Do you not know or not care that there's a rape joke in the Tina Fey and Amy Poehler monologue?

I will be honest, I have not sat down and thought through this 150%, but my first impression was that mocking Bill Cosby wasn't condoning rape or using rape as the punchline. I felt like the joke could have been better, i.e. it came across as using rape as an excuse to mock Bill Cosby, where it should have been using Bill Cosby to condemn rape. I'm definitely open to other people's take on it, though.

There were enough good parts of their monologue that I felt it was worth reblogging the video, but you won't see me reblogging gifs of that particular bit. Nobody has to click the video link or hear that particular dialogue on my post. And I assume the content of the video is widespread enough at this point that the people who need to avoid it will skip my link.

I have a kind of weird question and you probably won't know, but my dad once bought me a lush body wash and it was cotton candy scented I think. And now I can't find it so I was hoping that you could recommend something similar?

I feel like that would have been the snow fairy. That's a holiday product that comes around every christmas. If you wanted something similar the Rockstar soap or Miranda soap would be awesome ones or the Sweetie Pie shower jelly.

Any Mako in your fic?

Yup, I have plans for Mako to show up!  Just... quite a ways down the line, since I was dumb and went "Oh, yes, let's explore the entire history of the PPDC and kaiju invasion!" instead of just sticking with a much more contained period of time.

So she'll be there!  In time!  As a fairly prominent secondary character!

(My timeline for this fic is, by the way, six pages long-- and I haven't even gotten to the end of it.  There's a lot of stuff to cover.  It's going to be very, very long.)
