Beer, soy sauce, and honey are used in this recipe for grilled chicken to make it tasty and juicy. Great for having a street fair in your own yard!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup beer preferably a light ale. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together beer, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for enhanced flavor. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush with olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked, basting with the remaining marinade during grilling. Once done, transfer the grilled chicken to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious Street Fair Grilled Beer Chicken!
