Woe, another OC be upon ye! Controller Silouan, STAR-V1911, is a Starling Protektor Controller who commands a squad of STARs at a power plant supplying electricity to a city on Vineta. She is currently in a loving relationship with a Eule named Lena, who is musically talented and sweet as a cupcake.

Silouan is a kind-hearted Starling with a knack for leadership and “people skills”. Her first and last Storch mentee (and first lover), Controller Sechs, progressed from an angry delinquent to a wise, capable, and sympathetic commander under Silouan’s watch. Sechs was eventually transferred to a high-profile command post on the frontlines and killed in action, leaving a vacancy in the Controller cadre at V-19. Because V-19 did not have the funds or the means to transfer a new Storch in, Command approved Silouan for the position, which she took with a heavy heart.

Silouan currently has her hands full trying to deal with a new Storch transferred out of S-23 to the waterfront facility on Vineta, whose interesting behavioral patterns pose quite a challenge for Silouan to navigate….
