I think the craziest part about watching “I saw the tv glow”, is like that moment when you realize, like I AM the target audience, no one else but me and like 0.8 percent of the population will understand and appreciate this fully, when the Buffy font came on was the first moment I was like damn, this all means exactly what I thought it meant, and again when Owen is in the mirror at the end. How many times have I done that 😅. So good 10/10

hi! question about the toys: i have two so soft ponies, sundance and lofty, and i noticed that sundances flocking is significantly shorter than loftys, is there a reason for this?

Oh, that's interesting! I know with the two "main" set of So Soft ponies (the big set from 1986 vs the set of six from 1987), the second set has significantly shorter flocking. Probably so that their symbols would show up better. (They are also easier to wash.)

So maybe So-Soft Sundance, who was first sold in 1986, was a test case for the newer flocking style. It's also possible that when So-Soft Sundance was sold as a mail order in later years, they switched her to the shorter flocking.
