No because insane yet subtle foreshadowing super early on in a book makes me scream. Noah Czerny’s “I’ve been dead for seven years” and then he actually had been. “Lazlo could no sooner change the colour of his skin than ask a pretty girl out” and then he fucking does both of those things and you don’t even expect it or suspect the significance because it seems like such a throwaway line
