Exchange Club meeting this week was held at the BG City Park Pool. One of several features in our town which led to our recent winning as "Best Hometown in Ohio". July meeting of the Bowling Green City Council. A lot of business they are covering. Quick look at the crowd, it is sad to not see all the candidates for Council in 2017. It is important to have candidates that are knowledgeable of matters and wish to be present to the public as often as possible. I have attended all meetings since last Fall. Ribbon Cutting for SOMA - For The Living Body. I was happy to be there to welcome Jim and his new business to town (and hope to stop in soon as a potential client). As a candidate, I have been to almost every ribbon cutting for new and existing businesses in Bowling Green in the last three years. Attended the Ribbon Cutting yesterday for the new open to the public fitness equipment along the Wood County Hospital Fitness Trail (which connects to the Simpson Trail). City Council Meeting, June 19. Many recognitions to start the meeting. A lot of business under way. Will know "fix" for general fund.
