earlier I saw someone with a bttf the musical sweatshirt and I was like !!!!!!!! OMG I LOVE YOUR SWEATSHIRT I've been wanting to see it for a long time!!!!! and we had a nice exchange. but they seemed very normal about it and I was definitely not being normal about it. and I realized this as it was playing out but wasn't sure how to de-escalate the conversation so it just ended kind of abruptly and hhhhhhgghgggh
