Swedish architect Adolf W. Edelsvärd (June 28, 1824 - 1919) was in charge of Swedish Rail for forty years (from 1855), during which time he built almost 300 station houses all over Sweden - from local stations to the grandest of them all, Stockholm Central Station (built 1870; seen here in a photo from 1890).
