This sudoku youtuber is a puzzle solving master and sudoku is one of the popular types of puzzles he shows himself doing in videos. There's classic sudoku and the fun crazy ones with additional rules and he does them all basically and explains what he's doing (very well in my opinion). I'm not sure if he streams, if he does, that could be epic to watch :D

Do you have any tips for hard sudokus i started one and regret to say its literally impossible 😔

umm i use a specific series of apps with readymade variant sudoku puzzles and hints if you need them so im not sure how helpful i can be. BUT ive been in ur situation before so for starters look up x-wings and xy-wings, theyre advanced strategies for regular sudoku

i was literally so excited when i saw that post about the evil level on sudoku.com but every puzzle i've done I've finished in less than like 15 minutes 😭 it's not evil if i'm not getting stumped!!
