i cant tell if im getting sick or if i worked myself so hard i broke my brain. its happened a few times before where i pushed myself so hard that i stopped being able to think very clearly or comprehend my assignments/lectures for the next few days and i also feel very physically drained and tired. i have a bit of a scratchy throat but i was also sick with a cold like a week ago so its probably a remnant of that.

i hope its the burnout because itll probably be easier to recover from, but i need to recover from it fast. i dont have the space to slow down now and i can do "the bare minimum" for the next few days but ill need to be going at 110% again soon

#my friends think i also got sick because im working too hard #stupid fucking physical human limits. that sign doesnt stop me because i cant read #i do think i need to make a more conscious effort to eat more ive just been surviving off of like. a bucket of pretzels and some microwave #mini meals. which are fast but i dont think thats enough fuel for how much im burning right now
