Y'know now that I'm older it's nice that I can recognize when I'm having a bad mental health day, and that my nonstop feelings of anger and irritation and frustration are coming from that and no one around me is actually doing anything wrong, and that knowledge keeps me from lashing out at people the way I probably would've done as a teenager

But boy howdy that knowledge does not make the feelings go away, so I am still sitting here wanting to scream at everyone and everything that makes a goddamn sound I just. Know. That would be a horribly mean thing to do. :))
