“Jaskier, please do recount the tale of you almost pissing yourself when that drowner was about to attack you out of nowhere.” it was an amusing tale for Geralt, only because Jaskier had never been in immediate danger. Of course he heard the drowner way before it attacked and if there had been any danger he would have taken the monster out. But there’s no harm in a little scare for the bard, teaches him maybe to one day pay more attention to his surroundings and not depend on Geralts ears all the time.

Geralt is letting out a sigh. "Would be a lot more quiet, though." he says, keeping his gaze on Jaskier. The bard is indeed right, but he would rather get bitten by a ghoul than admitting that he is glad for the company. Well, as long as he doesn't sing, that is. Jaskiers tunes... well, they tend to get stuck in his head. Another thing he would never admit to. "Thing with you is that you don't let people a choice. You're simply...." he waves with his arm.
