"So what all do you need?" I asked him. "Just regular performance makeup but I'll need a favor from you later." I froze when he said the word 'later' and looked around to make sure no one else heard him say it. "...Okay..." I replied reluctantly.

I started with foundation, covering all the little blemishes and smoothing out any rough spots. He relaxed into the chair and I continued my work. I used his own chapstick for his lips to make them extra smooth for the stage. I cleaned off my hands and got a comb from out of the drawer. "Perfect. Now for the favor." I followed him to the other room where Baekhyun and Chen were getting the finishing touches done on their stage outfits. Sehun and I walked to his costume rack and he held up a small bottle of oil.

"What's that for?" I asked.

"I'm gonna be shirtless for my solo performance and I can't reach my entire back." I stared at him, unsure if he was being serious or not.

"You want me to rub oil on you?" I asked. He looked behind my shoulder to check if anyone was looking and smirked. "Yeah." I sighed and took the bottle from him. "Fine. Turn around." He turned his back to me and I took a dime-sized amount in my hand.

I stared at his strong shoulders for a second and rubbed the oil across his upper back. I massaged every muscle and Sehun loosened in my hands. I moved lower down his toned back. "Turn," I ordered. He turned with a smile and I wiped my hands with a paper towel.

"Aren't you ganna get the front? I can't. The mic could slip out of my hands if I get them all oily." He had a point, but I know he's just doing this to get me to touch him again. I picked up the bottle again and repeated what I did before, only with a smirking maknae in my face. I tried not to look at him and give him the satisfaction of all this. "Do you need your arms done too?" I asked and he shook his head.

I stepped back and looked to make sure I didn't miss any spots. His body had a perfect amount on. Not enough for a full-on glisten, but the right amount of allure. "Now you're done," I said with a nod.

"Boys! Let's go!" Their manager yelled and Sehun quickly put on his jacket. All the boys hurried to the stage and I couldn't help but be curious about what his solo stage was. I followed a few of the other staff members and watched the boys perform their next set. They all sang, danced and rapped with such passion and drive. I felt so lucky to be able to watch them with my own eyes.

Sehun took the stage with his Jacket completely zipped up. I smirked to myself since I knew what was coming. He dropped his microphone into the dancers open hands and unzipped his jacket, making the fans in the crowd lose their minds. The second he turned around there were screams of disbelief and shock, but most of all, attraction. The way he moved and stared into the sea of adoring fans had everyone entranced.

I looked him up and down while he walked to the middle of the stage and ended his song. One of the dancers covered his massive shoulders with his jacket and he put it an when the lights went out. Jongdae placed both hands on your shoulders bringing you close, his eyes hoovering closely at your face, like trying to memorise all your face factions, his hands getting closer to your neck finally his thumbs brushing your jaw “넌 네꺼야, 난 네꺼야 - neon nekkeoya, nan nekkeoya - you are mine, I’m yours.”

“Oppa I don’t understand what... you... are-”

He cut you off now fully cupping your face, his lips connected to the edge of your lips, moving slowly to the centre.

“I don’t kn-” you tried to say but he couldn’t let you keep talking.

His lips connected fully with yours, they were parted while yours were tightly closed, he kissed them while his nose nudged yours to kiss him back, suddenly  your clenched muscles relaxed and your hands traveled to his chest resting your palms there, your mouth parted letting him kiss you properly.

His phone rang again, before letting go Jongdae made sure to release with a cheeky pop, he winked at you taking your hands between his walking out of the room, taking his jacket in hand, he placed the face mask and his hat, you followed him to the door, before turning the door handle he hugged you one last time.

“사랑해 - saranghae - I love you.” 

You couldn’t really add anything, you were really thunderstruck, he walked out and he was gone, you were about to closed the door but he came back pulling his facemask down he planted a kiss in your neck, it was in rough side but you understood that he was just going to miss you a lot judging by the growl that followed.

“That’ll make a mark visible tomorrow morning, you know so everyone knows you are mine.”

“Oppa~~~”

“I love you.”

The China tour was actually mild in comparison of how shitty you were feeling. No calls, you started trying to call him yourself even tho he’s advised you not to because he wasn’t allowed take calls, still you did, every single time sending your calls to voicemail that wasn’t even his voice, how frustrating was all this? The reality of the horrible situation hit you.

You did see him a lot in TV and online, comeback, new MV, EXO and CBX, he was so busy, so busy that he didn’t even have time to scratch his scalp, he wasn’t suffering like you were, he was busy, you were... not.

The small hole in the wall that Jongdae did when he threw his phone 3 months ago, seeing it every morning, contemplating it for minutes, maybe hours as you sat in the couch, everything remind you of him, you were torturing yourself, instead of studying because were not doing good at school and life just sucked you just sat and looked at the damn hole.

People like Jongdae shouldn’t really date, sounded harsh, but it was what you felt that moment.

Today you were going out with some of the girls you made friends with in college, you were completely going to forget about everything, who were you even to him? No one, just that unfortunate foreigner girl that was going to kill but he didn’t, that summed your relationship with EXO’s Chen.

Yo had bought a black lace top, the plan was to wear it when you see Jongdae the next time, it was a bit too sexy, you wore a shirt on top contrasting the sophisticated look of it with something more casual, still the lace showed at your cleavage, so sexy, black jeans and some heels... and Jondae’s red velvety bomber, this felt pathetic, it was like loving a ghost, he was no where.

But he was everywhere, in billboards, in the subway posters, in every single Nature Republic store you passed.

Eunha, Haneul and Chohee were waiting at the entrance of the club, not your thing but today it was.

“Sunjae is here ___.”

“Who?” you asked.

“The guy from Law school, he looks like an idol.”

“An idol... not my style, I don’t like idols.”

“___ we never really asked you but, did you break up with your mysterious boyfriend?”

“I never had one to begin with.”

Silence.

You sat at the bar and damn yes Sunjae looked like an idol, and was that eyeliner he wore? He knew how to look good for sure, his monolids really playing games on you, and the soju you were having was helping.

You leaned on your arm for a moment feeling the warmth of a hand at the small of your back making you flinch meeting with the killer eyeliner monolids his fringe covering his eyebrows.

“Are you alright?” said Sungjae.

“Sorry, yes I am” you replied straightening yourself.

“I am Jung Sunjae, nice to meet you.”

“I know who you are fucker, you have them all drooling for you” oops soju gave you the mouth diarrhoea.

“Is that so? Do I have you drooling for me too?”

Your phone rang, making you more aware, as if in waking you up completely from your sleep because it was Jongdae, you went outside to take the call, debating if taking off the shirt to show the lace top... yes it was a good decision to make him see what he was missing, you took it off and went away from the door.

“Babe~~~ I miss you!” he said enthusiastically “where are you?” his voice sounding serious “and what are you wearing?”

“I’m out with my friends, how come you are calling me, don’t you have to sing like 25 hours a day?”

“I’m just about to perform with CBX, they gave us a little break, I missed you, isn’t that a little bit too much to wear by itself?”

“Is it?” you asked with a smirk “well I said I went out.”

You just didn’t plan on Sunjae appearing in the screen behind you with your purse in hand “you forgot it inside ___.”

You lowered the phone taking the purse “thanks Sunjae.”

“I’ll wait for you inside” he said as you nodded.

You pulled the phone at your face again and there it was...

“Sunjae?” asked Jongdae “who is Sunjae?”

Week 52.2/52: December 25th - December 31st 2023 | Boxing Day 🛍️  Bf found a new fire noodle flavour at T&T! Yakisoba buldak. This was very sweet and not spicy. I didn't enjoy it very much :'( maybe will try again another time. Spent rest of day hanging out with him inside and then we went to downtown at the end of day to look at some stores hehehe.

Week 8/52: February 20th - February 26th 2023 | Family Day 🐸💚

Eighth week of 2023 and I finally have some outfit photos that I like a lot from this year!!!!! My Taobao order from frigging June 2022 finally arrived so I wore my new jacket (same jacket that Xu Ziwei wore in Nov 2021) and my new bag! I really love Chinese designers :’) Found a way to get rip of iPhone 14 Pro overprocessing of photos so now the photos turn out WAY PRETTIER - more natural looking with smoother skin LOL. Lighting looks a lot better too. Went to watch the new Antman movie with bf on Family Day!! Our first dbox experience and it was so extra but pretty cool!! Movie was funny ofc. Also visited a candy store near DT and got some frog gummies I have been craving all week since KPU HAHAAHA (thank you my love for buying them!!! 😘)

Week 1.2/52: January 1st - January 8th 2023 | Desserts with Charmy! 🧀

Reunited with Charmy after half a year to eat our way around YVR again. Started with some croissants at Hazukido - I tried their raspberry panna cotta flavour... pretty basic with a sweet filling. Ended up at Wicked Cafe afterwards for a block of cheese cheesecake... it’s literally called Tom & Jerry cheesecake. So cute!!!! Tasted like a regular cheesecake but it just looks so good!!!!

Week 48.5/52: November 28th - December 4th 2022 | Petit Bao ☔️

Questioning why I went out to eat with Angela if she did not even eat???? ANYWAY I ordered the fried chicken bao burger from Petit Bao and it was actually very delicious (expensive tho). I bought an ultra heat tech shirt on this day because I felt like I needed it... there are times when I don’t want to wear super puff in the winter LOL. I just put the shirt on right after buying it. It was literal winter outside like -5 or something but I was just chilling in my Suho baseball jacket with almost no problems... nice!!!!!!

Week 18/52: May 2nd - May 8th 2022 | Movie Day 🍿️

Movie with Matt before I leave Vancouver for 7 weeks in a row... We watched Everything Everywhere All at Once and I am still kind of mindfucked (I don’t have the intelligence to understand tbh maybe I will watch analysis videos later). The Asian wlw representation here made me go !!!!!!!!! Hit kind of close to home lol although if my mom could accept me that much I might actually die happy. I feel like they could have ended homophobia but they didn’t try hard enough LMAO. Still a good movie regardless! It’s pretty funny sometimes (an universe where everyone has hot dog for fingers so you get really good at using your toes????? tf)

Week 7/53: February 10th - February 16th 2020 | Valentine’s Day 🌹👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

Had two dates with Linda this week thanks to Valentine’s Day! We both had to work on the day but by 4:30 we were both off so we met up right after~ and she surprised me at skytrain station with the prettiest bouquet of flowers T^T literally so romantic I’M STILL DJSJKFSJKF!!! The flowers are super pretty too!! THREE SHADES OF ROSES OK!!!! MY GF HAS SUCH GOOD TASTE ❤️❤️❤️!! We went to Metrotown because I had to buy my surprise for her (Uncle Tetsu cheesecake) on the spot LMAO and I had to draw the letters on the spot too LOL. I was panicking so much because right as I was writing I realized that I cannot close the cake box without ruining my writing JHJSFJSF. So I was legit lost in the food court holding a cheesecake for like 3 minutes because I forgot where Linda was waiting for me LMFAO. It was such a fun night!! Thank you bb for the matching rings and beautiful flowers and soooo many yum snacks and the cutest card ever~ So happy! 

For Sundate, we went to Chicko Chicken in Coquitlam and it was SOOOOOOO YUM!!!! We got half buldak and half cheese snow boneless chicken and it was so delicious (especially the buldak flavour) :’( <3 LITERALLY TOP FAV CHICKEN PLACE!!!! SFC???? IDK THEM. COCORU??? IDK THEM EITHER. LMAO. It just sucks it’s so far away (at least it’s not in yeg LOL) and they don’t have public washrooms and also they have super limited seating (legit only three tables jdhsfjksg with a sign that says “max occupancy: 10 people”) LOL. We were so lucky to get a table! The chicken was so yum, have I mentioned that?? LMAO. Anyway it was a really good day because the weather was good and it wasn’t as cold. I really survived with a baseball jacket and a hoodie hehehehe. It was my first time wearing out my suho jacket because I just received it this week and it looks so nice *^* ! My new fav jacket!! I legit ordered this jacket 3 times before the order finally went through LMFAOOOO I’ve been trying to cop this since November ok......... 4 months later and I finally got it HAHHA.
