Stormrumble’s soreness is gone.

Fiercekit’s bruises have healed.

As the herb stores are inspected by the medicine cats, it’s noticed that some of the elder leaves went bad. They’ll have to be replaced with new ones.

How is Star Icefall’s life or any details on her? Her name makes me think of a frozen waterfall which is sick

Star Icefall is a controversial Luminary of the past, especially for her later years…

She was a rising star as a young warrior. Bold, brave, constantly anxious that everyone would leave her like her dead mom. She was very protective over her sister, Snowflight.

And when Snowflight wanted to become Heart-Mates with Thistleclaw, a competitor for the Luminary position a violent cat, Icefall refused to give her blessing.

(With Moonflower dead, and Stormtail disgraced for letting her die, Icefall would be the only cat to ask for a blessing. Becoming Heart-Mates doesn’t require a blessing on both sides, but it is custom.)

Snowflight cut her off, to Icefall’s dismay. Icefall decided that she would have to prove Thistleclaw’s “wrongdoing.”

Granted, Thistleclaw wasn’t perfect. He was headstrong, and argumentative, and very aggressive on defending the Thundercrash Guild… but Snowflight did not appreciate Icefall pointing this out in an attempt to separate the two, and this just made them closer.

(And also made it so Snowflight would always defend Thistleclaw’s flaws, seeing every criticism as an attack on her too. Thistleclaw, if he had been confronted, would have most likely gone on a better path…)

When Snowflight died in a boar attack, Icefall was furious and blamed Thistleclaw for it. He didn’t cause her death, but due to his increased anger recently, and how he and Snowflight had been fighting, the Guild believed her.

Thistleclaw was exiled.

Icefall thought she would feel better- surely she would, exiling her rival… and yet.

She starts spending more time with the current Luminary, Star Pineheart, to try and be promoted to the Successor. She would often kit-watch for him. But… Nightkit, Mistkit, and Hopekit get sick. Violently. Her uncle, Goosefeather, who has been distant her entire life starts helping her kit-sit, under the excuse that they might be struggling with Soul-Sickness.

And then she stumbles across him feeding the kittens small bits of yew. She… she’s come so far… to have another disgraced family member…

She says nothing. Nightkit survives, thankfully… but the other two are dead. They were so small and tiny and innocent….

And she’s promoted to Successor. She did it, she won, she still feels empty

And then she meets Stormrumble(Crookedstar), another successor. He’s nice. Kind. A listening ear. And she listens to them too…

When Star Pineheart finds out, he lets Star Hailclaw know. And then both Guilds. And everyone wants them to be Cross-Guild mates, to improve the Alliance’s relations.

They do, it feels less magical now that the wonder has worn off, but they do it, and have three kittens…

Stonekit, a large mottled Grey kitten, Mistkit, a Dilute tortoiseshell kitten, and Mosskit, a pure black kitten with ice blue eyes and one white paw….

And Thistleclaw, that sniveling mate-killer attacks as Stormrumble and Icefall are at the River with the kittens, discussing who will go where… and Mosskit gets swept away in the river, lost forever…

Icefall doesn’t drag him to a trial though. She drowns him, before letting him float away.

Bitternpounce’s tail was badly injured by a dog.

Stormrumble overexerted themself, and is feeling extremely sore.

Whimsykindle’s mangled tail has healed, but the injury left them scarred.

Sproutfruit has gotten a running nose.

Fidgetkit picks some flowers around camp to bring back to the medicine den.

Fiercekit play-fought a bit too hard and got a little bruised.

Ashenweaver has recovered from birthing their litter.

Whimsykindle has realized that tom doesn’t describe how they feel anymore.

Whimsykindle has gotten a stomachache.

Sproutfruit’s running nose is gone.

Sproutfruit wasn’t looking where they were going and tripped over a small trunk, but came out of it only with their pride bruised.

MumbleClan welcomes Plumwisp as a new warrior, honoring their strategy.

Fidgetkit was grabbed by an osprey, but luckily Stormrumble saves them! The kit is still left injured from the ordeal.

Moon 18

Bitternpounce was seen in a very serious conversation with a kittypet, who ran away when another patrol approached.

The more romantic members of the Clan sigh, watching the new mates Stormrumble and Bitternpounce, who’re too caught up in each other to notice.

Wasp-paw tries to ignore the smell coming from the site of their festering rat bite.

The medicine cat apprentice from CurlClan comes asking for lungwort. They refuse to say why their Clan needs tem but your Clan still provides them with lungwort.

Hazelpaw finds an abandoned kit while out on a patrol with Cinnamonbelly. Hazelpaw rushes the kit back to camp. The kit is nursed back to health and promised a place in the Clan [Plumkit].

Fuelled by a simmering resentment, CurlClan initiates a war with MumbleClan, determined to reclaim their disputed territory.

The tension between MumbleClan and CurlClan is palpable, with even the smallest actions potentially leading to violence.

Ashenweaver has gotten yellowcough.

Cinnamonbelly is grieving Conkerpool.

Stormrumble finds a litter of kits next to a queen who lost their life to harsh kitting. They are given a place in the Clan [Waspkit, Palmkit, and Hazelkit]

Stormrumble’s dislocated joint has been popped back into place and is feeling much better.

Conkerpool disappears for a few days, then returns to camp with a blue and gold nylon collar around their neck.

Conkerpool is killed by a large dog.

Stormrumble misstepped and slipped from a rock, dislocating a joint.

Ashenweaver’s torn pelt has healed, but they’ll always carry evidence of the incident on their pelt.

As if the injury wasn’t bad enough, the skin on Coniferwolf’s mangled tail has started to swell and feel feverish.

Stormrumble no longer has a stomachache.

Ashenweaver’s tail was badly injured by a fox.

Chaffinchstorm sits in the crowd, chest puffed out in pride as they watch Coniferpaw be named Coniferwolf, and honored for their initiative. They consider themself lucky to have been able to train such an amazing young cat, and look forward to seeing the warrior they become.

Stormrumble tries to convince Cinnamonbelly to run away with them.

Stormrumble has gotten a stomachache.

Coniferpaw’s bruises have disappeared.

Cinnamonbelly is feeling much better, their bruises are gone.

Cinnamonbelly was seen touching noses with a kittypet. Scandalous! 

Ashenweaver sits in the crowd, chest puffed out in pride as they watch Conkerpaw be named Conkerpool, and honored for their initiative. They consider themself lucky to have been able to train such an amazing young cat, and look forward to seeing the warrior they become.

Baby Small (Moon 5)

Smallstar is found dead in his nest.

Speckletail has her single kit alone, and names the tiny molly Smallkit.

Fireheart takes the name Firestar and receives his nine lives. Longtail becomes his deputy.

Firestar comes to Cinderpelt first, asking her if she still wanted to be a medicine cat. She immediately looks to Yellowfang.

"It's alright." The old molly croaks. "Go on, Ashpaw actually wants to be here. I can continue to train him just fine. You and Smokepaw should follow your wants."

Cinderpelt becomes a warrior.

Smokepaw becomes a Mediator apprentice, being mentored by Cloverdrift.

Firestar comes to Crookedjaw next. Asking softly if he would like to change his name.

He blinks, and smiles. "I was originally Stormkit." he says. "Id like to be called Stormrumble." he meows. Firestar smiles back. "Then thats what it will be."

Firestar asks Jake if he would like a warriors name. He chuckles softly and nods. "Ember something?"

"How about Emberblaze?"

"Thats great!"

Firestar leaps onto the meeting ledge.

"Petuniapaw come up."

She does so.

"I, Firestar, leader of Redclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn. Do you promise to uphold the warrior code, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do."

"Then you will be known as Petuniashine."

A kittypet joins the clan, taking on the name Hemlockdawn.

An abandoned kitten is taken into the clan, and is called Whisperingkit. Yellowfang and Emberblaze adopt him.

Goldenflower and Barleybreeze invite Heartface into their relationship. Hes very happy about this.
