Savitar breath the air of this place, he knew somehow that this was not his world nor his time. This Earth seemed darker, toxic, far too dangerous. 

Then a mirrow of Barry Allen -not him, never him, because he was not Barry Allen, he was just a expendable hero, like once upon a time Barry called him- standed before him.

This mirrow, however seems just a little bit like him. Darker, dangerous, evil...how odd.

How delightful... what could had happened in this Earth so Barry Allen turned into something evil and maybe without emotions? Savitar would be curious but he couldn’t care anymore. Barry Allen’s fate was beyond him now. If this man die or live it wasn’t something Savitar care anymore. 

Yet, the moment he lied his eyes on this Barry Allen he knew. He knew this man was as broken and alone as Savitar was in his own Earth. This mirrow of Barry Allen was somehow destiny to become in someone like Savitar itself. 

How accurate, the Multiverse proved him, to Savitar, that Barry Allen’s fate was far to darker than in Earth One, or Earth Two, where he was a happy man, with a happy family and a happy life.

Running. Always running. There’s no point, Barry always catches him. Something always trips him up, sends him skidding down the road with Barry hot on his heels. He still tries. Every damn time he still tries. It’s pointless. Unlike the knife in his chest. Always for his mother. Always.

He jolts awake. Damn. He fell asleep at the Cortex desk again. Rubbing his chest he looks around. It’s so quiet. Too quiet, almost like he’s still asleep. He freezes when he spots Barry at the suit display.

It’s going to be one of those nights.

So this is Central City, is it?

To be honest, Emily didn’t know what to expect when she and blinked into this world down a dark side street. She needed a place to lay low for a while. Her usual haunts were all too dangerous for her now that her father was probably looking for her. What better place to hide than somewhere she had never even visited until this point? It was as good a plan as any. Besides, she had sensed enough weirdness in this corner of the cosmos to definitely mask whatever ripples she might cause.

Also, Central City had enough of an underbelly that she doubted she would really be noticed.

With a quick scan around, careful to make sure no one had actually seen her arrival, she pulled the hood of her jacket up to cover her now brilliant white hair. As thunder rumbled in the distance, she stepped out onto the street.

Okay so. I have several stories but since it's spoopy season I'll tell y'all about the scream.

So it was around this time of year, which was typically the time I had trainees and I had a lot more down time and this was no dofferent. My trainee was on her last day of training and so I was basically free to chill. So I did. I was sitting in the stairwell in the front of the building on the phone talking to my mom when I hear this blood curdling scream that sounded like a lady screaming for help. I paused and asked my mom if she heard that and she was like yeah what the hell. I told her I'd call her back and got up to go check on everyone else. It should be noted we had a largely female staff. All four people (me, my trainee and my two managers) who were upstairs at this point were ladies. (all five working that day were ladies). So I go down the hall to the little projection room where my trainee was and asked if she'd screamed and she said no so I asked if the preshow ads had screamed (she had the volume up, as was routine) and she said now. After a paused I asked if she'd heard it. She did. Next stop, the main projection room where my managers are. I couldn't hear them goofing off til I got about a third of the way through the room so I know at this point it wasn't them but I ask them if they'd screamed anyway, they said no. Asked if they heard it, again they said no. They both looked at me like I was a little crazy but I shrugged it off and went downstairs to get a drink.

The scream most definitely had come from the upstairs area and there was no way someone could've snuck up there. One way was directly into the main projection room, the other the stairwell I was sitting in. Three people heard the scream and no one could explain it. It only happened the one time while I was there.

The once and Future Speed God

The darkness felt heavy, breath was almost impossible, stand? A good joke. Barry lost the battle. Against the Reverse Flash, against Zoom, against Time. He couldnt save anyone. His mother, his father, the rest of his family and friends. All dead because he wasnt fast enough. If he close his eyes he could still see them. Cisco, Caitlin, Iris, Joe, Wally… the whole damn city falling apart. 

Chaos… Death… Destruction. All because of him. How could this happen to him? How, after all he learned, all that Thawne and Zolomon told him -because evil and all that shit but they were good teachers- and yet, here he was. In the floor, defeated.

He couldnt stand it anymore, he knew what he had to do. The only path left. Became a God, the Speed God. It would be dificult, it would be hard, but that was the only way. 

He knew that he still had one friend, one brother, one doppelganger he could go and ask for help, but what for? His doppel couldnt help him anymore. No one can. 

So he got up, and became a god.

He ran to that Earth, the Earth where his doppel lived. Because he wanted to show Barry that he wasnt weak anymore. Not ever again.
