Damn this show really went out with a bang by having a literal body swap episode ?? And with a woman too?? I thought that would have been too risque for the 60s. Especially with Kirk too?? 😭the show's special boy? I'm shocked! Shocked, I say.

Also, the bit about women not being able to be starfleet captains seems like such bs for a show that constantly talked about how they're beyond the bigotries of the past. But I'll guess I'll let it slide because tbh, tos is already really weird when it comes to women. And it's a 60 year old show lol.

I thought it was an alright episode, but definitely gave me a "that's it? That's all?" Feeling. I'm gonna miss my pookies 🥺😔

There is no magic number that makes a fiic "good". Kudos are soooooo subjective and what makes a fic worthy of a kudo is different for everyone. Look at the tags and the summary. Does it sound interesting? Yes? Okay, read it. I have never once looked at a fics stats to help me determine if it was "good" and worth reading.

Another AO3 thing I’m curious about, how do yall decide if something is good enough to read? Usually I follow a rule of 1 kudos for every 10 hits. One because it’s easy math and two it’s yet to fail me. Thoughts? Do you just go for it and pray it’s good?
