#anyway having mood swings isnt inherently a red flag#TAKING THOSE MOOD SWINGS OUT ON SOMEONE ELSE?#absolutely can be yes#but omfg some of us are mentally ill!! lmao??#and i also do my best to be open and communicative about said moodswings#and if i realize im taking it out on somebody i try to stop myself and let them know#that ‘hey. this isnt you. i dont even really actually think some of the things im saying. my brain is just fucking stupid.’#‘i am upset and im taking it out on you and that isnt fair to you’#and then either i step away to calm down or we talk it out#ugh#whatever#sucks bc i otherwise enjoy the post and would rb it#but just blanket calling mood swings a red flag is… a red flag imo#it vents#my post
