Chapter 1: Welcome to the Wolffs
Y/n Müller had always been driven by a deep sense of creativity and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Growing up in a bilingual household in Stuttgart, she had developed a passion for languages and cultures, seamlessly switching between German and English. This dual heritage had given her a unique perspective and a love for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
When it came time to choose a field of study, Y/n followed her heart and enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts program, majoring in Media Design. She was drawn to the world of visual storytelling, believing that design could shape perceptions and inspire change. Her coursework was rigorous, covering everything from graphic design to video production, but Y/n thrived in the academic environment.
However, as graduation approached, Y/n found herself at a crossroads. While she loved the theoretical aspects of her studies, she longed for a more hands-on role where she could apply her knowledge in real-life situations. She had worked part-time as a nanny throughout her university years, discovering a natural talent for engaging with children and creating enriching experiences for them.
One evening, while scrolling through job postings, Y/n stumbled upon an advertisement that caught her eye:

WE ARE HIRING
a live-in nanny position for a family in Monaco. bilingual background (German and English)
Job description: A high-profile family deeply embedded in motorsports is looking for a bilingual nanny who can travel with them fully and adjust to a dynamic lifestyle.
Required skills: Background in early childhood care.
Job Location: Monaco (base)
______________________________________________________________
It didn't say who that family was, but since she was a new motorsports fan, she had recently started watching "Drive to Survive" on Netflix, it only had 2 Seasons and she just started on episode 3 of season 1. All that she knew about motorsports she got from Drive to Survive but there are so many different categories, not only Formula 1. So she decided she may not know who they were anyway.
But that docuseries had piqued her interest, offering a glimpse into the thrilling and often dramatic world of F1 racing, full of fascinating stories, personalities, and grown men that could be so petty and childish sometimes. Between the drama and the drivers, she felt like watching an episode of "The Real Housewives" shows. Not to forget the lifestyle that comes with motorsports.
She felt an instant connection with the Mercedes team, even though they were hardly spoken about in the first season, since she was born in Stuttgart and everyone knows how interconnected that city is with the brand.
That's why her heart raced so fast as she read the listing. It seemed too good to be true! The chances that I really was anything remotely connected with the Show was slim but she still had a good feeling about it.
It also was just a chance to combine her creative background, passion for nurturing children, and newfound love for motorsports while experiencing life in an entirely new and glamorous setting, knowing that the family had wealth seeing as they live in Monaco.
The more she thought about it, the more it seemed like the perfect opportunity. All those factors drove her to apply for the job.
Working for that prominent family would allow her to make a significant impact on a kid's life, providing him or her as nanny a stable and loving presence amidst their busy lives.
The role also offered her professional and personal growth, which a traditional design job might not provide. At least not in that capacity.
And the opportunity to travel with the family in their fast-paced world and manage the challenges of a high-profile household would push her out of her comfort zone and help her develop a diverse skill set.
Plus, the exciting idea of living in Monaco, a city known for its beauty and sophistication, was too tempting to pass up.
She could immerse herself in a new culture, build a global network, and create unforgettable memories. Her twenties were here so she could explore herself and the world so what better way than to travel and make friends.
She could always go back to her design background if she was getting tired of childcare. With her, you would never know.
Being highly interested in the job opening Y/n sent out her resume and a cover letter. Still not knowing who the family is. But she really didn't care who those people were as long as they were nice.

When Y/n sent off her application, she felt a mix of excitement and anxiety. She had poured her heart into the cover letter, hoping her passion and experience would shine through. The following days were a whirlwind of emotions and activities as she waited for a response.
During those two weeks, Y/n kept herself busy to manage the anticipation. She continued her part-time nanny job, investing extra effort into creating engaging activities for the children she looked after. She also worked on freelance design projects, hoping to bolster her portfolio in case she needed to pivot back to her design career.
Y/n spent time with friends and family, sharing her hopes about the potential job in Monaco. They encouraged her, but the waiting was still nerve-wracking. Every time her phone buzzed, her heart raced, thinking it might be an email from the Wolff family.
To prepare herself for a possible interview, Y/n researched more about Monaco and the world of motorsports. She watched documentaries, read articles, and familiarized herself with the different sports leagues and key figures, hoping to impress the family with her knowledge if given the chance.
When the invitation for a video interview finally arrived, Y/n was both nervous and hopeful. The email's subject line made her heart skip a beat. She quickly opened it and read through the details, feeling a surge of excitement. She was thrilled to finally meet the family and get to know them, but also anxious about making a good impression.

When Y/n received the email, her eyes widened in surprise and excitement as she read through it. She had been anxiously awaiting a response, but she never imagined that the family she had applied to work for was as prestigious as the Wolffs. She quickly reread the introduction, her heart racing.
"Wow," she whispered to herself. "Toto and Susie Wolff? This is incredible."
The significance of the opportunity began to sink in. Toto Wolff, the Team Principal and CEO of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, and Susie Wolff, a former racing driver and the CEO of ROKiT Venturi Racing in Formula E, were offering her a chance to be part of their world. She felt a mixture of awe and determination.
Y/n couldn't help but smile as she thought about little Jack, imagining the lively and curious three-year-old they described. She was thrilled that her background in Media Design had caught their attention and that they saw the potential for her creative skills to enrich Jack’s experiences. Knowing they appreciated her bilingual ability gave her an added boost of confidence.
"January 12th at 3 PM," she murmured, making a mental note of the interview date and time. She clicked the video call link to ensure it worked, not wanting to leave anything to chance.
Her mind buzzed with a hundred thoughts at once. She needed to prepare thoroughly for the interview, making sure she could articulate her experience and vision for supporting Jack's development. She also wanted to prepare insightful questions to show her genuine interest in their family and lifestyle.
Y/n felt a surge of excitement mixed with a hint of nerves. This opportunity was bigger than she had anticipated, but she was determined to make the most of it. She took a deep breath, feeling a wave of gratitude wash over her.
"This is it," she thought. "This could be the start of something truly amazing."
She immediately set to work, planning her preparations for the interview. She wanted to be ready to impress Toto and Susie Wolff, knowing that this was a chance to combine her passions for childcare, creativity, and cultural exploration in an extraordinary way.
The night before the interview, Y/n rehearsed her answers to potential questions and prepared thoughtful questions of her own. She set up her laptop in her parents' house in Stuttgart, double-checked her internet connection, and ensured her surroundings were neat and professional. If this interview didn’t work out, she reminded herself, she could always fall back on her design background. But deep down, she knew how much she wanted this opportunity.
______________________________________________________________
She took a deep breath and clicked the link to join the video call.
The screen flickered, and soon she found herself face-to-face with Toto and Susie Wolff. Y/n had done a quick search on them prior to the interview, discovering their significant influence in the motorsports world, but she still didn’t know the full extent of their prominence.
“Hello, Y/n. It’s a pleasure to meet you,” Susie said with a warm smile.
“Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Wolff. Thank you for this opportunity. Es freut mich sehr, dass wir die Möglichkeit haben, so miteinander zu kommunizieren (I am very pleased that we have the opportunity to communicate with each other like this),” Y/n replied, trying to keep her nerves in check.
“Please, call us Toto and Susie,” Toto said, his tone friendly and welcoming. “We’ve read through your application and were very impressed. Why don’t you tell us a bit more about yourself?”
Y/n began to explain her background in Media Design, her passion for working with children, and how she believed her creative skills would be beneficial in engaging and educating their son, Jack. She also mentioned her bilingual abilities and her experience growing up in Stuttgart.
Susie nodded thoughtfully. “We think your background is quite unique and would bring a fresh perspective to Jack’s upbringing. How do you feel about traveling frequently and adapting to different environments?”
“I’m very excited about the opportunity to travel,” Y/n said. “I think it would be an amazing experience for both Jack and me. I’m adaptable and eager to learn about new cultures and environments. Traveling has always been a passion of mine, although I haven’t had the opportunity to see and learn as much as I would like to until now.”
Toto leaned forward slightly. “One thing to consider is the nature of our lifestyle. It can be fast-paced and demanding. How comfortable are you with managing stress and maintaining flexibility?”
“I’m confident in my ability to handle stress and stay organized,” Y/n replied. “My studies and previous nanny jobs have taught me how to manage my time effectively and stay calm under pressure. Zudem möchte ich auch nochmal anführen, dass ich eben deutsch bin. Es liegt mir also eigentlich im Blut immer pünktlich zu sein und mein Leben gut zu managen. (I would also like to mention again that I am German. So it's actually in my blood to always be punctual and to manage my life well.)”
The last part was meant as a joke, but Toto and Susie knew she fully meant it.
Y/N paused before she asked a question she was eager to get an answer to. “I am very sorry to tell you I don’t really know about your work background and I was not comfortable googling the both of you so if you don’t mind what exactly do you do? Also, you spoke about traveling how often would that be and when would you like to have Jack with you guys?” It was a long question but she was confident they would answer her fully.
Susie and Toto exchanged a quick glance, their smiles warm and understanding. They appreciated her directness and respect for their privacy.
Susie spoke first, her tone friendly. "No worries at all, Y/n. I’m a former racing driver and currently the CEO of ROKiT Venturi Racing in Formula E. My role involves overseeing the team’s operations, strategy, and ensuring we’re competitive in the championship. It’s a dynamic and demanding job, but one I’m very passionate about."
Toto nodded, adding with a hint of enthusiasm, "And I’m the team principal and CEO of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. It’s an intense job, managing the team and ensuring we perform at our best during the racing season. So, as you can imagine, our schedules can be quite demanding and involve a fair bit of travel."
Susie continued, "Regarding travel, we do move around quite a bit, especially during the racing season, which runs from March to December. There are races almost every other week, and they happen all over the world. We'd love to have Jack with us during these travels, but it depends on the location and the duration of our stay."
Toto chimed in, "Ideally, we'd like him to join us for the major races and during the summer break when the schedule is a bit lighter. It's important to us that he experiences different cultures and environments, but we also want to ensure he has stability in his education and routine. We’re looking for someone who can help maintain that balance for him."
Susie nodded, "Exactly. We want Jack to feel secure and supported, no matter where we are. Your role would be crucial in providing that stability while also making the experience enjoyable and enriching for him."
Y/n listened carefully, nodding as Susie and Toto explained their busy schedules and travel needs. When they finished, she smiled confidently, ready to reassure them of her capabilities.
"Thank you both for sharing that with me. Your careers sound incredibly exciting and demanding, and I can see how important it is to you that Jack has stability amidst all the travel."
She paused for a moment, collecting her thoughts. "I have extensive experience working with children in various environments, including situations where parents have high-profile, busy careers. I understand the importance of creating a stable, nurturing environment for Jack, no matter where we are. I am skilled at maintaining routines and providing the educational support he needs to thrive."
Y/n continued, her voice steady and reassuring. "I’m very adaptable and have handled travel with families before. I’m organized and proactive, ensuring that everything Jack needs is prepared and that he feels secure and happy in each new location. I also love finding creative ways to make travel educational and fun for children, turning each new place into a learning opportunity."
She smiled warmly, looking between Susie and Toto. "I’m confident that I can provide the balance you’re looking for—supporting Jack’s growth and education while also making sure he enjoys the unique experiences your lifestyle offers. I’m excited about the possibility of being a part of your family and contributing to Jack’s development in such a dynamic and enriching environment. That of course is if you would have me.” She smiles at them.
After a few more questions about her approach to childcare and her thoughts on integrating educational activities with play, the interview began to wrap up.
“We’re very impressed with you, Y/n,” Susie said, glancing at Toto, who nodded in agreement. “We think you’d be a wonderful fit for our family.”
Y/n’s heart soared. “Thank you so much. I’m really excited about the possibility of working with you and getting to know Jack.”
“We’ll be in touch soon with more details,” Toto said, smiling. “Thank you for your time today.”
As the call ended, Y/n felt a rush of exhilaration. The interview had gone better than she could have imagined, and she felt a sense of validation in her choices and aspirations. The Wolff family represented a new path, one filled with opportunities for growth, adventure, and meaningful connections.
Two days later, Y/n received another email from the Wolffs.

Chapter 6: Between the Lines
Y/n wrapped her scarf tightly around her neck as she stepped out of the car, the crisp Austrian air nipping at her cheeks. Snow blanketed the landscape, turning the world into a picturesque winter wonderland. She had just returned from celebrating Christmas with her family in Germany and was now ready to welcome the New Year with the Wolff family at their chalet in the Alps.
Toto and Susie Wolff stood by the entrance, warmly bundled in their winter coats. Jack was the first to spot her, his face lighting up as he dashed towards her.
Toto and Susie approached with smiles. "Welcome, Y/n," Toto said, his deep voice filled with genuine warmth. He placed a hand on her shoulder, giving a gentle squeeze that lingered a moment longer than usual. Susie followed suit, wrapping her arm around Y/n’s waist in a friendly yet lingering manner.
"We've missed you. Ready for some skiing?" Susie asked, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
Y/n smiled, her heart fluttering at their touch, though a pang of nerves crept in. She hadn’t mentioned that she had never skied before. "Absolutely," she replied, masking her anxiety.
“Y/n!” Jack’s excited voice echoed through the air as he rushed toward her.
“Jack!” Y/n dropped her bags, opening her arms wide to catch him in a warm hug. She lifted him slightly off the ground, spinning him around with a laugh. “I missed you so much, little man! Look how much you’ve grown!”
Jack giggled, clinging to her tightly. “I missed you too! Did you have a good Christmas?”
“I did, thank you! But I’ve been dying to hear all about yours. Tell me everything!” Y/n said, placing Jack back on the ground but keeping a hand on his shoulder as they walked inside.
As soon as they were inside and settled in the warm living room, Y/n perched on the edge of the couch, pulling Jack close. “Okay, spill the beans. What did the christkind bring you this year?”
Jack’s eyes sparkled with excitement. “Oh, so many cool things! I got a new LEGO set—it’s a racing car! And then the christkind brought me a remote-controlled car that goes super fast. Dad helped me set it up, and it’s amazing!”
“Wow, that sounds awesome!” Y/n replied, her face lighting up with genuine enthusiasm. “You’ll have to show me later. What else did you get?”
Jack continued, his voice filled with joy. “Mom and Dad gave me this really cool racing jacket, just like the ones the drivers wear. And Grandma and Grandpa sent me a huge box of chocolates and a puzzle.”
Y/n smiled, imagining Jack’s excitement as he opened each gift. “It sounds like you had an amazing Christmas. Did you get to spend time with your friends too?”
Jack nodded eagerly. “Yes, we had a big Christmas party with my friends. We played games, and I even showed them my new car. Everyone loved it!”
Y/n beamed at him, her heart swelling with affection. “I’m so happy you had such a wonderful time, Jack. You deserve it. And now we get to have even more fun here in Austria!”
Jack’s smile widened. “Yes! And I have to show you the snowman I made yesterday. He’s huge!”
“I can’t wait to see him,” Y/n said, ruffling Jack’s hair affectionately. “But first, how about some hot chocolate to warm up from the cold?”
Jack’s eyes lit up. “Yes, please!”
______________________________________________________________
Y/n adjusted her ski goggles and tightened the straps on her boots, standing at the base of the snowy mountain. The morning air was crisp, the sky a brilliant shade of blue, and the excitement around her was palpable. Toto, Susie, and Jack stood nearby, chatting animatedly about the upcoming run. Y/n’s stomach fluttered with nerves, but she forced a confident smile.
"You ready, Y/n?" Toto asked, his hand resting lightly on her shoulder. His touch was warm and reassuring, but it only amplified her internal anxiety.
"Of course," Y/n replied, her voice steady despite the butterflies in her stomach. She hadn’t told them she had never skied before, not wanting to seem out of place or disrupt the family’s plans. When Susie suggested they skip the beginner slopes and head straight for the regular ones, Y/n had nodded along, her heart pounding.
The group moved to the ski lift, and soon they were ascending the mountain. Y/n tried to soak in the stunning views of the snow-covered peaks and valleys, but her mind was racing with thoughts of the descent.
At the top, Toto and Susie skied gracefully ahead, with Jack not far behind, his small frame expertly maneuvering through the snow. Y/n took a deep breath and pushed off, immediately feeling the lack of control as her skis wobbled beneath her. She struggled to keep her balance, her arms flailing as she tried to mimic the others.
Within seconds, Y/n lost control and tumbled into the snow, her skis crossing awkwardly as she landed in an ungraceful heap. She heard Jack’s infectious laughter echoing through the air, followed by Susie and Toto chuckling as they skied back to her.
"Are you alright?" Susie asked, her eyes filled with amusement as she knelt beside Y/n, helping her untangle her skis.
"Y/n, that was quite the show," Toto teased, his tone light but caring. He reached down, pulling her to her feet with ease. His hands lingered on her arms, steadying her as she found her footing again.
Y/n dusted the snow off her jacket, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. "I’m fine, just…a little rusty," she said, forcing a laugh.
"You’re doing great," Susie assured her, giving Y/n a gentle squeeze around the waist. "We’ve all been there. Just take it slow and find your rhythm."
Despite their encouragement, Y/n continued to struggle. Each attempt down the slope ended in a clumsy fall, her skis going in opposite directions or getting caught in the snow. Jack’s laughter filled the air each time, and soon, even Toto and Susie couldn’t contain their mirth.
By the time they reached the bottom of the slope, Y/n was exhausted and covered in snow. She leaned on her ski poles, catching her breath as the others gathered around.
"You know," Y/n began, looking at Susie with a wry smile, "I think I’m more of a wellness and après-ski type of girl."
Susie burst into laughter, wrapping an arm around Y/n’s shoulders. "I think we can arrange that. But you’ve been a trooper, and that’s what counts."
Toto grinned, patting Y/n’s back. "We’ll make a skier out of you yet. For now, let’s head to the lodge for some well-earned hot chocolate."
The next few days were a mix of laughter and determination. Y/n continued to attempt the slopes, each fall less embarrassing as she embraced the fun of it. Susie captured videos of Y/n’s failed attempts, promising to make a humorous compilation, while Y/n documented the family’s moments, snapping candid photos and behind-the-scenes clips for Susie and her Instagram.
When Jack’s ski tournament arrived, Y/n was the loudest cheerleader on the sidelines. She watched with pride as Jack raced down the slope, his technique flawless and his confidence inspiring. When he crossed the finish line first, the family erupted in cheers.
Later, back at the chalet, Y/n snapped a photo of Jack, Toto, and Susie, their arms wrapped around each other, faces glowing with pride and happiness. "For our Instagram," Y/n said, capturing the perfect shot.
Susie leaned into Y/n, showing her the video of one of her earlier falls. "This one is definitely going in the blooper reel."
Y/n laughed, playfully nudging Susie. "As long as it makes people smile."
______________________________________________________________
The moment Benedict and Rosa arrived, the atmosphere in the chalet became even more vibrant. Y/n and Jack were in the kitchen decorating cookies when they heard the car pull up outside. Jack's face lit up, and he dashed toward the door, shouting, "They're here!".
Y/n smiled, wiping her hands on a towel as she followed him to the door. She could hear excited chatter even before the door opened. As soon as Jack flung it open, Benedict and Rosa stepped inside, their faces bright with joy.
"Hey, Buddy!" Benedict laughed, lifting Jack off the ground in a bear hug.
"Hast du uns vermisst?" (Did you miss us?) he asked as he set Jack down.
"Jaaaaa!" (Yeeees!) Jack beamed, his small hands clinging to Benedict’s arm.
Jack turned to Rosa, who leaned down to give him a hug. "Ich muss euch so viel zeigen!" (I have so much to show you!) he exclaimed excitedly.
"Wir haben dich auch vermisst, Jack," (We missed you too, Jack.) Rosa smiled warmly, her arms wrapped around him.
Y/n approached, her grin widening at the sight of the siblings’ reunion. "Schön, euch beide wiederzusehen," (good to see you both again.) she greeted, stepping closer.
Benedict turned to her, his face lighting up. "Y/n! Auch schön, dich zu sehen. Wie war dein Weihnachten?" (Y/n! Great to see you too. How was your Christmas?) he asked, pulling her into a quick hug.
"Es war wunderschön, danke," (It was lovely, thank you.) Y/n replied, turning to give Rosa a quick hug as well. "Aber ich habe mich darauf gefreut, euch zu sehen. Jack hat die ganze Zeit über euch gesprochen." (I’ve been looking forward to seeing you guys. Jack’s been talking about you nonstop.)
Rosa chuckled, patting Jack on the back. "Er ist der Beste. Es ist schön ein bisschen Zeit zusammen zu verbringen, bevor das neue Jahr beginnt." (He’s the best. We’re excited to spend some time together before the New Year.)
At that moment, Toto and Susie walked into the foyer, their faces brightening at the sight of the children. Toto immediately enveloped Benedict and Rosa in a warm hug.
"Willkommen, ihr beiden. Wir haben auf euch gewartet," (Welcome, you two. We’ve been waiting for you.) Toto said, his voice filled with affection.
Susie stepped forward, pulling them both into a tight embrace. "Schön das ihr es geschafft habt," she said softly. (Nice that you made it.)
The house quickly filled with laughter as they settled in, sharing stories and catching up on the past few days. Jack, ever eager for attention, tugged at Benedict and Rosa, urging them toward the backyard.
"Kommt schon, ihr müsst meinen Schneemann sehen und mein neues Auto!" (Come on, you have to see my snowman and my new car!) Jack exclaimed, pulling them along.
Y/n chuckled, following them outside.
______________________________________________________________
The morning of New Year’s Eve dawned clear and crisp in the Austrian Alps, sunlight streaming through the large windows of the Wolff family’s chalet. Y/n stirred in her bed, the soft warmth of the covers cocooning her as she slowly opened her eyes. Jack’s laughter echoed through the hallways, a sign that the day had already begun.
Y/n stretched and got out of bed, her feet sinking into the plush carpet as she made her way to the bathroom. After a quick shower, she dressed warmly in a cozy sweater and jeans, ready to face the day’s chill. The scent of freshly brewed coffee and baked pastries wafted through the chalet, leading her to the kitchen.
Susie was bustling about, preparing breakfast with an ease that spoke of years of practice. “Good morning, Y/n!” she greeted with a bright smile. “Did you sleep well?”
“Morning, Susie. Yes, I did, thank you,” Y/n replied, returning the smile as she reached for a cup of coffee.
Toto appeared moments later, already dressed for the day in casual yet stylish winter attire. “Good morning, Y/n,” he greeted, his voice warm and steady. “We’re heading out for some skiing today. Would you like to join us?”
Y/n hesitated, the thought of admitting her lack of skiing experience making her stomach flutter with nerves. “I think I’ll stay back and enjoy the wellness facilities today,” she said with a soft laugh, trying to keep her tone light.
Susie chuckled. “That sounds lovely. You’ll have the chalet all to yourself for a bit. It’s the perfect chance to relax.”
Y/n nodded, relieved by their understanding. “Exactly. I’ll be here to capture all the behind-the-scenes moments when you return.”
The family finished breakfast and soon departed for the slopes, leaving Y/n alone in the serene chalet. She spent the morning leisurely, enjoying the peace and quiet. After a long soak in the hot tub, she wrapped herself in a plush robe and curled up in front of the fireplace with a book. The soft crackle of the fire and the panoramic view of the snow-covered landscape created a tranquil ambiance that Y/n cherished.
In the afternoon, she set to work capturing content for their social media, preparing posts that showcased the warmth and joy of the Wolff family’s holiday. She edited photos of Jack’s excitement and Susie and Toto’s shared glances, each image filled with genuine love and happiness.
As the afternoon stretched into evening, the family returned, their cheeks flushed from the cold and their spirits high. Jack burst through the door, chattering excitedly about the slopes and his latest triumphs, his energy infectious.
“You missed some epic runs today,” Toto said, grinning at Y/n as he hung up his jacket. “But it looks like you had a pretty relaxing day yourself.”
“I did,” Y/n replied, her smile warm. “And I’m ready to help get everything set up for tonight.”
The evening unfolded in a relaxed and joyful manner. The chalet was soon filled with the scent of delicious food and the sound of laughter as friends and family arrived. Y/n flitted around, capturing moments on her phone—Jack laughing with his cousins, Toto pouring glasses of champagne, and Susie arranging the dessert table with care.
Dinner was a grand affair, filled with toasts and delicious dishes. Y/n found herself seated between Jack and Susie, the warmth of their family radiating through every shared smile and story.
The sound of the clock chiming in the distance signaled that it was almost time. "Everyone outside!" Susie called, her voice cutting through the chatter. Y/n grabbed her coat and followed the group out onto the snow-covered terrace, her breath visible in the chilly air. The clear night sky stretched above them, the stars glittering like tiny diamonds, creating a magical backdrop.
Y/n positioned herself near the edge, ready to capture the moment. Toto stood beside Susie, their arms wrapped around each other as they looked out over the valley. Jack was nearby, bouncing with excitement as the countdown began.
"Ten... nine... eight..." The crowd's voices grew louder with each second, the anticipation palpable. Y/n raised her phone, framing the scene perfectly—Susie and Toto standing together, the fireworks waiting to burst into life.
"Three... two... one... Happy New Year!" The sky erupted in color, and the first fireworks soared into the night, illuminating the world below in a cascade of vibrant lights. Y/n pressed record, capturing the awe and wonder of the moment.
She kept her focus on Susie and Toto as they turned to each other, sharing a kiss amid the glowing backdrop. It was a tender, genuine moment, filled with the love and connection they shared. Y/n smiled, feeling privileged to capture such an intimate scene.
As the fireworks continued, Susie and Toto turned their attention to Y/n, their eyes sparkling with warmth. "Come here, Y/n!" Susie called out, her voice cutting through the noise.
Y/n hesitated briefly, her heart pounding in her chest. She didn’t have time to think too deeply before she found herself walking toward them, her boots crunching in the snow. Toto reached out first, pulling her into a tight embrace from one side, and Susie wrapped her arms around her from the other.
"Happy New Year, Y/n!" Susie said, her voice soft but full of emotion. She leaned in, placing a gentle kiss on Y/n’s cheek.
"Frohes neues," Toto echoed, his lips brushing against Y/n’s other cheek. The warmth of their presence made her heart race even faster.
Y/n laughed nervously, caught between them, feeling the champagne’s warmth in her system. "Happy New Year to you too," she managed, her voice barely above a whisper.
The embrace lingered, and before Y/n could fully register what was happening, Susie’s hand slid up to gently cup her face. Her eyes locked with Y/n’s, and without warning, she leaned in, pressing her lips softly against Y/n’s in a quick but unmistakable kiss.
Y/n’s breath hitched, her mind spinning. The kiss was brief, yet it left a lingering warmth that spread through her. Before she could react, Toto mirrored Susie’s action, his lips meeting hers in a gentle, fleeting kiss that sent a ripple of surprise through her.
As quickly as it happened, it was over. Susie and Toto pulled back, their faces calm and smiling as if nothing out of the ordinary had occurred. They each gave Y/n another affectionate squeeze, their attention shifting back to the ongoing celebration and the fireworks lighting up the sky.
Y/n stood there, stunned, her lips tingling from the unexpected kisses. Her heart raced, the moment replaying in her mind on a loop. The Wolffs, however, continued to act naturally, their warmth and affection blending seamlessly with the evening’s festivities.

The Wolff family’s New Year’s trip to Austria was already filled with warmth and laughter, but the arrival of Kimi Antonelli added an extra layer of excitement. Kimi, the new driver for Mercedes, had joined them to get to know the team a little better and immerse himself in the family-like atmosphere of the Wolffs.
Y/n had met Kimi a few times before, during his appearances in the garage or when he drove the car during practice sessions. She found him endearing—a focused, talented young man with a bright future ahead. His presence around the family felt natural, and Y/n quickly grew fond of him, seeing him as a sweet, almost kid-like presence despite his growing fame in motorsports.
“Kimi!” Jack exclaimed as soon as he saw the young driver step into the chalet. “You’re here! You can teach me all about racing now!”
Kimi chuckled, ruffling Jack’s hair. “I’ll do my best, little buddy.”
Jack immediately took to Kimi, declaring him his new best buddy, and followed him around the chalet, peppering him with endless questions about racing and cars. Y/n smiled at the sight, enjoying how quickly Jack had bonded with Kimi, almost as if he had gained a big brother overnight.
One snowy afternoon, the group decided to take a drive through the picturesque Austrian landscape. Y/n, Toto, Susie, Jack, and Kimi piled into the SUV, enjoying the serene beauty of the snow-covered mountains. Y/n loved these peaceful moments, capturing candid shots of the family for their holiday memories.
The drive was smooth until they hit a patch of deep snow, and the car got stuck. Toto tried reversing and maneuvering, but the wheels spun helplessly in place. They needed help.
“I’ll call for someone to come pull us out,” Toto said, already dialing.
While they waited, the group made the best of the situation. Jack played in the snow outside, throwing snowballs at Kimi, who good-naturedly dodged and occasionally threw one back.
Soon, help arrived, a sturdy tow truck ready to pull the car out of the snow. As they prepared to get the SUV moving, Kimi offered, “I can steer while they pull us out.”
Jack’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Can I sit with you, Kimi? Please? I want to help!”
Kimi smiled down at Jack, ruffling his hair again. “Alright, buddy. You can sit on my lap and help me steer.”
Y/n followed them to the front seats, her heart warmed by the interaction. Jack climbed onto Kimi’s lap, his small hands on the steering wheel, looking determined. Y/n couldn’t resist filming the moment, her phone capturing every detail of Jack’s eager expression and Kimi’s patient guidance.
The tow truck began pulling the SUV out of the snow. At first, everything went smoothly, but as the car was yanked free, it jolted forward slightly faster than expected. Jack and Kimi’s eyes widened in surprise as the car lurched, their faces frozen in identical expressions of stunned amazement.
“Oh my God! Stopp Stopp” Y/n exclaimed, her heart leaping into her throat for a moment before the car steadied.
She couldn’t help but laugh nervously, watching the replay on her phone. “You two looked so scared!” she teased, showing them the video.
Kimi laughed, shaking his head. “That was unexpected. But hey, we made it.”
Jack grinned up at Kimi. “That was awesome! Can we do it again?”
“Maybe not on purpose next time,” Kimi replied, chuckling as he gave Jack a playful squeeze.
(Have alook at this cute video)

It was a quiet evening a few days after New Year’s, and Y/n found herself lying in her cozy bed, staring at the ceiling. The chalet was peacefully silent, with everyone else having retired for the night. She had been so busy with the excitement of the holidays—Jack’s snowman, the skiing (or rather, her disaster on skis), and spending time with Toto, Susie, and the kids—that she hadn’t had a chance to truly reflect on the events of New Year’s Eve.
But now, in the stillness of the room, the memory came flooding back.
It had all happened so fast. The night had been filled with laughter, good food, and drinks flowing freely. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, everyone in high spirits, celebrating the arrival of a new year. But then, it was the moment after the fireworks, when Susie and Toto had pulled her into their embrace. They had kissed her on both cheeks, just like they always did, but then… then it had happened. Susie, bold and playful, kissed her on the lips. It had been quick, but still enough to catch her off guard.
And then Toto… he kissed her too. His lips on hers, brief, just a few seconds, but it had left a lingering warmth in her chest.
Y/n squeezed her eyes shut, trying to push away the storm of thoughts that followed. What did it mean? What did it all mean? She had tried to brush it off at the time, not wanting to overthink it, especially with everyone else around. But now, alone in her bed, she couldn’t ignore it anymore. Her thoughts kept circling back to that moment, the feeling of their lips, the chemistry in the air. It wasn’t just a kiss between friends, was it?
She ran a hand over her face, letting out a slow breath. She had been with the Wolff family for over a year now, and she knew the boundaries, or at least, she thought she did. Toto and Susie had always been kind to her, supportive, and loving in a way that felt familial, but that kiss—those kisses—had blurred something. The way Susie had leaned in so confidently, the way Toto had followed suit, both of them so natural and comfortable in their touch.
Y/n sat up, hugging her knees to her chest. The more she thought about it, the more she felt confused. Had she misinterpreted their actions? It wasn’t the first time they had shown affection towards her, but that night had felt… different. It wasn’t like any of the playful touches or casual hugs they had shared before. There was something more intimate about it.
She knew she shouldn’t be thinking about it. After all, it wasn’t like they had said anything directly about it afterward. The night had carried on as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened. They had even joked and laughed together as if the kiss had been just a part of the festivities. But Y/n couldn’t shake the feeling that it had meant something more, something deeper.
She tried to picture Toto’s expression, his eyes, the way he’d pulled her close. He was always so protective and caring, but in that moment, there had been something else there, something she wasn’t sure she could identify.
And Susie—Susie, who was always so confident and assured in her own skin, had kissed her so boldly, as if it was just another moment to add to their friendship. But it wasn’t just any kiss, was it?
Y/n ran her fingers through her hair, frustrated with herself. She didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, especially when things had seemed so normal afterward. But she couldn’t stop wondering if that kiss had been a sign of something more—something that might change everything.
Did it mean they were interested in her? In a way that was more than just friendship? Or was she simply overthinking it? She didn’t want to assume anything, especially not with them being so close-knit and familiar with her. But the kisses—those lingering moments—they felt different, and it left her unsure of where she stood.
She glanced over at the clock. The late hour was a reminder that she needed rest. Yet her mind wouldn’t let go. Her heart beat a little faster as she recalled the laughter from that night, the warmth of the moment, and the way their touches seemed to spark something inside her. She cared about them deeply, of course. But this? She had never expected this kind of closeness.
Y/n sighed deeply, rolling onto her side, curling into her pillow. She had always prided herself on being able to handle any situation with clarity and calm, but now, she felt unsure. She didn’t know what this meant for them, for their dynamic, or for her. Was she supposed to just ignore what happened and move on? Or was this something she needed to face, something that might change the way she viewed her relationship with Toto and Susie?

Chapter 3: A Race and the beginning of something different
Y/n had been with the Wolff family for two months now, and while she’d grown accustomed to life in their Monaco home and her daily routine with Jack, this weekend was something new—her very first race weekend. The sun was shining brightly over the paddock as she held Jack’s hand, both of them walking excitedly through the bustling atmosphere. She couldn’t help but feel a flutter of anticipation in her chest. She had seen glimpses of the motorsport world on Netflix, but now she was right in the thick of it. The buzz of the engines, the chatter of team members, and the vibrant energy that filled the air was intoxicating.
Toto and Susie were already engrossed in their responsibilities. Susie had waved a quick goodbye, saying she would catch up with Y/n and Jack later, while Toto kissed Jack’s head and gave Y/n a reassuring smile before heading toward the Mercedes garage. "If you need anything, just call," he reminded her, laying a gentle hand on her shoulder.
Y/n smiled and nodded, feeling the warmth of his touch. "Don’t worry, Toto. Jack and I will be fine. We’ll just explore for a bit."
Jack, holding Y/n's hand tightly, looked up at her with excitement. "Are we gonna see Lewis today?"
Y/n chuckled at his eagerness. "I think we might, little man. But remember, Lewis is working, so we can’t bother him too much."
As they made their way toward the hospitality suite, Y/n was greeted with polite smiles and nods from various team members and guests, who were clearly accustomed to the Wolff family’s presence. She felt a little self-conscious but kept her focus on Jack, who was bubbling with excitement and pointing out everything around him—the cars being wheeled into the garages, the engineers huddled over data screens, and the bustling media crews.
It wasn’t long before they ran into Lewis Hamilton. Dressed in his distinctive race weekend style, Lewis spotted them first. His face lit up instantly when he saw Jack bouncing on his toes and Y/n beside him. "Hey, my little man!" Lewis grinned, crouching down to greet Jack with a playful fist bump. "You excited for the race?"
Jack beamed. "Yeah! I can't wait to see you win, Lewis!"
Lewis laughed and ruffled Jack’s hair before turning his attention to Y/n. "And you must be Y/n," he said, standing up and extending a hand. "I’ve heard a lot about you. Finally, we meet!"
Y/n took his hand, feeling the warmth and friendliness radiating from him. "Nice to meet you too, Lewis. Jack talks about you all the time."
Lewis winked at Jack. "Does he now? Well, I better not disappoint, huh?"
Y/n chuckled, instantly feeling at ease around him. There was something about Lewis that was disarming, like they had been friends for years. He had a natural charisma that made her feel welcome, even in the high-octane, intense world of Formula 1. "I’m just trying to keep up with this little guy. He's the expert around here," she joked, squeezing Jack's hand playfully.
Lewis grinned and motioned toward the Mercedes garage. "Well, if you two need any tips on how things work around here, just let me know. I'll be your guide."
Y/n smiled, appreciating the gesture. "Thanks, I might take you up on that. It’s all a bit overwhelming for my first race weekend."
"You’ll get the hang of it," Lewis assured her. "And don’t worry, you’ve got this one," he said, nodding toward Jack, "to show you the ropes."
As they continued through the paddock, Y/n couldn’t help but notice how many people stopped to greet Lewis, many of them nodding or waving to her as well. Each time someone approached, Lewis made a point of introducing her. "This is Y/n, she’s with the Wolff family," he’d say, and she was met with warm smiles and welcoming words. She had never expected to feel so included in such a high-profile environment.
A little while later, they made their way to the Mercedes hospitality area. Y/n guided Jack toward a quieter corner where they could grab some snacks and drinks. As they sat down, Jack happily munching on a sandwich, she caught sight of Toto and Susie again. Both of them waved, and Susie quickly made her way over.
"How are you two doing?" Susie asked, her hand lightly resting on Y/n's back as she leaned in to check on Jack. "Everything alright?"
Y/n smiled and nodded. "We’re great. Jack’s been telling me all about the cars, and Lewis just gave us a mini-tour of the paddock."
Susie smiled warmly, squeezing Y/n’s arm. "Lewis is a sweetheart, isn’t he? Always so good with Jack."
"He really is," Y/n agreed. "He made me feel welcome right away."
Toto joined them shortly after, looking slightly stressed but still managing a smile. "Is everything okay?" he asked, placing a hand on Y/n's shoulder.
Y/n couldn’t help but notice how much they both checked in on her. It was sweet, and she appreciated it more than she could say. "Everything's perfect," she reassured him. "You two have nothing to worry about. Jack and I are having a great time."
Toto nodded, looking relieved. "Good. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask."
As the day continued, Y/n and Jack explored the paddock even more. They ran into other drivers, who all seemed to adore Jack’s enthusiasm. George Russell stopped by to chat with them briefly, commenting on how Jack looked like he might be the next big racer. "You’re going to be taking my seat in a few years, huh, Jack?" George teased, making Jack giggle.
Y/n found herself laughing along with them, the playful banter making her feel even more at ease. The dynamic between her and the drivers was natural and fun, especially with Lewis, who kept checking in on her whenever they crossed paths.
At one point, while Jack was busy talking to one of the mechanics, Lewis leaned in slightly and said, "I can see why Toto and Susie speak so highly of you. You’re great with Jack."
Y/n felt a warm blush creep up her cheeks. "Thank you, that means a lot."
Lewis grinned. "We’re all a big family here, so if you ever need anything, just shout. You’ve got a whole paddock looking out for you now."
The day was full of new experiences, but despite the high-energy atmosphere, Y/n never felt overwhelmed. Everyone was kind, and Jack’s infectious excitement made the long day feel light and fun. She was starting to understand what Susie and Toto meant when they talked about the family-like environment within the team.
Later in the afternoon, as the sun began to set and the paddock started to wind down for the day, Y/n found herself back in the Mercedes hospitality area, sipping on a cold drink while Jack played with a toy car. Lewis, George, and even a few other drivers and team members wandered in and out, sharing stories and laughter.
As they sat together, Toto and Susie rejoined them, both finally able to relax after their hectic day. Susie placed a gentle hand on Y/n’s shoulder again. "You did great today, Y/n. I hope it wasn’t too much for your first race."
Y/n smiled, feeling a deep sense of belonging. "It was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
Toto nodded, his expression softening. "We’re glad to have you with us. And Jack," he added, glancing at his son, who was now pretending to race his toy car on the floor, "looks like he’s had the time of his life."
Y/n chuckled, watching Jack with a fond smile. "He sure has. And so have I."
______________________________________________________________
Y/n had been with the Wolff family for over a year, effortlessly integrating into their lives. Her culinary skills and nurturing nature made her a beloved member of the household, particularly for Jack, who adored her like a second mom. Yet, it was during this summer vacation on the yacht that the lines of their relationship began to blur, revealing a more intimate dynamic between her and Toto and Susie.
Even before summer, there had been moments—small, seemingly innocent gestures that lingered longer than necessary. For instance, one evening while cooking dinner together, Toto had leaned in closer, his breath tickling her ear as he reached past her to grab an ingredient. The warmth of his body against hers had sent a shiver down her spine. When he had turned to face her, their eyes met, and for a fleeting second, Y/n felt a rush of electricity between them. She had quickly brushed it off, convincing herself that he was just being friendly.
During another late-night movie marathon, Y/n found herself sitting on the couch next to Toto, who had casually rested his arm on the back of the sofa. Every time Y/n leaned back, her shoulder brushed against his, a seemingly innocent act that ignited a tension she hadn’t anticipated. As she chuckled at a joke, she felt his fingers gently graze her arm, a light touch that lingered too long to be considered accidental. Y/n had laughed it off, but the butterflies in her stomach told her otherwise. Were they flirting, or was it simply her imagination?
As the summer vacation unfolded, the Wolffs had set sail on their luxurious yacht, diving into a world of sun-soaked days and endless laughter. Y/n and Jack spent their mornings engaged in water sports, the two of them laughing and splashing about in the ocean. They would race jet skis, play in the waves, and build sandcastles on the beach, their giggles echoing in the salty air.
Meanwhile, Susie and Toto often shared knowing looks as they watched Y/n interact with Jack. Their casual conversations held double meanings, their smiles laden with something unsaid. “She’s incredible with him, isn’t she?” Toto remarked one afternoon, his gaze fixed on Y/n as she knelt on the deck, demonstrating how to throw a frisbee.
“Absolutely,” Susie replied, her tone playful yet thoughtful. “She’s a natural. I’ve never seen Jack so happy.” There was a glimmer in her eye, an awareness that suggested Susie was recognizing Y/n’s growing influence within their family.
“I just love the way she brings out the best in him,” Toto continued, his eyes softened as he watched Y/n toss the frisbee into the air with Jack squealing in delight. “It’s like she’s made for this.”
Susie chuckled, a hint of mischief in her voice. “You’re not the only one who’s taken notice, Toto. Everyone adores her. But I think she might need a little more attention from us, don’t you?”
As the days drifted into a sun-drenched haze, the subtle advances began to intensify. One afternoon, while lounging on deck, Y/n leaned over the railing, gazing out at the horizon. Toto, sitting nearby, shifted closer, letting his knee brush against hers. “What are you thinking about?” he asked, his voice low and inviting.
“Just how beautiful it is out here,” she replied, glancing sideways. But her heart raced when she felt his hand rest gently on her thigh for a brief moment before he withdrew it. It felt casual yet intimate, leaving Y/n questioning whether it was a friendly gesture or something more.
On another occasion, as they prepared for dinner, Y/n asked Susie to help her with the presentation of the meal. As they arranged the plates, Susie stood close, her hip brushing against Y/n’s as she leaned in to whisper a suggestion. “You’re doing such a fantastic job. Everyone loves your cooking,” she said, her hand resting on Y/n’s back, her fingers lingering just a second longer than necessary.
Y/n felt the heat rising in her cheeks as she replied, “Thanks, Susie! I’m just trying to make sure everyone has a great time.” Her heart fluttered with a mixture of joy and confusion. Was it her imagination, or was Susie flirting with her too?
Later that evening, as they gathered for a group photo, Y/n felt Susie’s hand slide to her lower back, guiding her into position. It was a gesture so light yet filled with an unmistakable warmth. Y/n posed beside Susie, their smiles bright for the camera, but Y/n’s mind raced. The way Susie's hand rested against her skin felt charged with an energy that made her stomach flip.
“Okay, let’s capture this moment!” Toto said, clicking away with his camera, a proud smile on his face as he glanced between the two women. “You both look stunning.”
As they reviewed the photos later, Y/n couldn’t shake the feeling of being caught in a delicate dance of affection. She tried to convince herself that she was reading too much into the touches and glances shared with Toto and Susie. But deep down, she relished the attention and the way they made her feel special.
______________________________________________________________
The sun hung high in the sky, casting a golden glow over the yacht as Y/n adjusted her bikini top, feeling the soft breeze brush against her tanned skin. It was one of those perfect summer days, the kind that made everything feel vibrant and alive. With her skin glistening from the sun and the ocean waves lapping gently at the hull, she couldn’t resist the urge to capture the moment.
“Hey, Susie!” Y/n called out, her voice playful as she spotted Susie lounging nearby with a cocktail in hand. “Could you take some pictures of me for my Instagram? I want to get some good shots with this view!”
Susie’s eyes lit up with excitement as she set her drink down. “Of course! I’d love to help you out!” She rose, her own bikini accentuating her fit figure as she joined Y/n near the railing, the sea stretching out behind them like a brilliant blue canvas.
“Okay, let’s see what you’ve got,” Susie said, a mischievous smile on her face. “I know just the poses to make you look amazing. You ready?”
Y/n laughed, shaking her head. “I’m ready! Just promise me you’ll make me look good. You’re the only one who can do it. Toto tries, but he’s hopeless with the phone!”
“Right? He’s definitely more suited for the track than behind a camera,” Susie replied, chuckling as she positioned herself to get the best angle. “All right, let’s start with a classic. Put one hand on your hip, and tilt your head slightly.”
Y/n followed Susie’s instructions, her confidence building with each click of the camera. As she posed, Susie moved around her, adjusting the angle and lighting, encouraging her with playful commentary. “That’s it! Now give me a little smile, but not too much. You want to look effortlessly beautiful.”
With each pose, Y/n felt a rush of joy and empowerment. She struck a few more playful poses, laughing at Susie’s enthusiastic direction. “You know, I could get used to this! You’re like my personal photographer!”
“Exactly! Just don’t ask Toto; he might take a picture of the ocean instead of you!” Susie replied, both of them bursting into laughter as Y/n struck a particularly exaggerated pose, pretending to act like a model.
In the background, Toto leaned casually against the railing, arms crossed, a broad smile plastered on his face as he watched the two women. The sunlight highlighted the warmth in his gaze as he took in Y/n’s playful energy and confidence. Each pose was met with a light chuckle from him, enjoying the spectacle that unfolded before him.
“Isn’t she looking stunning, Susie?” he called out, breaking into their laughter. “I might need to hire you as a full-time photographer! Those are some serious modeling skills right there!”
Y/n turned, her cheeks flushing at the compliment as she struck a more serious pose, hand on her hip and chin raised, all the while pretending to be the ultimate supermodel. “What do you think? Is this good?”
“Very good! But let’s try to make it look more natural,” Susie said, waving her hands animatedly. “Now, Y/n, give me a fun, candid laugh like you just heard the best joke ever!”
Y/n burst into genuine laughter, the kind that brightened her eyes and made her heart feel light. “This is the best shoot ever!” she exclaimed, not noticing how Toto leaned in closer, captivated by her joy.
Susie clicked away, each snap capturing Y/n’s carefree spirit against the backdrop of shimmering water and sun-kissed skin. Y/n felt liberated, her insecurities washed away by the warm sun and laughter. And as Susie guided her into another pose, Y/n couldn’t help but feel like this moment was more than just a photo shoot; it was a glimpse into a world where she felt loved and accepted.
Toto’s laughter echoed behind them, blending with the sounds of the ocean, as he chimed in, “Let me know when you want me to jump in the shot, but I can’t guarantee I won’t steal the spotlight!”
Y/n grinned at the playful banter, her heart fluttering at the attention. “I think you’ll just add to my gorgeousness, Toto!” she teased, striking a dramatic pose that made Susie laugh even harder.
As they wrapped up the mini photo shoot, Y/n felt a warmth that went beyond the sun on her skin. There was something intoxicating about being the center of attention, especially with both Susie and Toto so engaged in her joy. She couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, there was something deeper in their gazes than mere friendship.
“Let’s take a couple of selfies together!” Y/n suggested, her excitement bubbling over as she pulled Susie close, her arm draped over her shoulder.
“Perfect! We need to show everyone how much fun we’re having!” Susie replied, leaning in closer as they both grinned at the camera.
______________________________________________________________
The sun had long set, giving way to a stunning night sky filled with twinkling stars. Y/n had just finished putting Jack to bed after a delightful dinner cooked by the yacht's chef, a well-deserved break for her amidst the chaos of summer vacation. She stepped out onto the deck, the warm evening air wrapping around her like a familiar embrace. The yacht bobbed gently on the waves, and the distant sound of laughter drifted up from the main deck, where Toto and Susie were finishing up their glasses of champagne.
“Hey! Join us!” Susie called out, her eyes sparkling under the soft glow of the deck lights.
Y/n smiled and walked over, accepting a glass from Toto, who had a playful grin plastered across his face. “To beautiful nights and good company,” he toasted, clinking his glass against theirs before taking a hearty sip.
As they settled into the cozy ambiance, the conversation flowed freely, aided by the champagne’s bubbly charm. The trio stood close together, leaning against the railing, watching the gentle waves lapping at the boat's sides. With each passing moment and every shared laugh, Y/n began to feel a warm buzz coursing through her veins.
“You know,” Susie began, a hint of mischief dancing in her eyes, “it’s nights like these that make me realize how much I appreciate having you here, Y/n. You bring a special energy to our family.”
Toto nodded in agreement, a soft smile on his lips. “Absolutely. We’re lucky to have you. Jack can’t stop talking about you.” He leaned a little closer, his arm brushing against Y/n’s shoulder, the contact sending a spark through her.
“Thanks, you guys! I love spending time with Jack. He’s a joy,” Y/n replied, trying to maintain her composure as she felt the warmth of their compliments.
As they continued to chat, the atmosphere became increasingly intimate. Toto poured another round of champagne, and the trio settled onto a plush outdoor bed on the deck, the soft cushions inviting them to lean closer. The stars above seemed to twinkle with approval as they nestled together, Y/n in the middle, sandwiched between the two.
“Isn’t it wonderful out here?” Susie mused, her hand casually resting on Y/n’s thigh, fingers tracing a gentle pattern that made Y/n’s heart race. “I could stay out here forever.”
Y/n chuckled, a bit of tipsiness adding a playful edge to her response. “I’m definitely not complaining, especially with such great company. And this view is incredible!”
With each glass of champagne, the lines blurred further. The conversation flowed freely, filled with laughter and playful banter, and as the night wore on, the warmth of the drinks transformed Y/n’s inhibitions. She began to flirt back, feeling emboldened by the ambiance and the giggles shared between the three of them.
“Susie, I have to say, I think you’re the best photographer,” Y/n teased, glancing at her with a playful smile. “Maybe you should teach Toto a thing or two about taking good pictures.”
Toto feigned offense, a mock-serious expression on his face. “Hey! I’m a great photographer! I just have… a unique style.”
“Unique, huh?” Y/n laughed, nudging him playfully. “More like untrained.”
The teasing drew more laughter, and in that moment, Toto leaned in closer, his breath warm against her ear. “You’re not wrong, you know. But I think it’s time I stepped up my game. You deserve only the best photos.”
Susie grinned, her fingers playfully poking Y/n’s side. “And I’ll help! We can turn you into a full-blown influencer! Just look at you!”
The playful banter flowed effortlessly, but there was an underlying tension that Y/n couldn’t quite place. Toto’s lingering glances, the way his hand would occasionally brush against her back, and the softness in Susie’s eyes whenever she looked at Y/n made her heart flutter with confusion. Were they flirting? Was she reading too much into it?
As the bottle of champagne dwindled, Toto suggested they lay back on the cushions, their bodies relaxing into the plush fabric under the night sky. They arranged themselves in a loose circle, lying back against the warm cushions, the stars twinkling down at them like a million watchful eyes.
“You know,” Susie said, her voice turning softer, “it’s so nice to just relax and unwind like this. It feels like a dream.” Her hand found Y/n’s again, resting lightly on her stomach.
Y/n felt her pulse quicken, the closeness of them all making her both giddy and slightly breathless. “Yeah, it really does,” she agreed, casting a sidelong glance at Toto, who was now resting his head on his arm, watching her with an intensity that made her cheeks flush.
Toto shifted slightly, his hand brushing against Y/n’s shoulder as he turned to face her. “You know, you’re a wonderful addition to our family. I just want you to know that,” he said, the sincerity in his tone stirring something deep within her.
The alcohol coursing through her made Y/n feel bolder. “Well, thank you. I really enjoy being part of it,” she replied, a playful smile dancing on her lips. “And you two are pretty fun to hang out with.”
As the night wore on and the three of them sank deeper into their relaxed state, Y/n found herself sharing more laughter, her inhibitions fading further. She leaned closer to Toto, whispering a playful comment about Jack’s antics earlier that day. The moment felt electric, the intimacy of the night pressing in around them.
But even in her tipsy state, a part of her hesitated. It couldn’t be that they were actually interested in her, could it? Surely, they were just a touchy-feely family, expressing warmth and camaraderie. Yet, as Toto’s eyes twinkled with mischief and Susie’s hand stayed firmly against her side, Y/n couldn’t help but question the reality of the situation.
Later that night, after a few more glasses and shared stories, Y/n finally retreated to her room, the gentle rocking of the yacht lulling her senses. She settled into bed, the alcohol still buzzing in her system. Lying there, she replayed the evening’s events, her mind racing with thoughts and feelings that felt simultaneously thrilling and confusing.
“It couldn’t be that they actually like me on a deeper level,” she concluded, letting out a sigh. “They’re just being friendly. I must be misreading everything.”
But as her eyelids grew heavier and sleep beckoned her, the warmth of the night lingered, filling her dreams with laughter, warmth, and the stars above.

Once Y/n was tucked away in her cabin, the atmosphere on the deck shifted slightly. Susie and Toto shared a glance, an unspoken understanding passing between them. They moved to the edge of the yacht, leaning against the railing, looking out at the stars reflecting on the calm water. The moon bathed them in a soft glow, creating an intimate backdrop for their conversation.
“Do you think she has any idea?” Susie asked, her voice low, tinged with a mixture of excitement and curiosity.
Toto chuckled softly, running a hand through his hair. “I doubt it. She’s too sweet and innocent for her own good. It’s part of what makes her so special.” His tone was affectionate, and his eyes sparkled with admiration. “I mean, look at how she interacts with Jack. It’s like they share this bond that’s beautiful to witness.”
Susie nodded, leaning against Toto’s side. “I love how she makes him feel. But it’s more than that. There’s something about her. She lights up the room, you know? I can’t help but feel drawn to her.”
Toto glanced down at Susie, sensing the depth of her feelings. “You’re right. She’s captivating. There’s this warmth about her that feels so genuine. And I can’t deny I’ve felt a connection with her too. It’s… different.” He paused, choosing his words carefully. “I’ve never felt this way about anyone since… well, you know.”
Susie smiled softly, her gaze thoughtful. “I do know. And I see it in you. You’re both so comfortable around each other, and she doesn’t treat us like we’re some untouchable family. She’s down-to-earth, real.” She sighed, her heart racing a bit at the thought. “What do you think we should do? I mean, do we just keep being ourselves around her, or…?”
“I think we should keep exploring this dynamic,” Toto suggested, his voice low but fervent. “But we have to be careful. I don’t want to scare her off or make her feel uncomfortable. We have to make sure she knows how much we care about her.”
“True,” Susie agreed, her mind racing with possibilities. “But I can’t help but wonder what it would be like to bring her closer to us. We could be a family, and she could be a part of it in a different way. I think she deserves to know how much she means to us.”
Toto turned to look at Susie, intrigued by her thought process. “What do you mean by ‘a different way’? Are you thinking more than just being a caregiver for Jack?”
Susie met his gaze, her eyes shimmering with mischief. “Well, I don’t know how she would feel about that, but there’s a chemistry between us. I can sense it. And you can’t tell me you haven’t felt that too.”
Toto hesitated, a rush of emotions flooding his mind. “I have. But I’ve never acted on anything like that. Not since…” He trailed off, the unspoken weight of his past lingering between them.
Susie took a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper. “But what if this is different? What if we could be open about how we feel? With her? It could be freeing, you know? We could all explore this together. I think she’d be open to it, given the right circumstances.”
Toto looked out at the stars, his mind racing with the possibilities. He felt a mix of excitement and trepidation. “I don’t want to rush anything. She’s important to us, and I don’t want to jeopardize what we already have. But if she’s interested, I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t want to explore it. There’s something special there.”
Susie smiled, her heart swelling with hope. “Exactly. Let’s keep nurturing our relationship with her, making her feel cherished. If she’s as open as we think, the rest will follow.”
Toto nodded slowly, feeling more at ease. “We’ll take it one step at a time. We’ll show her our affection, let her know how much we care, and see where that leads.”
As they stood close together, feeling the cool breeze and the warmth of their shared excitement, both Toto and Susie silently agreed to embrace this new chapter of their lives. They were drawn to Y/n, not just for her role in their family but for the light she brought into their lives.
