, void of any slippers new or otherwise, onto the floor. Creeping toward the kitchen he shuddered as the scene replayed in his head, every time. No matter how much he attempted to bury it it was still there, like a broken film strip in his head with no one to pull it out of the machine that was his memory.“Saeran where are you?” He called out seeing the kitchen devoid of life. “Don’t be an ass!” He called out. He knew someone had come in the door, why Saeran was hiding was beyond him. Suddenly the ring of a clock could be heard, a fresh and pure sound echoing through he deathly silence. He sprinted towards his room, God how long had it been since he’d been in his own room.Opening the door he was sure he was entering heaven. How else could he explain it? You were there, as perfect as ever, holding the clock. It was sitting on you lap, still ringing, and you were staring at it, aware of him, but uncaring. He took a slow step forward, afraid you’d disappear if he was too abrupt or harsh. “MC.” He breathed. You were hugging him. This was real and you were hugging him. “MC I’m so sorry, God, what did I ever do to deserve you? I’m an awful person.” He was the one crying now, and you nuzzled against him, waiting as he let his tears and confession out. “I was such an ass, you were so nice but I was just worrying about stupid things, things that won’t happen. Even then there’s no excuse. I hurt you so damn much. Why did I? Why did you come back? You deserve so much more!”“You’re wrong Saeyoung.” You whispered, looking once more into his soul. “I love you, that will never change. You can never hurt me as much as if you weren’t there.” He smiled. There was still so much for him to apologize for. Still more brokenness words that needed to be mended and revived. But he was willing, as long as his heart was still beating he was willing. He looked at your foot. There were cuts over and a thick bandage wrapped around it. This caused him to to cry more, but you just kept hugging him. Yes, there were still so many shattered words, but hopefully one day they’d be repaired. Together you’d make it happen. He’d wait.As long as it took for him to repent, he’d wait.
Hope ya like! Hope I didn’t kill you heart too much! Don’t worry the next one is happy! But right now I’m so damn tired! Wish me luck for finals tomorrow! Haha….😑😑

Unknown x MC: My Turn To See The Sky
Vanderwood gathered Saeyoung’s bags under his arms stuffing them into the trunk of the car. Grumbling about irresponsibility and laziness, he slammed the trunk closed locking the back with a button on his keys.
“Luciel! Get in here! It’s time to…goddamn it,” he tripped on some device Saeyoung made for you,“why can’t you pick this shit up…it’s time to go!” Vanderwood plucked things off the floor tossing them into their rightful places; out of his damn way.
Saeyoung ignored him resting his hand on your hip and holding his head up with the other. His thumb drew tiny circles as he gazed into your eyes.
“I won’t take long,” his voice was low, almost whispering his promise.
“You swear?” You stick your pinky out to him.
“The Defender of Justice God 707 never breaks a promise!! Especially one from a damsel such as you!!” He reluctantly left your hip to interlock your pinkies.
You pushed him on his back to tower above him. You stared indignantly into his golden eyes. His hands returned to your hips grinning like a fool.
“You better not,” you leaned down to kiss his cheek,“ or I’ll build a death ray and blow space away.”
“Ah! You would do that?”
“Only if you lied.”
“You’re so cool!”
“Saeyoung!”
“Okay…then…I’ll come back as fast as I can!” He pulls you down in a kiss that felt like he was afraid you’d float away.
“I’ll be rig-”
“When you lovebirds are fucking done canoodling all over those sheets I just washed, there’s a mission that needs doing and your little lady friend over there,” Vanderwood gestured to you, “can’t come. So let’s go.” He pulled out a cigarette, turned on his heel, and left the room grumbling about a shit lighter that couldn’t do its job.
“Gotta go, babe,” Saeyoung got up and blew a dramatic kiss at the door to you.
“Bye.”
It had been a week since Saeyoung left. Every day felt longer than the last waiting for him. You grew anxious only calming yourself down by making his favorite food, shopping for things he’d like, or calling Yoosung. Saeyoung couldn’t answer his phone so texting when he couldn’t call was out of the question. Zen had even come over twice, once with Yoosung, to give you company.
Robocat rolled into and out of every room meowing about battery life. You lift the cat to replace its batteries and hear a click at the door. You nearly jumped out of your skin.
“Saeyoung!” The large metal doors parted revealing him and all his glory. You were thrilled running up to him with open arms and calling his name.
“Ah, I missed you so much,” you peppered his neck with kisses holding him as close as possible.
“I missed you too, babe,” his voice was slightly lower than you thought, but you didn’t ask questions about his missions.
“Are you hungry?” Your smile was vibrant as you pulled back, still holding his hands, to look into his eyes. They were a funkier gold…almost yellow.
‘Must be tired from the mission. He always said they were exhausting for one reason or another,’ you dismissed the thought.
“Yea. What is there to eat?” He looked around the room scanning for something.
“You don’t want any HBC?”
“Yea, of course I do,” he seemed unsure stuttering through his replies,“ but first,” he lifted you up into his arms carrying you into his bedroom, “I’ve been apart from you too long, wouldn’t you agree?” He locked the door behind him lowering the lights.
“Ah, Saeyoung,” he threw his jacket to the floor unbuttoning his shirt and tossing them elsewhere, “what about Vanderwood? He’ll hear us.” You noticed his body was muscular like before but somehow slimmer. Had to be lighting…
“Vanderwood is not a problem. Don’t worry about it, babe,” he climbed on top of you in bed sitting in your lap. He grabbed you pulling you into a deep hungry kiss. His lips seemed dead set on consuming your own until you opened your mouth. He controlled the kiss shoving his tongue in as soon as he saw an opening. The kiss made you dizzy as your core flared up pooling with need.
“S-Sae-,” you tried to say his name to ask him to slow down, but he cut you off.
“No, call me Master,” he parted the kiss to look you in the eye. “Say it.”
“M-Master.”
“Good girl,” he threw you on your back, “now take your shirt off for me.” His voice was ragged watching you peel out of your shirt. “That too,” he plucked your bra strap, “show me all of you.” You unhook your bra in the front tossing it onto the floor with your shirt.
He paused for a moment to admire your chest watching you breathe. The silence was too long but immediately cut short as he came down you biting your neck and tugging on your ear lobe. He bit into your skin sucking hungrily like he wanted to pull the blood out. He licked the developing bruises in long strokes savoring the sweet flavor of sex on your flesh.
He moved down to your chest kissing your breast while squeezing the other. His teeth latched onto a nipple grinding and tugging fiercely. He alternated sucking and biting while his other hand pinched and squeezed your breast. Gawd, he wanted to sap you dry.
“M-Mast-Master,” he was relentless. Your body shook craving Saeyoung terribly. You wanted-no- you needed him to fuck you.
He left his hand on your breast as his tongue trailed down to your navel. He nibbled on your stomach dragging his nails down your abdomen to your trembling legs. He sat up once more admiring the expression on your face.
You were beautiful. He could smell how much you wanted him inside you. The way you fidgeted your legs trying to close them or your hands that had no mind but to travel along the sheets looking for a purpose or the teeth that dug into your bottom lip practically begging him to bury himself inside you. He couldn’t. A meal like you took time and he couldn’t just…finish so early. It was tempting, but watching you writhe under his control, in his arms, motivated him to take his time. He was harder than he had been in years ignited by your moans, but he’d enjoy you.
“Hold them there,” Saeyoung lifted your legs up, pushing them over your head. He growled releasing the grip he had behind your knee. He waited until your hands were firmly clasped around the bend of your leg before he dove in. That wait is too long. He parted your dripping core licking excessively long stripes until the tip of his tongue flicked your clit. You trembled with each one as the knot in your gut tightened so much you almost couldn’t hold your legs anymore.
He licked away until his licks became bites tugging at the puffy lips. You were sweet everywhere. He was enjoying himself too much. When you rocked or jumped, he pushed you forward again continuing to devour you.
“Don’t drop them,” he growled between feedings.
“Yes, Mas-Master,” his lips were covered in your essence. His tongue had explored as far as it could. He wanted to hear you scream. Not just whimper. He wanted you to beg and tremble beneath you; to take you to a paradise you wouldn’t recover from nor replicate.
“Release.” He watched you let go of your legs tired and breathing heavily. He wasn’t done. Far from it. He slipped off the bed.
“We done, Saeyoung?” You turned your head to look at him. He had pulled his pants off with his underwear and threw them into a crumpled heap. “Saeyoung…,” he looked a little…longer than before. You squint your eyes trying to see him.
“I thought,” he grabbed your hips roughly pulling you to the edge of the bed, “I told you,” he turned your body towards him standing between your legs, “to call me ‘Master’?” He hands had no intention of being gentle.
His eyes were bright even in the dark stained with mischief and lust. His gaze was fierce and hungry prepared to devour your will with a single command. Was this….was this Saeyoung?
“Saeyo-,” his eyes hardened.
“Fine.” He flipped you over on your stomach. He pinned your arms to your back holding your wrists in one hand. Confused you started to question him only to be cut short by a swift harsh smack on your ass. He struck with no consideration to the definition of pain in a merciless onslaught. Each smack followed the next before the pain subsided. He watched your ass jiggle with each spank pleased with the yelp that seemed to please him more than he expected.
After what felt like forever, his hand stopped.
“Repeat after me, babe,” his tone was gruff, almost hoarse, “I’m sorry, Master.”
“I-I’m s-sorry, Master,” your ass burned intensely as you replied to him without hesitation.
“See,” he released your wrist to flip you on your back, “being an obedient girl isn’t so hard.” He grinned. It wasn’t a sweet grin or a tender loving grin. There wasn’t a hint of love. It was raw unadulterated lust and control. ‘What happened on that mission…,’ before you could dig into that thought, Saeyoung tore something and lowered it to his waist below your vision.
“There,” he leaned over your body placing one hand on the bed and the other on his cock, “now we can play.”
He was merciless slamming himself in. Your back immediately arched off the bed pushing a moan to a puff of air. He was so much deeper than you expected and he fit perfectly.
He moved immediately gripping the bed and thrusting quickly. Your heat swallowed him convulsing around his cock gripping him like you never wanted him out. He was in ecstasy. He groaned pumping in harder. He wanted to brand the feeling of him inside you on every inch he could. You would remember him.
He lifted you up off the bed holding you by your legs with your arms locked around his neck. You bounced off him riding along this length using the momentum of him thrusting. Your mind was swimming in deep pleasure unsure if you could hold out much longer. Trembling and moaning, you had never felt this way with Saeyoung. He was hitting every spot perfectly every single time, but you ached for more.
He turned to a wall slamming your back against it. He wanted to taste the hunger on your lips. He dug his nails into your ass as you laced your legs behind his back. He ground into you against the wall locking his lips with your own. Your tongue and his was in a fierce tug of war exploring the inside of each other’s mouths.
“Master,” you tried to part from his kiss,“ I’m…I’m close,” he pulled you off the wall and set you on the floor.
“All fours. Now.” His voice was loud and harsh demanding you move. Your core ached without him forcing you to act immediately. “Good girl.” He reentered you placing his hand on your back.
He pushed your face to the floor wrapping his rough hands around your hips. He wasted no time to fuck you. He pounded into you, very close to cumming himself, savoring every scream. The angle allowed him to hit a spot you hadn’t known existed. It felt so good you were losing your mind screaming so loud.
His nails pierced your skin as his mind raced. He wanted to come inside you. He longed for it. To watch the cum spill out of your quivering heat. To see you beg him for more breathless and splattered in his semen. He had to. He couldn’t. He had to mark you more.
He pulled out pulling off the condom and came on your back. The cum streamed down your spine to your neck from your ass. You shuddered trying to catch your breath.
He finished and sat back on his heels staring at your ass in the air and your cum dripping down your thighs. He wanted to fuck you again and again and again. His cock missed being inside you, but you couldn’t handle that and he knew it.
“M-Master,” you shakily pushed yourself up to flop on your back, “are we done?”
“Yes,” he moved to lay beside you pulling you against his chest. You focused on breathing to the rhythm of his heart. He closed his eyes resting beside you.
The serene expression on his face was a stark contrast from the ferocity you had just faced. You lifted your hand to stroke his hair running your fingers through what you knew to be red locks. You closed your eyes resting against him and his fast beating heart.
Every muscle in your body ached. You tried to sit up slowly stretching your body and its sores. You looked around the floor for the man who ravaged you. He was fully clothed in front of the bedroom door with his back to you.
“Where you going, Defender of Justice?” His grip on the knob tightened. He knew you couldn’t do anything. He knew it wouldn’t matter if you knew. You’d tell Saeyoung and his brother would know he stained his love. He’d know.
But he wanted him to know.
He turned around boring his bright blue eyes into your bare bodies. Chills slithered down your spine staring at the stranger who looked so much like Saeyoung.
“Who are you…?” He laughed.
“I’m the memory my brother forgot,” his smile was wrought with malevolence and sadness,“ my name is Unknown.”
