canonically i think people forget that trevor is actually smart? he’s not stupid, he’s one of those wonder kids that learned intricate math at a young age, catches on to things pretty quickly (even social situations) and doesn’t act stupid unless it’s in his decision making. he just leads with his heart and not his head, a lot of people discredit and dumb him down for that. anyway just a thought in my head — he’s book smart, he’s somewhat street smart, his rage and emotions get the better of him. he wears his heart on his sleeve and that’s his weakness and strength depending on the situation
