My great grandparents.I never met them. Surname Ineich (means in oak) I pronnouce my last name as Inish but it is pronnouced I..nick.. I know nothing about them except my great grandfather and grandma were straight off the boat from Alsace. They came over with my grandfather and his brother. My great grandma's was originally from Hungary At one point they resided on a farm in Olean NY. They are buried in St. Mary's Minoa Cemetery. The lived in Minoa for awhile with many others from Alsace. They came over In the early 1800s. They are from the Mulhouse and Strasbourg area of Alsace.
