People that once knew me, those that don't care to know me, those who think they know me, and those that are only able to see one side of me often thinks that I'm materialistic, stuck up, snobby, better than, judgemental, don't care about human interactions and relationships, lack emotions, cold, and cruel, but in fact I'm none of those things. What I am is what I often hold closest to my heart, what I wear on my sleeves but too scared to show, what I feel deeply but dare not say, what I cry about privately and silently in the dark. To remind myself of my goodness, I wear a necklace with a handful of pendants on it to remind myself of why I want to continuously better myself, and it's because I can imagine a better future for me and for those around me if I am hopeful, confident, strong, self accepting, compassionate, kind, and happy. Where I can show my emotions and be okay with it.
