Well I would first find something they ingest regularly (certain foods, cigarettes, coffee etc) let’s go with cigarettes now everyone knows cigarettes have many chemicals in them and also give you lung cancer but the other thing about cigarettes is that those who smoke dont exactly care about what is in the cigarette as long as it’s smokable now I work at a place with chemicals that are harmful if ingested (I fix and clean coffee machines) so it wouldn’t be weird to see me with say a jug of sulfamic acid powder.
First off I would offer to buy cigarettes for the target do it enough times they trust me to buy cigs for them all the time
Secondly put a small dose of sulfamic acid powder mixed inside of tobacco leaves in a homemade roll up cig (idk what those are called) and replace the back left corner cigarette in a pack i buy for them (since it’s the one they leave till last) they might start coughing but will hopefully think it’s just a rotten one
Thirdly keep upping the dose until I’m able to convince them that it must be taste the recipe has changed or something
And finally after a while the damage done to their lungs and stomach would be irreversible

The meeting suggested restricting MCCPs and TBBP-A in accordance with the RoHS Directive, with only a few suggestions for other substances. To ensure that MCCPs meet REACH's requirements for being persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) and very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB), it is suggested to limit them to linear or branched chains with a length of C14-17. Commercially available alternatives to these chemicals are available. These results will be taken into account in the final decision regarding RoHS restrictions.
