🤫 an embarrassing story. Well, when I was 13 years old we went on a field trip for two days. We went to a forest area to do some "survival" games. It rained the day before so it was very muddy. I was walking with my friends and I made a mistake. I walked on the muddy soil, until I suddenly sunk. My foot sunk into the mud for 30 cm or something. I struggled to get my foot back up, but when I managed to get it out, I lost my shoe.... it was still down there. I needed to fish it back up and I had to slip my foot back into it. It was so dirty and gross. It was only morning, so I was so embarrassed for the rest of the day.

I'm so sorry you're having hard days, society can stress us out easily but remember who you are and what matters most to you, think of life around you and how well at the end of the day you're doing, give yourself credit for everything you do and it sounds incredibly dumb but I swear it's so effective, think about the sun, flowers, how animals live and what keeps them alive, breathe in, be patient, all things must pass as my hubby george harrison says, listen to a new album (this last one if you haven't♡) and just wait really...don't think about time running out, everything gets better with it and you know as we all do that we need bad times to have great, glorious ones.

Hope any of this ends up meaning something, reassuring people is not my best but this is what helps me, lots of hope!

Thank you for this message, you don't know how much this means to me. I have been having some real bad existential breakdowns lately, so you're right on point. I'll definitely take up your advice, because I'll try anything really. I did see the moon today, the sky was clear so it shone so bright. It calmed me down for a few minutes.
