The 20 Most Useful Things You Can Do With Peppermint Oil
All the hot, sunny weather we’ve been having lately has me feeling especially appreciative of anything I can use to cool off (no matter how briefly!) I’ve been singing the praises of our air conditioning system, my big floppy hat that keeps the sun out of my face, and my secret weapon for beating the heat: peppermint essential oil!
Many people (myself included) consider peppermint oil to be one of the most useful essential oils you can have in your home collection. But I feel that it’s high time to revisit this particular oil, so I can show you just how many uses for peppermint oil there actually are! So today I’ll be sharing a list of 20 useful things you can do with peppermint essential oil, from beating the heat to settling an upset stomach!
A Quick Note About Dilution
Essential oils are highly concentrated, so it’s always a good idea to dilute them with a carrier oil before applying them to your skin. And it’s especially important to do so if you have sensitive skin like I do! I wanted to make that clear from the start, because it seemed redundant to include the phrase “dilute before applying” alongside every tip in this list. :-)
Personally, my go-to carrier oil for diluting essential oils is fractionated coconut oil. It’s affordable, widely available, and plays well with most skin types. If you’re interested in learning more about other types of carrier oils, feel free to check out my blog post about them at the link below!

Flowering time
No other bud is quite like Purple Champagne. It entices users with striking purples, pinks, and blues against a complementary backdrop of olive greens. Meanwhile, its tantalizing scent and berry-flavored terpene profile burst in the palate as soon as it is drawn in. And, as though that were not enough, its breeders assured enthusiasts of an impressively potent bud with up to 21% THC.
With so many possible strains to choose from, it was not difficult for Grand Daddy Purp to create such a visually appealing hybrid. The breeders only needed to bring back a rare Sativa phenotype of its famed Granddaddy Purple from its archives. Next was to pair with a medically viable bud and what better choice is there than Pink Champagne? Moreover, its pink tinge complemented the light violet tones of the former.
It is easy to classify Pink Champagne as a thrill seeker’s dream. After all, its high THC levels can instantaneously stun beginners when used without caution. Still, novices may enjoy the strain with the help of a seasoned friend.

Effects
Purple Champagne is a fast-acting strain. It delivers a euphoric high that boosts moods and brings enthusiasts to soaring new heights in almost an instant. The behavioral change is immediately noticeable. Users radiate with a happiness that can only come from within. Some even heartily giggle at the most trivial things.

An hour or two into the psychedelic high, an uplifting buzz trickles down from the temples almost in a dripping fashion. It soothes each muscle with a gentle, barely noticeable, pressure and reinvigorates the body. Eventually, an intense but deep relaxation washes over users. It allows one to move freely so tasks are easier to complete.

Because of its potency, it is possible that Purple Champagne will stun users with an overwhelming cerebral buzz especially when used beyond individual tolerance. Pacing and moderation, however, will keep such effects at bay.
Fragrance
Like Granddaddy Purple, Purple Champagne gives off a very sweet scent. Overtones of grape juice and assorted berries are notable even at the first whiff. Crushed or combusted, it releases an herbal spiciness that is rather earthy.
Flavors
Much like how it smells, Purple Champagne floods the palate with a sweet mashup of grape and berries. Its pleasing fruity overtones are complemented by a lingering spicy aftertaste.
Adverse Reaction
If smoked rapidly and without precaution, Purple Champagne can sometimes bring about dizziness. Most of the time, however, it only mildly strips away moisture from the eyes and the mouth. This is mostly due to the moisture-inhibiting properties of cannabinoids. Both are easily readily remediable with a glass of water though and usually just go away after a few hours.

Medical
As a Sativa-dominant bud, Purple Champagne’s effects affect the mind the most. For example, its happy high has mood stabilizing properties that calm turbulent emotions and thoughts. Through it, users going through stressful periods or those with mental health afflictions such as depression are provided with comfort albeit temporary.

The same psychoactive compound also stimulates the stomach and encourages a hearty appetite. As such, one of the best times to use Purple Champagne is right before a meal. Moreover, it is great for patients with eating disorders.

Because of its high THC and the influence of Granddaddy Purple, Purple Champagne has potent painkilling properties. It relieves the body of various aches beginning from the temples. It also effectively eases headaches.
Growing
Currently, Grand Daddy Purple only sells Purple Champagne in regular form. This means that growers will have to exert a little effort in ensuring more females are produced in a single batch. Not only that, maintenance through Low-Stress Training (LST) methods are a must to keep the plants from turning into hermaphrodites.
Apart from harvesting at least half a batch of males, Purple Champagne is quite a breeze to grow. It is an attractive plant that grows up to a medium height. It is also quite hardy in spite of its thin stalks and branches. And though it prefers a warm and sunny climate, it still thrives in the colder weather of countries found in the northern hemisphere.
However, many commercial growers prefer cultivating the strain indoors where factors such as lighting, temperature, and humidity are easily adjusted. Additionally, mimicking a Mediterranean climate is easier done in controllable environments.
Flowering Time
Indoors Indoors, Purple Champagne has a flowering period of 9 to 10 weeks with each square meter yielding between 12 to 16 ounces of buds. Under the expert care of a seasoned grower, however, the strain will produce more especially with the Screen of Green method. Outdoors Purple Champagne performs best in warm semi-humid climates. For this reason, it may bloom quite late, from the second to the last week of October, in the northern hemisphere. Once mature, it yields at least 16 ounces of buds per plant.
Have you ever smoked or grown your own Purple Champagne? Please let me know what you think about this marijuana strain in the comments below.

10 Things That Make Me Feel Confident
1•Being Happy- Having a positive attitude and being in a good frame of mind when I start my day is a big factor in how I'll feel for that day. When I wake up happy, positive, and lively then my day usually continues that way. I feel confident in myself that the day will be good. 2•My Squad- Friends play a huge part in how confident I feel. They pick me up, make me laugh, and give me compliments. Having trust in my relationships with friends gives me a support system and I'm confident that I can rely on them for anything and that they will always have my back. 3•Being Healthy-Looking after my health has always been pretty important to me. When I'm making healthy decisions I feel confident that I will feel better inside and it will transfer to outward confidence. It's not about weight or how I look on the outside, but more about how I physically feel. 4•My Family- Open mindedness and acceptance is strong within my blended family. We all have such different personalities and interest but we all accept each other for the way we are. There's always laughter and diversity which creates a dynamic atmosphere between us all. Dinner conversations always end in inappropriate subjects which keeps us all open to each other. More than anyone in my family, my mum gives me confidence. She always pushes me to believe in myself and take a chance. She listens to my aspirations and helps my reach my goals or dreams. That love and support gives me confidence. 5•Makeup and Appearance- Makeup is a creative outlet for me. Not only do I love getting better with practice but I love when people notice my efforts. Being complimented on my makeup is a huge confidence boost. Whether that sounds arrogant or not a compliment's a compliment. If I look my best on the outside it tends to transfer to the inside. I'm putting my best foot forward, looking, and feeling my best, I feel confident. 6•The Weather- The weather can be a game changer on how I feel day to day. I could wake up in the best mood but if it's cold, dark, and gloomy outside, I'll never have a better day then when the weather is clear, sunny, and bright. Being in a gloomy frame of mind will effect my confidence in enjoying my day. I'll feel slow and sluggish which will transfer to my attitude and confidence in myself. 7•Positive Energy- The people and environment which I surround myself with will usually have a positive energy. They might not be the happiest people or I might not be doing the things I enjoy, but the energy will be high and happy. If people around me are happy or carry positive energy, then that tends to radiate onto me. Being around negative energy will make me anxious and I'll lack confidence. 8•Achievements- When I set goals or have something important to work towards, the biggest confidence stimulator is seeing results and achieving the results that I set out to achieve. Exceeding expectations makes me confident that I can always be better than who I am today. 9•Learning- Learning more and understanding something I didn't know the day before makes me super confident. I know more, I've worked harder and there's instant gratification because I've gained something I didn't have before. 10•Confidence- When I see or experience confidence it's infectious. I tend to be an anxious person but if I can see that people around me are happy, positive, and confidence then it gives me reassurance and confidence in myself. Every day I struggle to feel confident at times but there's always something to keep me in check and believe in myself. I think finding what works for you and makes you confident will also help you feel mentally positive and healthy. Surround yourself with things, people, and energy that gives you confidence. I would love feedback on any of my posts so don't be shy. Tell me what makes you feel confident. -Maddymoo
