act 3- A serious case of the "victory sillies"
gotta support your boyfriend, especially after a maddening 1/2 hours of attempts (my own irl partner as a witness) in which I forgot I'm usually a calm and not in the slightest competitive person BUT DAMN IF WE'RE NOT GONNA STICK TO THE PLAN I HAVE ATLEAST THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE CAPABLE OF TELEPORTATION AND WE'RE GONNA USE THEM COM'E' VERO DIO. even if the game really doesn't want us to and keeps tucking our local wizard in.
(in which this is the second time Astarion gets the killing blow, go get them tiger)

CAN U DO JUDE BELLINGHAM FLUFF LIKE TOOTH ROTTING FLUFF... LIKE uh having a family with him and its all sweet
Pink Dress
Masterlist
𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒚 — Your daughter takes after you, something that Jude both hates and loves.
𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 — Husband!Jude Bellingham x Wife!you
𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕 — 1.2k
Warnings! FLUFF, cute kid, domestic fluff, sweetness, baby fever, dilfjude, he's such a good dad.
Jude had always loved that your daughter had taken your sassy side.
After all it was the thing that made him fall in love with you.
But right now, he was at his wit's end. The spirited retorts that once charmed him now echoed through the house like tiny thunderclaps. Your daughter, standing defiantly with her hands on her hips, mirrored the very stance you used to take when you challenged him.
The same fiery determination in her eyes, the same spark that had drawn him to you so many years ago.
He took a deep breath, and he knelt down to her level. "I'm sorry babygirl, but we have to hurry." Clearly, that was not the right thing to say.
Her lips pursed in that familiar way, a mini-him staring back at him with an unyielding resolve. "But Daddy, I not wanna wear the blue dwess. I wanna wear the pink one!" she insisted, her stubborness rivaling yours.
Why did the women in his life love to go against him.
Jude glanced at the clock, knowing they were already running late. He softened his tone, trying to channel the patience you always seemed to have in abundance. "I know you do, and the pink one is lovely. But remember, mommy picked out the blue dress for picture day. We don't have time to change now."
Tears welled up in her eyes, and for a moment, his heart ached at the sight. He could never say no to his little girl. Something she knew. And used to her advantage.
He pulled her into a gentle hug, her small frame trembling slightly. "Okay, okay," he whispered, stroking her hair. "How about this? After picture day, we'll have a special Daddy-Daughter day, and you can wear your favorite pink dress then. We can go to the park, get some ice cream, whatever you want. Deal?"
Nora sniffled, considering his offer. "Pwomise?" Her tiny voice was filled with hope, and Jude could see the wavering resolve in her eyes. He smiled and wiped away her tears with his thumb. "I promise, sweetheart. Pink dress, ice cream, and the park. Just the two of us."
She nodded slowly, her lips curving into a small smile. "Otay, Daddy."
Jude stood up, lifting her effortlessly placing her on his hip before giving her a big kiss on the cheek. "Let's go show Mommy how beautiful you look in your blue dress, huh?"
Her giggle was music to his ears, and as they made their way to the bedroom.
Jude felt a wave of relief wash over him. The crisis had been averted, and his little girl was smiling again. He would kill to keep that smile on her face. Forever.
He gently pushed the door open, and there you were, laying in bed with Klara laying on your chest. Jude felt his heart swell at the sight. She was fast asleep, her tiny hand clutching your shirt. And you looked as beautiful as ever.
Even though it had only been a few days since the baby had arrived, you seemed to radiate an otherworldly glow. Just like the goddess he knew you were. God, he was a lucky bastard.
Jude tiptoed into the room, not wanting to disturb the peaceful scene. You looked up at him with tired but loving eyes, and he could see the exhaustion etched into your face. Yet, there was an unmistakable serenity there too, a contentment that mirrored his own.
"Look who's ready for picture day," he whispered, turning slightly so you could see Nora perched on his hip, now beaming in her blue dress. You smiled, amusement swimming in your eyes. You knew how much of a hellion your daughter could be and you were thankful to Jude for volunteering to tame her. The cute adorable little beast.
"Well, don't you look absolutely stunning, my little princess," you cooed softly, careful not to wake the baby. Your daughter preened at the compliment, any earlier resistance forgotten in the face of your praise.
Jude carefully set her down and she immediately ran over to you, climbing onto the bed with the kind of energy only a young child possessed. She carefully snuggled up next to you, and you wrapped an arm around her, holding both your children close.
"Ready for your big day?" you asked her, brushing a stray curl away from her face. She nodded enthusiastically, her earlier tears now just a distant memory.
"Yeah!" she chirped, her excitement bubbling over. "Daddy said after pictures we can have a Daddy-Daughter day!"
You glanced at Jude, raising an eyebrow in amusement. "Did he now? That sounds like a wonderful idea." The softie. This is how it went everytime.
Jude chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck as he shrugged. "What can I say? She's got me wrapped around her little finger." That she did.
You laughed softly, the sound a soothing balm to his soul. "I know the feeling," you said, looking down at Klara who was still peacefully asleep. The love the both of you had for your daughters was something that sometimes scared you. The way you would do anything for them. Anything.
He watched as you gently kissed the top of Nora's head, and sighed. Jude knew then and therre that he couldn't have picked a better mom for his precious little girls. You were everything he ever wanted, ever dreamed of. You've given him everything and he vowed everyday to reciprocate that.
He loves doing life with you.
Nora snuggled closer to you, her tiny fingers playing with the edge of your shirt. "Mommy, can you come too? To the park and ice cream?"
Your eyes met Jude's, a silent conversation passing between you. You knew how much he cherished these special moments alone with Nora, needed them.
What with his career taking up a lot of his time sometimes. He had often shared his fears with you. Fears of missing out on their lives. But you were always there to reassure him.
"I think Daddy and Nora should have their special day," you said softly, smoothing down her curls. "But maybe we can all go together another time. What do you think?"
Nora seemed to ponder this for a moment before nodding. "Okay, Mommy. We can do that."
Jude smiled, feeling a sense of contentment wash over him. "It's a deal then," he said, giving you a grateful look. "And maybe tonight, after picture day and our little adventure, we can all have dinner together. Just the four of us."
You nodded, your eyes shining with love and happiness. "I'd like that very much. Now you guys better get going so you're not late. I want good pictures." You squinted playfully at the two, causing Jude to get into a soldire stance.
"Ma'am! Yes ma'am!" Jude teased, saluting with a grin. Nora giggled, mimicking his salute with an exaggerated seriousness that melted into laughter. You chuckled softly, shaking your head at their antics.
With a final glance at Klara, still peacefully asleep in your arms, Jude gently scooped up Nora and headed for the door. She squealed in delight, waving enthusiastically at you as they made their way out of the room. You waved back, your heart swelling with love for your little tribe.
You were the luckiest woman in the world.
No one could convince you otherwise.

brat!r is my absolute fav but imagine brat!r sitting with Eli at one of the games and she’s an absolute angel everyone trying to figure out why they don’t hear the usual commotion in the stands from brat!r and it’s bc she’s having such a good time with alexia’s mom 🤭
brat!reader would only ever be "normal" when she's around alexia's mom, eli. She's calmer, almost shy, and less likely to start chants for the opposition.
alexia was nervous at first to introduce brat!reader to her mother, but her girl was important to her, and it was time her family knew her too. alexia made brat!reader swear she would behave in front of her mom, and brat!reader agreed. their first dinner together went very well, and alexia couldn't help but spend the entire night with the biggest smile one her face watching her family fall completely in love with her girl.
their first match together was one of alexia's worst games simply because she was far too distracted and kept sneaking glances at the stands. this was the first time brat!reader and eli were sitting together at a game, and a competitive, high-tension football match was a lot different than a chill dinner at home, so alexia was understandably nervous.
however, it seemed like she did not have any reason to worry. brat!reader was an absolute darling the entire game. sure, she was still her loud, competitive self at times, but this time slightly toned down. instead of starting chants for the opposition, brat!reader was actually joining in on the barca chants.
and even when brat!reader was being loud and shouting "alexia VAMOS, you're running so slow-- dios mio". eli did not mind it. in fact, she knew this was the type of woman alexia needed. the kind of woman who would can hold her own, and match her daughter's stubborness.
at one particular play where alexia was clearly fouled. brat!reader couldn't help but stand up from her seat and yell "ref silbato-- SILBATO. jobar-- oh"
eli just laughed and stood up from her seat, bellowing "eso es una falta! puta madre!"
everyone at the match was a little unsettled when the 90 minutes were up and there was no commotion at the stands or chants towards the opposition. when they can't help but turn towards the family and friends stands to get a peak of their favourite wag, they're pleasantly surprised to see her yapping with alexia's mom, ass in her seat, the picture of a perfect angel.

The Followers (pt 1)
HEY YALL!! Finally got around to designing some of my COTL OCs which will be taking part in some future stories
Down below is some info about each of them from left to right! Some of it may be subject to changes futurely...
Enjoy <3
Astrid (she/her)
Rescued from Darkwood
Nurse apprentice
Was rescued by the Lamb while running away from heretics that chased her down the woods
A little clumsy, but tries her best and has an overall bubbly personality
Fun fact: Astrid was based off the pink-bow bunny from the official COTL animations!
Beau (he/him)
Rescued from Darkwood
The yellow cat! <3
Head-farmer and gardener of the cult, he is the one who decides which crops will be planted
Was a single child of a farmer family, they used to donate their crops to those who needed food
Managed to escape the heretics a few times, until eventually getting caught to be sacrificed to the Bishop of Chaos, thats when Lambert found and saved him
Felix (he/they/it)
Our little freaky lemur 😌 most of the followers think hes weird, but he does not mind and even finds such aversions quite amusing
Felix is a Witness. He was born in the cult a few years after Narinder became a follower, and turned into a Disciple somewhere before Lambert set off to free the Bishops from their Purgatory
One of the closests to the Lamb, he's seen as their little guy
Was raised by a lesbian couple that is still alive and love him very much <3
Tetris (she/her)
Rescued from Anura
Head-nurse of the Healing Bay, she mentors new nurses and defines their tasks
She used to have a family of her own, until they were taken away by illnesses and heretics
Very sweet and patient, sometimes quiet even, it takes a lot to get on this woman's nerves
Nanaty (she/her)
Rescued from Anchordeep
Widower; also used to have a family of her own, until they were slain by the heretics. Ever since then, Nanaty has resented the Old Faith and sought revenge
Was converted after fighting the Lamb during one of their crusades, with them promising to find the ones responsible for her tragedy. Once it was done, she swore her loyalty to the Lamb and became their guard
Loves children and is a natural mother, putting her guard down for the little ones whenever needed
Morris (he/him)
Rescued from Anura
Despite being a loyalty enforcer now, Morris was the first to dissent and very skeptical on his first days at the cult
Challenged the Lamb to a fight pit once, where he was brutally beaten up but spared at the end, taking the experience to learn from his stubborness
Nowadays he is the friendliest one to welcome new members of the cult and help them get used to their new home
Fun fact: altho Morris was based off on 2 bison followers I had in my gameplays, I also took inspo on the bison we see in the official COTL animations!

"Poseidon!" Rhea tsked at him playfully before forming a sweet smile. Being comfortable and playful were hardly sides they expressed with each other but maybe showing some vulnerability could open him up. "You are quite handsome. And I'd like to take the credit for that." She chuckled sweetly. "So you're welcome!"
Watching him practically turn from a god king to child before her made her laugh again. "Frozen yogurt it is. After you fix up my wardrobe." She noted as she pointed a finger in his direction.
Her smile grew as Poseidon started to form a plan for their outing, elated he was involving himself. She sat down and thought about his question. "I don't have a favorite store. I like to travel around and explore what the different regions have to offer. I do admit...this dress is rather ancient. My closet is practically a time capsule. Items from before you were born to now." She laughed.
"yes, well... that's probably for the best. i'm much better looking than him." it was the kind of deflection poseidon was infamous for. easier to insult someone else than admit how uncomfortable he felt, right? easier than admitting that the reason he was considering the outing at all - one he would have found unbearable under most circumstances - was because part of him wanted to feel needed. particularly by his mother. that was too much to unpack in one sitting.
poseidon took a deep breath, weighing the choices.
"fine, but i'm serious about the frozen yogurt." poseidon said, crossing his arms like a bratty teenager forced to run errands with their mother and not a god with inconceivable amounts of free will.
he reasoned that, if things really turned sour, he could just leave. at least this way, no one could say he had not given it his best try. "where would you normally shop? let's cross those places completely off our list."
#nectaric#interaction: poseidon#v: main#(Rhea appreciates any effort...truly!)#(stubborness does run in this dang family lol)

Robin says "fuck it" and actually stands up against her family when Hawkins goes to hell. Not everyone can run away, there are old people, kids that are now orphans, young ones that can't leave the town they grew up, not without their families, not without money.
So Steve decides to stay and fight, and he'll fight day and night if needed to keep this people as safe as he can.
The Wheelers pack their car, Nancy and Jonathan need rest. The Sinclairs haven't decided yet, but Lucas is not going to leave Max behind and Erica is adamant: if Dustin Henderson stays in Hawkins, so does she.
Hooper and Jane need to find the root, Joyce and Will are going with them. They'll fight in another front.
Wayne is not leaving Eddie, who barely can stand on his feet. The metalhead jokes around, tho, saying that he's not locked in with the UD creatures, but the UD creatures are locked in with him.
The Munsons are staying. Robin has the feeling that something is going along between Eddie and Steve. None of them has told her anything yet, fuck, she doubts they know that they're having something going along between them. They're so stupid, so... boyish.
Robin knows, she could go to Uni, have a life, find a girlfriend or several, enjoy her life. Be safe. Be away. Her parents ask her to please, please, leave the town with them. They have family somewhere in Oregon, they have savings, they can start again.
That's when Robin decides to stand up for herself in a way that doesn't require her amazing brain or skills. Just her raw stubborness and determination.
"Remember Steve, the boy you think is my boyfriend?" She asks, and her parents nod. "He's not my boyfriend, he never will - don't feel bad, I'm lesbian, it's not what you think, no -, but he's staying here to fight, to protect the people of this shitty town. And I'm staying here with him. We'll fight and maybe we'll die, but I'm not going anywhere. My friend is here, keeping us all safe, and I won't abandon him."
The Buckleys are speechless at first. Then, Robin's mom sighs.
"Your grandpa packed tons of guns and ammo in the basement," she says, she looks tired. "He thought some kind of creatures would attack someday, I guess he was right."
-
And that's how the Buckleys joined the resistence army, lead by Steve Harrington, against the Upside Down.

Occasionally I like ghost!fics. But, like, fluffy ones (some people die, do get scared or sad, but there's happy end). Ok, I think I'll put it out, because it needs to leave this house now))
So, Noh Sangcheol sees ghosts. One would think it would help the detective in his profession: to solve cases, to catch culprits, or at the very least to have witnesses - well, informants. The kind you can't say the real names of, or get to sign the testimony protocol. But the thing is, life's not a TV show and he's not Tae Gongshil. Ghosts are neither as numerous, nor do they interact with him as much. After the death they are too unstable, too shocked, experiencing something Sangcheol sometimes calls 'madness of recreation'. They appear and disappear suddenly at places that mean something to them, hardly noticing their surroundings, sometimes walking the straircases long gone or through the walls that used to have a door. That is scary. Could lead to choking on the food during a team dinner. Then - after this - you have your ghosts from stories. Those who stayed, for whatever reason. But not long. The time effects them harder, leaves its marks on them. They lose their memories, go mute, forget their form. Sangcheol once knew a girl who quickly turned into a cloud chasing street dogs and cats; there were reports of bullying because of her looks. Yewon didn't show up. It's for good, he knows. Still… Goh Jeongwoo has eyes of a ghost. Too bright. Too intense. Hurt… most of the time. Sangcheol drives away from the chief's house that, just now, was filled with people not saying the truth (lies as ghosty webs, almost palpable); away from Goh Jeongwoo's eyes -- and nearly ends up in a ditch after the headlights of his car catch a man in a hat… with a fishing rod? Later, Sangcheol finds out, it's Jeongwoo's father. Later, he tries to talk to him in that damned hangar, but the man can't speak. He looks at Sangcheol, though, with the familiar hope, flickering in and out in the cold air, where some time ago his son was breathing hotly. '4 years… Geez. Stubborness runs in your family'. The man squeezes the rod tightly (Sangcheol's fingers ache from holding Goh Jeongwoo, he notices). It would have been broken if it was real.

Hey, I was hoping to request a headcannon of the Sparda boys + V with the reafer similar to Kitana in Motal Kombat (feel free to ignore this if you don't want to write this) but kept it secret from them.
Like the reader is absolutely STUNNING, they can fight with steel fans and move with deadly grace. But the boys start getting suspicious when the reader refuses to speak about their family or they are getting a bit too brutal when fighting against demons, or they know something really old. And once the boys question the reader with enough stubborness, they finally spill and reveal they are infact, not just somebody but the Empress/Empeor of Outworld and that they are around 10 000 years old despite looking like they are in their early 30s. And that they hid it from the boys because they feared that they would be targetted.
How would the boys react to this info? Would they forgive the reader for hiding this infirmation?
Btw I freaking love your posts, keep up the good work 😘👍
Thanks for that. Hope you enjoy 💜
Sparda boys + V x Kitana!Reader headcannons
¤ Dante ¤
-Dante thinks you are one sexy lady, with the way you wave your fans around and everything.
-Thinks--no--knows your fighting style suits you perfectly, it's graceful, fluid, ans beautiful, just like you.
-But you're so secretive, so deflective of every conversation he ever asks you, it's really suspicious. He wonders if you're a criminal on the run from another country, and decides to ask you.
-With a great deal of pestering (and a little bit of alcohol) Dante gets you to reveal your grand secret: That you are secretly the ruler of a faraway world and that you hid this from him because you were afraid the both of you would get targeted.
-He is rather hurt that you didn't trust him with this information, but this discovery is both shocking and cool. The fact that you're 10,000 years old--which makes him 9,955 years younger than you is pretty neat.
-He promises to protect you from whoever might try to attack you, even though you're older, wiser, and way more experienced.
■ Vergil ■
-Vergil was impressed by your POWER, surprised that you could turn something as ordinary and simple as a metal fan into a deadly weapon.
-However, he noticed your fighting style was extremely polished, as if you'd had thousands of years to refine it, but quickly shrugged it off as you being incredibly talented.
-Then he noticed you never wanted to talk about your family, background, or anything related to your past, which confirmed something was up about you.
-He decided not to pester you verbally though, as he wasn't all that good with speaking, and simply stared at you intensely until you cracked and spilled the beans.
-You told him things he never dreamed of hearing from you: that you were actually a 3,000 year old emperor/empress of a kingdom called Outworld, and that you were trying to lie low for fear of assasins and others with ill will.
-Vergil doesn't mind this, though. He thinks you're amazing, regardless of your old age, and will gladly dispatch anyone who tries to attack you, but he won't push you to flaunt your royalty if you don't want to.
□ Nero □
-Nero knew you were an experienced fighter like his dad the moment he met you.
-The way you moved, the fluidity, the grace, everything about you was perfection. There was no way in hell a typical 30 year old could do that, no matter how long and hard they trained.
-Nero wanted to ask you abut it but wondered if your skills could be attributed to something dark like forced training or experimentation when you were younger? He didn't want to upset you or bring back bad memories.
-But your refusal to speak about your past really bugged him, and before long, he couldn't control his curiosity. He asked, and after a long night of pleading, you caved.
-You explained that the reason you were so skilled was because you'd had 3,000 years to hone your craft, and that you were royalty who'd been hiding from pursuers, which was why you never wanted to talk about your background for fear the walls had ears.
-Nero was pretty chill about all this, and while he was a little confused as to how someone who is 30 centuries old could look so young, he just shrugged it off, going back to his normal activities within the next hour or so.
● V ●
-V was too captivated by your beauty to notice anything was strange about you.
-He just couldn't take his eyes off you when you moved; your elegance enthralled him and reminded him of several poems he'd read, resulting in him quoting them in the background as you fought.
-Still, your grace and deadly skill were not enough to distract him from your suspicious and extremely vague backstory. You were not a good liar, and clearly kept a lot of secrets from V, which worried him.
-He found a time and sat down to talk with you, asking you about your seemingly nonexistent past and if there was anything you were hiding from him, as well as informing you that you could trust him.
-You knew this to be true, and decided to tell him the truth, revealing you were 3,000 years old, that you were the ruler of another realm and were hiding from enemies who might target you, which is why you kept this knowledge from V, to protect him.
-V understood and was grateful for your consideration, promising not to share this information with anyone and to cut down anyone who might come after you two. He is rather curious though, what is being royalty like?

I've been watching some Essek "Liar" animatics again. And it is so interesting. The song fits Essek so well but also the chorus "my stubborness will put up a fight and I don't deserve to win it" just got me thinking.
Cause Essek didn't win, like he was meant to be a villain and he got redeemed in a way, he didn't die he's still alive and probably on the run but maybe not even that. We don't know. He could still be working in the dynasty. All goes well he lives his long long life without any trouble.
All said and done, that should be winning, he even got friends out of it.
But he didn't really win. He got a conscience, he has to live the rest of his years with crippling guilt about his actions. He helped Ludinus in his plan to destroy the gods without even meaning too. If he does get suspected of the treason and he needs to go on the run, he might very well spend the rest of his years looking over his shoulder, never able to relax, to settle down. He can never safely return to his country, might never be able to visit and really have a good relationship with his family.
Essek Thelyss really is the definition of "He won, but at what cost?"
#critical role#essek thelyss#critical role spoilers#campaign 3 spoilers#the mighty nein#I love Essek so much you wouldn't believe#but sometimes I think about the consequences of his actions and it fills me with such sadness#Me holding him: I just think he's neat

Can you tell us a little more of the relationship between the black lord and your sona?
Of course I can lol
Well at the start it obviuosly isnt good at least for my sona she hates him and I mean hates, he kidnaped her, he took her away from her friends and family, he tortured her teach her what she has to do for a job she never asked for, he mocks her and just generaly abuse her but h is also trying to be kinda to her and she is all like "tf eww" basicly he is trying to guilt trip her into being more amenable to his every whims but she kinda did that to some other people in the past and she is all like "do you think you're going to get me with that?!" And anguish is all like "if it works do not change it", but for anguish, at the start at least, she is so funny!! Sure he wanted a human because he knows they are more durable to his games, alagaddians are made and molded by the lords so what fun are they? None at least for him, he wanted to try someone who pushed back, someone who was complitly estrange from alagadda and its culture, this is basicly is little experiment lol, and he luck out she is so so so fun!! She calls him out on his bullshit but also does her job, she knows some of his little tatics and think she is so smart for it so he enjoys every time he gets to break apart her ego and best if all she is trying to hit his ego too, once or twice she maneged to strick a nerver, most people would grovel at his feet and beg for mercy if they ever managed to accomplish that but her? No she goes in knowing that she is fucked but she keeps putting herself in positions that in the long run means nothing just out of stubborness!! Ah humans~~ he loves them so so much and this one is so so fun and adorably egocentric!!
Now i know this doesnt sound very found family-ish but that comes with time lots and lots of time and even then my sona will always hate anguish she is to stuborn to let go whice she should fuck him and it takes lits of very small steps, mostly on anguish part tbh like he is the one that starts seeing her as a pet then a daughter and he is then one that kinda forces a family dinamic on her because he knows that if the choise was hers to much she would leave him in a ditch to die so he kinda has to manipulate and gaslight her into being more receptive to the idea that he isnt really that bad he is actually kinda cool....so yeh👍👍👍👍
#idk how good this answer your question lol#i just went on a rant forgive me#scp#scp 035#alagadda au#scp au#anguish and shame

Starting off with the parents!!
💎 Rarity 💎
She still runs the Carousel Boutique but it's part time now! She and her team mostly deal with the finances of her stores. She now has a few stores outside of Equestria! She is very successful and is very content with where she is right now. However, she lowered her workload to help where she can on the farm and raise her family! She has mellowed out a little, she's pretty much the same but she's a lot more okay with dirt and she's more practical now! She also started a flower garden and suggested selling flowers and seeds at the market!
🍎 Applejack 🍎
Still the hardworker she is, still a family lady, still stubborn, Her stubborness has lightened for serious matters only. She's finally learned to take it easy and take care of herself thanks to Rarity! She's a lot more stern as a mother but doesn't stifle her children. She now wears her hair naturally and brushes it out and moisturizes it everyday and wears sunscreen!! Her scars came from chasing off the Timberwolves and the c-section she had for their son. She's now the head of the farm along with Big Mac, as Granny Smith is living out her remaining years. She's picked up whittling and dance as hobbies now!

Headcanon: The reason why Pua still loves and cares for his former float so much is that they all remind him of their parents, AKA his closest friends
First gonna start off with Kiburi and Ucheshi since their dad, Piga, was his best friend. As stated before, Kiburi gets his personality and mannerisms from his father: from his constant unamused face to his pride, pretty much everything. Don’t think Ucheshi wasn’t anything like him either, she got her looks AND her immense bravery from him. Piga wasn’t scared of anything, much like a honey badger, and that obviously got passed down to Ucheshi, as Pua could see
The siblings also show elements of their mother, Ungwana. Kiburi inherited her looks (save for the mark under his chin, which is from Piga) and softer voice compared to the other crocs. Ucheshi inherited her sweetness, pacifism, and good humor
I mentioned this before while talking about Kujivunia, but Makuu definitely gets his fighting skills, stubborness, and good heart from her. It’s another reason why he knew Makuu would eventually change, because he knew he had his mother’s heart. She also had this (friendly) rivalry with Piga and…well…it eventually passed to the kids. Pua lowkey can’t take Makuu and Kiburi’s arguments seriously because their respective parents used to argue all the time. He’s used to it
While Neema’s parents weren’t as close as the others, they were still good friends and he absolutely remembers them. He can see their loyalty coming from him as well as their tendency to watch their friends’ antics rather than take part in it. He also has his mother’s smarts and smugness and father’s dark complexion and rudeness (as he is with Tamka lol).
Also as mentioned before, Nduli got his sassiness from Kinywa, as well as her rather youthful look. Plus, she DID get herself into trouble when she awoke in the Dry Season just like Nduli (albeit she wasn’t as….lucky as her son). Runs in the family ig :/
Where does he start with Tamka? Every time he looks at his boy, he sees Kuimba. He’s just so much like her: his looks, his loyalty to his loved ones, how sweet he can be (which definitely shows to the Outlanders), his…dimwittedness. He’s definitely more like his mother than him, but he could never be more grateful
Tamka DOES inherit some things with Pua but that’s for another post
#oh look i’m talking about crocodile characters again#my heart#it’s so sad but also really sweet#this is also an excuse to talk about my prev gen oc’s again#kinda thinking about making some headcanons about pua and tamka’s relationship#headcanon#the lion guard

OC-tober day 6 prompt: symbol
Featuring Rena Star Team (again) (I do not have a bias wdym) in a short animatic ("I am not an animator", I tell myself. "I hate animating" I scream into the void. Yet all my half assed animated projects look at me disapprovingly) showcasing the stuff I associate her with.
Of legacies, sins, desires and herecies. Time can only move forward. The young girl knew that better than anyone. But a Chronidi can only strive to make the impossible, possible. Stubborness runs in the family.
All thr Star Team characters have a lot of care put into their symbolisms. And of course Rena is no exception. For this animatic I have chosen 5 symbols, which can all capture a different period in her life.
First: The Chronidi family insignia
The ruling families in Onero island all have an insignia representing them. Chronidi, being one of the founding families, used to be one. Well most of them are still, however that is no longer the case for the branch Rena comes from. Her grandmother, choosing to marry a commoner, was effectively disowned, yet she still brandished the family insignia. Was it a form of protest? Out of spite? Nobility or not, the expectations for all memberts of the "disgraced" branch were high. Throughout her life, especially in early childhood, Rena had been living in the shadow of the high expectations of her family. In the shadow of the beloved matriarch. The insignia serving as both a sign of pride and a curse.
Second: Roses
Rena loves roses. Everyone knows what a rose is. Everyone likes roses. But roses are no one's favourite flower. If they say it is, it's because they don't know the names of other much prettier flowers. People also tend to forget that roses are not just the blossom, but the bush and the thorns as well. No one likes roses in their totality, just the pretty part. But thorns are as much part of the rose as the blossom is.
Rena understands why roses have thorns. She finds comfort in their sting.
In her pre-teen and early teen years, Rena was able to escape briefly her family's critical gaze through school. "Surrounded by mediocrity even the mediocre can shine as exceptional". "Family's disappointment" when surrounded by talented people "Exceptional talent" when surrounded by mediocrity. Everyone likes roses, but there's nothing special about them. Liked but not genuinely loved. Those who attempt to get stung by thorns. Rena finds comfort in it, but Nora did not.
Third: Deer
There is not much "depth" in this one. I just associate every star team character with an animal. Nora's is a bunny, Maya's is a cat. Rena's is a deer.
Rena's young adulthood was the most stable her life had ever felt. Which says a lot as those 4 years in Toxi were hectic to say the least. Always running, but never truly free. Always pursued by her past.
Fourth: The Sun
The Saint of Fools
The sun rests as a halo behind the Chosen One's head.
"She is like the sun. Brilliant, warm and nurturing, yet also capable of hurt. Sometimes looking at her burnt my eyes"
"But there's nothing significant about the sun compared to the rest of the stars. The only reason it drowns out their light during the morning is its proximity to the earth. There are stars out there that shine brighter than the sun ever will. Much more brilliant. So much more potential. I envy them"
Nora, Rena's first and only friend, is the stars
Fifth: grandfather clock
A presence throughout her life, the physical object existed during her stay at school. A clock without hands, yet its ticking echoing forever. No matter how much she tried slowing it down, it can never be reversed. Time can only move forward. The young girl knew that better than anyone. But a Chronidi can only strive to make the impossible, possible. Stubborness runs in the family.
From bweirdart's OC-tober prompt:
While I am doing this challenge mostly to keep an archive of my characters on tumblr (and to incentivise myself to draw them), if you, person stumbling upon this post, are curious and wanna learn more, my askbox is open >:3c
#oc-tober#bweirdOCtober#kyeterna oc#starteam comic#st: rena#GUYS PLEASE ask me stuff about rena I can speak for hours for my dysfunctional blorbo <3

Holy shit you on the inbox....... This is so awesome hello.
UHM um this is my oc her name is Melaine. She is a Normal Girl who is a Bug also
A doctor by profession, a biologist by heart, and a mutant through experimentation. Melaine T. Curatella was a renowed name in medicine, a part of one of the most famous families in the interplanetary system, until some horrid event lead her far outside the bounds of sanity... and now, who knows what she's after, using mutagenics and science horrifically in some far off planet? There's only speculation to be done.
Originally from Promethea, came to Pandora with a mission to help everyone who needed medical assistance, eventually ended up setting up her own hospital for the same purpose (free healthcare W). She is surprisingly rarely ever attacked simply because she is nice to people and as it turns out, even the worst of mercenaries would rather not die because of an unaddressed broken bone. Do not mistake this kindness for tolerance however, because she's more than capable enough to defend herself should a threat arise (Trust me scalpel stabs are Way Worse than regular stabs). Extremely competent in what she does to a scary degree, often being called "the Angel of the Wastes" for it. She could probably rearrange someone's entire skeleton if she was up to it. Deep down she has a lot of pent upanger because of how everything in this planet just is so exploited, so ignored, how everyone is clearly struggling but can't do anything about it because of the ideals that are perpetuated. She hates hates hates hates it so bad and she WANTS to do something too but, where is she even supposed to start right ? Well, "not letting everyone die constantly because of turf wars and meaningless violence" is probably a start.
Gets really passionate about everything really fast. Once she decides she likes or supports something, it would take hell freezing over to make her change her mind. This stubborness and resilience is what allows her to keep moving even throughout the most awful of situations, even in the face of the worst of adversity, she will come out on top covered in blood and permanently changed but she will stand by her extremely strict set of morals or so fucking help me. Melaine has a bad tendency to overlook special case scenarios because of this as well because she really dislikes the idea of being wrong about anything, which is how she feels after you tell her that things aren't just forever set in stone. Probabilities and other such interference don't matter to her, because only one version of every situation exists in her mind. This severely limits her ability to navigate new situations because she doesn't have the proper equipment to understand them, and it frustrates her beyond belief, so she does anything and everything to classify it as something she's already familiar with. Nothing else matters but my understanding of it, my classification, my experience, MY method. This woman would rather spend 5 years on the same argument than admit she maybe miscalculated. Totally not taking after her mom <3
After everything goes down in the story, she has to escape everything and ends up crashing back on her home planet, which is ironic for her giving she said she'd never go back under any circumstances, but I think the circumstance of "My husband is possibly dead and a company wants to take me + our 2 young kids out too just for being associated with him" is kind of a special case. This does not make her feel hopeless as much as it just makes her ANGRY. Injustice runs loose everywhere, with the worst people you've ever seen having most of the power and thus perpetuating it, while you're just getting kicked down over and over after climbing the ladder. It's humiliating, it's awful, and it makes her so fucking mad. This kickstarts her descent into madness and obsession after the concept of justice, something she herself has to do, because clearly nobody else knows how to. No one else knows justice how she does, and therefore, she must be the one to instill it.
Has been fascinated by insects and other arthropods ever since she begun to talk. Most namely, the Praying Mantis. If left to her own devices she would infodump about bugs for days at a time. Their exoskeletons and surprisingly tough claws and their big stupid eyes just captivate her, to a point where almost everything she owns has a mantis pin. This fixation takes a weirder turn later in the story as she attempts to BECOME a mutant version of one, often using several chemicals and other substances on herself to achieve what she considers "the perfect predator form". She's very normal about it and she would never perform any particularly unethical experiments to achieve such a goal. She is not doing it for any nefarious reasons (like say, especialized murder) and would never awaken cannibalistic urges within herself after all that. Don't worry about it !👍
Lookit her <3
Despite it all, she loves a lot. She is enamored by the beauty of life and understanding it is only her goal because of how much she appreciates every little detail of it as well. She loves helping people and she loves her husband and she just wants to keep loving things but unfortunately the world wants to make her Insane Constantly.

Why I love Abigail Walker
It goes without saying that Abigail Walker is one of my favorite things about Walker: Independence. Her journey from a somewhat sheltered Bostonite to a self-assured badass legal consultant was fun to watch, even if it did sometimes get lost in the midst of the other characters.
One of the best things about Abigail, in my opinion, is how well she represents the Walker family and their values as we know them today. Even in just the short 13 episode run we got from here, we see the stubborness, compassion, tenacity, and sense of justice we know the modern Walker family for. It's one of those things were you can just tell how much care went into the creation of this character and making sure everything fit with what came before.
Something else I enjoy about her character is the friends she makes along the way. I know how that sounds but hear me out. Abigail had an astounding way of bringing people together. Calian, Hoyt, Kai, Kate, Augustus- all of them knew each other before she arrived and had their own relationships with each other, but she's the one that brought them all together and turned them into a family. I adore her friendship with Kate and I'll always wonder where she might have gone with Calian. There's so much potential that will sadly never be realized.
I also have to admire how she stands out in terms of the typical Strong Female Character. She's not afraid to ask for help when she needs it, even if she doesn't want to. She's willing to listen to and work with others, even if she doesn't always agree with them. And I have to appreciate the lack of modern feminist dialog that came with her. Yes, she's strong willed. Yes, she wants more of out life than this society can give her. But she's making it work with what she has rather than needlessly pushing the envelope and causing more problems for herself.
To round this off, here's a short list of things I love about Abigail Walker:
Strong and feminine
Katherine McNamara
Badass Bookworm
Stylin' under dursess
So very pretty
Kickass lawyer
TL;DR:
I love Abigail Walker

For Pirate AU, the realization Peach has that now she has another immortal friend. Maybe she hasn’t quite come to grips with her romantic feelings for Plum yet, but she still has a new companion for the ages to come. On the flip side, Plum coming to the realization that she’s going to outlive almost everyone she’s ever known. Grey, her crew, any family she may be on good terms with…. And peach comforting her by saying she’ll stay by her side through the years to come, if Plum wants her to
See, theres a moment here that doesnt line up, in that Plum will realise she will live forever, and contemplate that for a couple months quietly to herself, seems to spend more time with everyone, try to connect to them all while she still can, spending time on each member of the crew so that they feel seen and loved. This is after all her family, and those related to her by blood were far from ideal, and ignored her wants and needs, so she's made this new safe group of people who all love each other, a ride or die group. But even now, she wonders what her actual relatives would think, would she miss them one day, would she regret not trying to communicate with them? She does not know. Grey sees her drift away a little more, asks whats wrong and she just seems preoccupied with thoughts of her old home. They were traditional people who wanted her to marry, be a stay at home wife, bare children, do all the painfully ordinary things she just didnt want, and scorned her when she ran away for adventure and exploration. She writes them letters but never recieves any in return, assuming they have cast her out permanently. Grey is...as consoling as he could be, he lost his family a while back and never had good relations with them either, but understands that quiet wandering, the 'what if'.
Eventually Plum and Peach have a moment alone, and it comes to the attention of the second in command that the captains sad, or...just preoccupied with thoughts of forever.
Peach feels fear stir, putting her hand on the womans shoulder beside her.
"Plum, you are NOT immortal." Peach knows this first hand, through monumental, devestating loss. "You still have to be careful, you will live for a long time, potentially forever if youre careful, but you could be killed by any solid hit to a vital point. It may take more to do it, but you still have vulnerabilities." And that fear becomes more powerful, she'd lost one Levithian, she was not prepared to lose another. "If trouble starts you run, you'll be the biggest target on deck looking like that, we can handle things without you being at the front, i'll keep the crew safe." A notion the captain refused to accept.
"I wont leave my family here, or you, not if fights start, we work as one. You can't stop me." She was right, as the leader of this ship, as a now powerful sea monster, she was free to make any choices she wanted and not a lot could stop her. Plum sees a normally calm woman beside her rub her head with a stressed expression, the sigh as she watched, planned her next scentence carefully.
"Well." Her tired eyes sat on the Levithian for one more moment, for a brief second she truly eminated the stubborness of her wife. "At least you've got some company for the long ride. If you want it." Peach looks away, back to the horizon, gulls on the wind as land sat close enough to see small specs, humans living their lives in the port there.
The little head leant on the immortals shoulder was a little surprising, a tentacle finding its way to her shoulder to pull her closer.
"I'd like that."
They sat, said nothing, a strange settling company knowing neither had to walk alone for a while, if they were careful. Peach hoped to whatever unkind, unfair god that may be out there, that they could just be careful.
