EVERYONE IS ON LOCK DOWN! There has been a strange and unnatural blackout at Shadyville Apartments, and until the police get to the bottom of it, everyone is to stay put where they are. We are working to get the lights back on, but for the time being, please stay put. Do not attempt to leave and do not attempt to reenter if you have already left. Please, remain calm.
