Enjoy the tastes of a classic strawberry shortcake with this tasty martini. Vanilla vodka that is creamy, strawberry liqueur that is sweet, and a little strawberry syrup make this rich cocktail taste like everyone's favorite dessert.

Ingredients: 2 oz vanilla vodka. 1 oz strawberry liqueur. 1 oz heavy cream. 1 tbsp strawberry syrup. Crushed graham crackers, for rimming glass. Fresh strawberry, for garnish.

Instructions: Rim a martini glass with crushed graham crackers. In a shaker, combine vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, heavy cream, and strawberry syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry. Serve and enjoy!

Daily MCO Drink #260, MCO Day #262: KENTUCKY KISS, made with 2 fresh strawberries muddled with 1/2 part lemon juice and 1/2 part maple syrup, add 2 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon, stirred with ice and topped with soda water. . Still had a bunch of strawberries from the Somersby cocktail last week, so I looked up cocktails with strawberries. . This is from the Maker’s Mark website, and I just happened to have a mini Maker’s Mark to use, so yay! . As expected from a drink with strawberries, this is a nice refreshing summery drink, with the distinct flavour of the maple syrup combining quite well with the bourbon, and the lemon juice balancing out the sweetness perfectly. The Best Strawberry Moscow Mule Recipe

A fruity twist to the original Moscow Mule - the Strawberry Moscow Mule is the perfect summer cocktail. This fruity and spicy cocktail is made with fresh strawberries, vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and mint. It is refreshingly cold and delicious, especially when served in Moscow Mule copper cups.

Ingredients: 2 ounces of Vodka 4 ounces Ginger Beer Juice of 1 lime 2 sprigs Fresh Mint 4 Fresh Strawberries (Sliced in half) Crushed Ice cubes

Directions: Take 2 strawberries and 1 spring of mint in a glass and muddle using a muddler. Add Ginger beer (Fever-tree), Vodka (Smirnoff), Lime Juice and Crushed Ice. Stir it with a spoon. Pour it in a Copper Mug. Garnish with strawberries and a sprig of mint. Serve.

If you're not in the mood for something boozy, you can also try this cocktail without vodka.
