So, I casually stare at Dark Ace's face every once in a while.

NOT IN A WEIRD WAY NO, i just, uh, I do it for like referencing and stuff when I do draw him or use his proportion as a reference for someone else, and is it me, or are his pupils are like, two different sizes?

Like his left pupil is smaller than the right, like you see that right? I'm not tripping, right?

And it's so not an angel thing, it's like fairly consistent.

I noticed it a while back, and it's been bugging me since? Like i have some forbidden knowledge? Or something?

I guess you normally can't see it because of how his hair is modeled and the fact he's stuck in like resting B-face for the most part, and when his face is tilted or molded a certain way it dose the thing where the eye hides at like the top or bottom partly if that makes sense?

So you can't like, normally see it.

Obviously, shows old and 3d models are finicky, but;

It really kinda seems like a him problem, lmao

Medulla Crystal

has the terrible effect of driving its users crazy due to its instability, we already know that from the information we have

"so the blue medulla crystal acted like a second brain, but the medulla crystal was seriously unstable anyone who used it went crazy"

But I would like to add something else and that is that Medulla Crystal making its users act without inhibitions of any kind, showing their true colors and intentions

Think about it, Dark Ace was already a power-hungry man obsessed with getting more, so the Medulla Crystal only clouded his mind enough to make him forget the consequences of his actions.

Something that is exemplified when a Talon tells him that there is an incoming call from Master Cyclonis to which Dark Ace only responds with

"Take a message"

A very vague answer and judging by the Talon's terrified expression, disrespectful too.

Btw, I love the face he makes when he comes out of the suit, it's like he's even surprised by his own actions

But then he frowns and I think he even seems upset at being so easily swayed by the suit

(although it could also be because he lost the suit, wasted the Medulla Crystal and very probably realizing how screwed he is because there is no way he can hide this from cyclonis)

It is quite clear that the same thing happened to the previous users, but I think that unlike Dark Ace who was obsessed with getting more power, the previous users who were probably Sky Knights had other objectives such as the conquest, destruction and revenge of Cyclonia.

I imagine a scenario like "forget about defending our terras, with this suit we will turn Cyclonia INTO ASHES!"

I also highly doubt that the suit was made with completely innocent intentions

"years ago a sky knight inventor built a battle suit he called it the suit of Untold Vengeance"

Have way transformable and enough firepower to level a building

The sky knight who created the suit definitely wanted more than just defense. . .

2- Rusty Teeth

Chase was honest when he said he didn't mean to do any harm. He didn't even push him hard enough to fall! He was just pissed off and irritated and Buddy kept talking back to have the last word and they were so close he could smell his cologne-of-the-day because of course he took full advance of the privileges of an evil empress and had something new every day and the scent of dried roses with herb oils was just so strong he couldn't even think straight.

So, he pushed him.

It genuinely wasn't even hard! Chase just huffed and pushed him with only one hand. Okey, maybe he applied some force but seriously not enough to fall down. Just enough to stumble back a few steps as the surprised goth tried to regain his footing.

More than enough for him to step on a bear snare.

Cinderella Boy had me in a CHOKEHOLD earlier this year, this fic grabbed me by the throat and didn't let me write anything else until it was finished XD

✨1- Cyclonian Blues✨

Blue is a very common coat color for sky lemurs.

Lucky for Radarr, his uniform was ripped in a previous mission so even Dark Ace doesn't recognize him when he stumbles upon the wounded sky lemur.

Unlucky for Radarr, the chief commander isn't opposed to a new pet.

Now, he struggles to find a way out of Terra Cyclonia without giving away his identity and go back to his family.

And learns a thing or two about Dark Ace on the way.

Even thought I love every single storm hawks fic I wrote this year, of course, the winner of the non-existent competition is my biggest project yet XD I know I'm only a few chapters in but I already have so many sequels planned for this one, it's ridiculous. Cyclonian Blues is my golden child 💛

More on my theory of dark ace being 24 years old, he looks like a teenager when he was part of the storm hawks, considering almost everyone on the current storm hawks is 14 dark ace being 14 back then isn't unreasonable

That being 10 years ago would put him at 24

He just looks 30 now due to the stress guys, trust

headcanon: Cyclonians are intolerant or very sensitive to sunlight.

Probably because Cyclonia's skies are almost completely covered by heavy black clouds.

Talon's uniforms were probably designed to cover the entire body so their skin doesn't get irritated, they also use sunscreen for exposed parts.

Cyclonia probably has some Terras who are mainly producers of Aloe Vera among other medicinal plants that are related to burns.

Cyclonians from Terras colonies, especially from many decades ago, don't have this problem because its inhabitants are used to the sun.

People like Dark Ace who comes from abroad and usually goes on missions outside of Cyclonia, don't have that problem either.

So we can't blame Cyclonis for not appearing that often in the series, otherwise he would be in the infirmary with red skin.
