frankly annoys me so much that now people who aren't into chappell's music won't shut up with their "i wish her music sounded how she looks" on all the damn pics of her that get posted. not only does that not actually make sense to say tbh like i would understand if she was making slow indie music but she isn't? this is very much the type of looks associated either with pop or rock/metal and she does pop. and i promise you can reblog a cool pic of her in a fun outfit without shitting on her music in the tags immediately like make a separate post at least oh my god no one asked
