i love you steamfresh veg i love you microwave rice cups i love you snack time chickpeas i love you individually pre-portioned food
#and not feeling any shame about it!!#like is it slightly more expensive. technically is there more waste due to the individual packaging.#yes to both#BUT now i actually eat at least 2 serves of veg a day#i can have a hot lunch every day which is really pleasant#and most importantly i dont have to THINK#from choosing what to have for lunch to buying it to putting it in my bag to preparing it to making sure im eating healthy#and watching portion sizes#no thoughts at ALL#i just grab the same stuff off the shelves each week#and get a random assortment of the bean tin flavours#so every day its lucky dip#its been many months and i still look forward to it every day#also its really convenient having a guaranteed satisfying gluten free meal each day for the celiac#and considering earlier this year i was in struggletown with not having regular lunch or meals and struggling so much with food#i can only recommend this method a million percent#legit has changed my life#it does have vibes of only eating boiled chicken and steamed broccoli a la gym bros#but like fuck eating clean?? its more like when you go to town on a bowl of soup and crusty bread

finding female artists who write about suffering with mental health as a woman and how it is an immense struggle to manage is absolutely top tier. amazing. i love it. but you know what else i love? woman who write about empowering themselves through hard times and actually getting through those struggles.
it would fr be so easy if i just gave up and gave in to the struggle and suffering but my brain is relentlessly trying to hold on and still manages to find those silver linings which is honestly so frustrating like just make up your mind!!!! is life worth living or not!!!!

guys what is the timeframe for season 5? second half of 2019, presumably, but does anyone ever mention a month? like how soon after the tournament did chozen arrive? how long did it take to set up the new silver-fied cobra kai? how can either of those things possibly have happened before miguel got to Mexico? when amanda leaves for ohio and daniel spirals and gets the shit kicked out of him how long is that??
