Yes, you can sign up at any point. 

I recommend planning and researching after you sign up, so if you sign up later, you might lose out on some of that time, but this is a long event with plenty of time.

Cards sent!

I’ve just finished sending a new batch of cards so anyone who’s signed up between June 4 and June 9 should have their cards now! If you did sign-up during that time period and haven’t received anything please check your spams and contact me so we can see fix it!!

It has also come to my attention that there’s been a mix-up in terms of people not receiving the link to the discord even though they’d selected “Yes” on the form: if it happened to you please tell me and I’ll send it to you asap!

Reminder

On March 15th, sign-ups open. On April 30th, sign-ups close. 

This is a long event. The length of this event is meant to be taken advantage of. After you sign up, you should be researching, brainstorming, and outlining. This is also a good time to look for others, willing to collaborate. 

If at any point you need help, please contact us through our discord server or our website. 

You are more than welcome to write long fics but keep the deadline in mind and plan accordingly.

Stucky Historical Fiction 2023

I am so excited to announce Stucky Historical Fiction 2023: Mythology! Here are some changes you need to be aware of: first, all stories will need a beta reader; second, all stories will need to include the theme of mythology; and third, all stories should meet or exceed our word-count goal of 5,000 words. We are emphasizing historical accuracy and research because this event runs from May 26th to December 1st. This is more than enough time to dig deep and research thoroughly.

Please wait till June 1 to start working on the prompts. There will be some wiggle room if you can’t get them done in time.
