The cacao we used for these bars comes from @costaesmeraldas in Ecuador, is directly traded with the Salazar family. It was the best and most delicious example of Ecuadorian cacao we were able to find and believe us we tried loads! 😋 🍫😉. The chocolate has deep chocolaty notes with a natural creaminess, the dark chocolate has natural notes of black currant and biscuity spices.
