Skær nakkekoteletter i strimler og bland med marinaden i 15 min.

Klargør alle grøntsager i mundrette stykker. Kog nudler og lad dem dryppe af.

Varm en wok op til høj varme. Kom lidt neutral olie på og sauter strimler af det marinerede kød til det er gennemstegt i ca. 4 min. Kom kød og marinade på en tallerken.

Kom lidt olie på wok og sauter grøntsager igen ved høj varme, kom oystersauce, sød chilisauce, soyasauce på og lad det stege i wok i 2-3 min. Læg det på en tallerken.
