so in my jaytimkon fic i wanted Tim to be a foil to Jay in a lot of ways, like Jay is extremely demiromantic and Tim is like "i have fallen instantly in love"; Jay is really uncomfortable with eye contact and Tim is the eyes emoji personified; Jay is fairly shameless and Tim is constantly dying of embarrassment

i just thought it would be neat to see how two people who are very different in some big ways could become friends (and more????????) and how those differences could lead to Drama/Misunderstandings

slapped some sample colors on a skirt i've been designing for Jay. originally i planned for the top left (red overskirt, gray underskirt) but then i decided Jay's character color is yellow/gold. i'm also considering a like midnight blue color scheme to be all ~night sky~ 🤔 but i still can't make up my mind!!
