would it be too weird to post another tweet apologizing for her behavior and saying something like 'we appreciate all you guys do for the queer community and i promise the majority of us arent like this' etc? id hate to see the ship tank over this one person, and i want them to know she doesn't represent the non invasive and appreciate queer fanbase. is this better left alone?

Yes, leave it alone. Glenn has basically said he only really sees things online that people send him, and Rob’s mentions are always flooded with Wrexham stuff, so it’s hopefully highly unlikely they see this all anyway. Just let it die.

Don’t bring it up, don’t mention it, it just makes other people go looking for OP/the original issue to engage, which gives more attention to it all. If you want to tweet something about how that doesn’t represent you/the majority, just override their mentions with something positive. Make nice fanart, tag them, review/praise their performance(s) in certain episodes of the show or other work they’ve been in. Tweet clips you like, under appreciated moments, and tag them.

Saying doesn’t do much, show them what the majority of the fans do (make beautiful stuff and appreciate the effort that goes into the show)

Besides just genuinely not understanding the point or reason to be interacting with his old tweets like this, I am genuinely surprised by the number of people who don't seem to realise there are few likes and (often) no replies to his old tweets because when a Twitter account is deleted/suspended, it wipes every trace of its existence. His tweets did not 'flop', they are over a decade old and time + Elon Musk has chased most people (and their replies and likes) off the platform

(nor was this 'bait', he just enjoyed interacting/talking with his audience about things he's interested in..)

I don’t have Twitter - is there drama in the Rob employee circle 😳

It's so convoluted at this point but in short, Rob hired this woman Brittani to handle his social media/general PR as part of his company, More Better, back in November of 2023, and in September she revealed she was no longer with him. Since then, she's been tweeting (and then deleting) a lot of stuff shading him.

Honestly a lot of her anger seemed in good faith: he's a rich cishet white guy and this isn't a TV set (which akaik people have only ever had good things to say about Rob's sets), it's an "actual" business, and given Rob's general PR (and the fact that no one likes Adim or cares about More Better), it was definitely a contentious job where I'm sure Rob felt like he could just shut down anything she said or did that he didn't 100% agree with.

The thing is, after 2 months, she is continuing to tweet (and delete) random vagues about Rob's character and morals, but has not actually said anything about what happened to her/with him (despite continually saying she is going to talk about it). Instead, she's just engaging with shitposts from actual children on Sunnytwit

So now Bryan, the VP of More Better (and RCG's former assistant, turned creative executive, on Sunny (and my oomf)) is posting gifs kind of mocking her tweets about Rob and moving on from him...

It's all very high school drama, honestly, and both of these people graduated college in the 00s so it's just lowkey funny... (And Rob still follows Brittani ,but I'm gonna say he's hopefully too busy making us good Mac content to give a fuck about all this)
