So I don't have screenshots available yet, but I just spent the past four days playing Animal Crossing to transform my new island into a FNAF paradise.
I'm trying to unlock everything as quickly as possible, so naturally I'm using time travel. I set the Switch to March 2020 because I had no idea how much time traveling I was going to be doing, and I wanted to be safe.
My player character is Mike, naturally. I've experimented a little with his appearance, and I did think about giving him purple skin and pink eyes, but for now I'm think I'm just gonna stick with brown hair and blue eyes. Also... you guys ever find it funny that Mike has blue eyes just like Freddy? And his sprite has brown hair, like how Classic Freddy has brown fur?
So far, Mike's house has three rooms. I'm trying to pay off his current 500,000 Bell debt to Tom because I'm already out of room for items. My problem is that I REALLY like playing dress-up in Animal Crossing, so I spend a lot of Bells on cute clothes. My dudes, I found a vibrant purple tuxedo for Mike to wear if he ever felt like dressing up as his father. The fashion in this game makes me stim.
I'm also trying to design t-shirts and hats at Able Sisters. The idea is that Fazville is a Fazbear Entertainment location on a remote island, and the villagers who live there are animatronics. I don't have every islander I want yet, as most of them were random, but I'm working on it. I already have two of my dream villagers for this island, so...!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
My first two villagers, which I have no control over, were Agnes (Pig, Sisterly) and Rowan (Tiger, Jock). I actually had Rowan on my first island at one point, so it was kinda cool to see him again. It's also neat that I got a pig and a tiger. We now have representatives for Pigpatch and Tiger Rock on the island!
The third villager was my choice, and I kinda cheated a little... I decided to bring a cat to the island because of Five Nights at Candy's, right? I chose the ugliest cat villager, Tabby (Peppy)! She's ugly, and I love her, and I hate her, and I needed to know what it was like to have her on my island. It's... it's not good, my dudes. Her favorite colors don't come in many cute options as far as buying her presents. But I'm not letting her move yet. I'm not done arranging everyone's houses to my liking. When I'm finished, then she can leave.
The fourth villager was Benedict the Lazy Chicken. An Eggs Benedict reference, and he's a chicken like Chica. HE'S PERFECT! Technically one of my dream villagers, though on a tier slightly less than the other dream villager I got. Unfortunately, there are no Peppy Chickens in this game, or else I would have chosen one of them. The only other chicken I'll accept at this point is Ava (Normal) who's as close to Chica in personality as I'm gonna get in Chickens. The choice in chicken villagers in this game is abysmal.
Number five was an autofill, Annalisa the Normal Anteater, who I would have loved on my main island but WHY AN ANTEATER? There are no anteater characters in FNAF!
Sadly, the sixth villager was ALSO an anteater, and he was apparently mandatory to completing the first leap of the game? It's Olaf, a Smug villager with amazing hair and a love for the colors red and black... so, you know, he's awesome.
Number seven was Pekoe (Cub, Normal) and until further notice, she's our Freddy representative. I even gave her a Red Mini Top Hat for her to wear. I will not be giving her more hats. I'm gonna need another Vibrant Tuxedo in red for her!
Number eight was an autofill, and it's... Octavian the Cranky Octopus! I forget if there was an octopus animatronic in the books or not. I might be imagining that, but... hey. I love Cranky villagers, I love octopuses, so I'm not exactly complaining. His house is space-themed, like he's an alien! Do you guys think that, if aliens really existed in the FNAF universe, Glamrock Freddy would be scared? Or excited? Or BOTH??? Ahem... sorry.
Number nine was a tiny let-down because I accidentally missed out on a rare Gator villager (aka Alligator Villager, aka Croc Villager)... specifically, DRAGO. I missed out on Drago, the only dragon in the game. FRICK. But I did get someone almost as cool... Alli, the Snooty Gator. I love her, I love her sass, her makeup, and the fact she has the same name as my older sister (Allison).
Number ten was one of my dream villagers for this island, Whitney the Snooty Wolf. She's a white wolf, so she can represent Funtime Foxy and Roxanne Wolf... since, you know, there aren't any Fox villagers in this game. Wolves, yes. Foxes, no. Only one Fox character exists and it's Jolly Redd, formerly "Crazy Redd". I WANT FOX VILLAGERS! I LOVE REDD SO MUCH! Anyway... I used an Amiibo card to invite Whitney to the island, and though there was some confusion at first, I was so happy when I finally figured out what I was doing and got her to come to my island! I LOVE HER SO MUCH!
I'm sorry for the enormous pictures, got em straight from the Animal Crossing wiki so you can all see my beautiful children. Will provide more updates on them soon, hopefully with screenshots next time.
My mom gave me her old Nintendo Switch. I'm gonna use it to give myself a second Animal Crossing: New Horizons island and make it FNAF-themed. I already have plans of which villagers I want and everything! Wish me luck, guys! I may post screenshots when I'm ready.

The Best Day
(Donna Beneviento x Reader)
Tumblr media
*image creds to owner
Word count: 794
I thought of this story while listening to The Best Day and Mastermind by Taylor Swift.
It's on how even though you didn't have any friends in your town it was still possible to find someone who you'd have your best days with.
ps: songs are at the end
ps2: not proofread, pls lmk any mistakes
----------------------------------------------------
No one wanted to play with you as a little kid, so you started to plan every interaction to make others love you. It worked for a while, but as much as you had them during school, you were still never past colleagues.
This situation stretched all the way to adulthood. You were alone, not always lonely, but still just you.
As a result of being ignored for a big part of your life, you knew most of the forest since it was your special hideout.
The day was a difficult one, you had invited your neighbors for a small night out and they claimed to be busy. You believed them, until seeing the group together at a tavern.
So you walked, and walked, past the known paths, just ahead. You only took notice of your surroundings once reaching a small grave. At first you thought of running, after all there were many stories of House Beneviento, but you stayed…and talked.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
It started simple, a short one sided conversation. Then, as the week passed by you made more visits, always paying your respects and talking.
You've always noticed the dolls, especially when more started to show. They didn't move, just remained scattered and sitted, as if listening.
You got used to it, slowly forgetting the neighbors and finally stopping to care for the villagers. Instead, you focused all of your energy in little gifts for the dolls that were keeping you company.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
Angie introduced herself first, jumping in your head as you walked towards the simple clearing. In all honesty, you were frightened for the next few days, but eventually started to love the doll, even learning how to sew to make dresses for her.
Lady Angie, as you call her, was the one who led you to the house. It took a month and a lot of convincing but nothing a tea party couldn't solve.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
Donna usually just observed you from afar, making sure no lycans bothered your walk. Her interference started to follow you into the village, the dollmaker would claim she was just ensuring your safety.
She would notice how most people wouldn't talk to you, not even in greetings. This dismissal made her mad, how could they ignore you, you were always so kind, so cheerful, it didn't make any sense.
So, Donna decided to greet you. It began with a nod until it slowly turned into shy 'hello'.
Once the first words were spoken, the lady felt more comfortable staying around you. She would laugh at your jokes, go on short walks with you, anything you offered the dollmaker would accept with an excited nod.
You, of course, felt the greatest pride when she laughed, even making mental notes to find jokes in similar themes. During the walks you constantly tried to read Donna's body language, memorizing which paths she enjoyed.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
Your first conversation was on a rainy saturday. The village was having a party to celebrate the healthy harvest. You rarely attended, finding no joy in spending the night alone in public.
However, this time, you visited Donna. It wasn't an usual visit day but you figured she wouldn't mind, Angie always seemed so insistent in trying to make you stay anyway.
The dollmaker was confused with your arrival, but happy nonetheless. She rushed to make some tea and leave her dolls presentable for you.
It was a few hours into your visit, you were both sitting on the couch watching the rain.
Donna was a bit anxious, she didn't want to ruin your night with her questions, but she was so curious. "Why…why did you come?" She asked, with her head down.
You turned your head to look at her. "I guess I didn't want to be alone." You shrugged, afraid she found you annoying.
The dollmaker took a deep breath. "Why me?" She asked again, fidgeting with her fingers.
You smiled kindly. "My best days are with you, I couldn't possibly choose anyone else."
She nodded, slowly. "I'm…happy with you around."
Your smile grew wider. "I'm happy with you too, and Angie of course."
Donna laughed and laid her head on your shoulder.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
Your visits became more recurring, the walks were now made with holding hands, the jokes were now followed with a counter one, even Angie joined into plan making, tho her daily schedules involved more hide and seek than you've played in your entire life.
Donna asked you to live with her a few days later…well…she didn't exactly ask. Angie screamed at you when it was time to leave and threatened to lock you in her room. Therefore, the dollmaker had to interfere and ask you more calmly if you wished to stay with her.
And you said yes.

What are the top 5 most middle class things that have ever happened to you?
Ooooooh good question... now I'm going to do the most British thing ever and preface it with a short essay providing half my life story, out of a sense of denial.
Both sides of my family are staunchly working class, as far back as I can find records. They were farm labourers and dock workers and hopped in and out of workhouses. My mum worked housekeeping and cleaning jobs, and my Dad managed to snag a white collar job in a factory out of school (because he's really clever).
But then two complications -
My Dad became a clergyman. This meant that we got to live in nice houses owned by the church he worked for, sometimes in quite affluent areas. We didn't have much money, but still.
2. I managed to get into Oxford University with a gazillion bursaries tied to my parent's low income. I then used the bursary money to fund doing a master's degree, and now I work in academia.
So, am I middle class? I'm begrudgingly realising that I might be? Except if I am I feel like middle class people shouldn't be constantly worrying that their now-retired parents can't afford to switch the heating on, or whether they'll ever live in their own home. And it's alienated me from my extended family, who have jumped to the conclusion that I think I'm better than them.
Anyway, the top 5 most middle class things that have ever happened to me.
One
Last year I got invited to an anniversary meal at my Oxford college, called a gaudy. I nearly didn't go because my time at uni was not very happy and I don't remember some of my contemporaries fondly, but then I figured that if I go, next time I read Dorthy L Sayers excellent book "Gaudy Night," I will have better brain-pictures. So, the setting, for your own brain-pictures:
Tumblr media
Latin grace was sung before the meal, which comprised of salmon confit, followed by venison, followed by black forest gateau, followed by fruit and chocolates and port.
I was sat next to a nice middle aged man with an OBE. When he asked me "So, what do you do?" I decided not to say the job which *actually* pays my bills, but to reply with my evening job: that I make comics. I felt like this was a fun thing to say in a room full of people who Work In The City etc etc.
Except it turned out that he runs one of the UK's biggest comic arts festivals. He offered me free tickets. He offered to put me in touch with publishers. He offered to introduce me to significant people.
And I was like.... oh. Is this how it happens? Like, you're in an Oxford college and you just RUN INTO a posh bloke who Knows People and that's how you finally get a book deal???
Anyway I went to the festival. They had a panel on a yacht. And talked to people, or rather had people talk over me. So many times they'd ask me a question, and then interrupt before I'd given my answer. And I dislike schmoozing SO MUCH.
So uh, yeah, no book deal ;D YET
Two
One time I was wearing my college scarf while I was walking around Durham, and I ended up meeting a very cute elderly couple who went to the same college forty-five years earlier (well, the husband did, the wife wouldn't have been allowed.) They invited my to a dinner party at their house, which turned out to be a very cute little town-house by the river with five stories.
At the time I was doing my Master's degree, and they became kind of surrogate parents who I could call in on for a free hot meal and good conversation. But it was entirely sparked by "going to the same college at Oxford" which is very ew.
Three
Idk there was just this one time I was coming home on the train from having seen the Royal Shakespeare Company's latest production of Much Ado About Nothing and I stopped off somewhere to get sushi and I spent the whole time staring at a wall thinking "What have I become?"
Getting tickets to the ballet from a colleague slots into this catagory, I think.
Four
One time I was asked to open a village fete because the local lady of the manor couldn't make it.
Why me? Apparently "local clergyman's daughter" and "went to Oxford" and "draws silly pictures sometimes" was enough to make me a local celebrity.
I got to give a little speech and judge some cakes and everything.
Five
One time I got invited to a dinner party at CS Lewis' house, the Kilns, and I met his lovely secretary Walter Hooper. I remember being shown around and having a deep impulse to check the backs of all the wardrobes.
When I first went in it was through a door that led straight into his bedroom, and I was told that I could take my coat off and just toss it on the bed. No sooner had I done so than my guide mused, "CS Lewis died in that bed."
So I guess I own a coat that has been on the bed where CS Lewis died, is that middle class?!! Idk

♱ permashift diary 001 . . .
SHIFT ; home multiverse, alternate earth
DURATION ; 48 hours apprx.
VIBE ; intense ( ´~`)
✶ THE SHIFT
I made my first shift attempt in the last two months and it went...well, more or less. I set my intention on wanting to see my partner in particular, since he invited me to do it.
In this instance; I set the intention as I fell asleep and I disconnected from this reality at some point. Specifically, I knew I didn't want to experience this reality right now, but I didn't identify myself with the concept of "not being able to experience the reality I wanted". As a matter of fact, I was just noticing my thoughts after that intention set. It's hard to describe bodily sensations because I don't always vibrate. The last thing I remember feeling was a prickling, numb feeling and sleep coming over me.
I woke up at his estate. The first day went pretty straightforward as far as vacations go. I spent time relaxing from jetlag, by the evening we got some stuff at the convenience store and went over our itinery again. He didn't go over the second day, which is my focus point for this entry.
Apparently, we planned a picnic brunch in his frontyard, by the river that ran through the village. I don't know why he chose Korea, I don't know much about the country if anything, but it was definitely a happy first to finally (in that reality) take a trip with him after exams to his 'hometown'. Since he mentioned exams, this had to be 2020 as this version of me also took a break from school and started working instead.
I don't mark every period of my life in other realities, but certain parts of my life have themes and elements. This one was me addressing some trauma I'd gone through, because my memories auto-adjust 80% of the time (I scripted this, so I'm happy it worked for me).
One of the traumas that came up was past life trauma. Reincarnation is a big thing in my reality, so we're past life partners that reconnected. Everyone else connected to us, myself included, have amnesia about the past because we chose to be human, but he didn't. He's one of the only people out there with perfect clarity due to never taking that deal in the first place.
I remember he tried setting up the boat so we could take a ride after brunch and I watched him, trying not to get peach juice all over my dress. It kept dripping all over my hand. I've also never had a peach before! The best way I could describe it is like, a little sour, like the cherries I get in the summertime?
My outfit was extremely soft, super frilly. Something I like, but would never wear where I'm from. The weather would be far too hot. Here, the weather was overcast. I remember laughing and saying: "I wish it was easier to do things in life."
He told me; "Regardless of your living, it's still a living that you control." and that really stuck. I know the 'person' doesn't control anything, it's what " " entertains that is, I figured that's what he meant; what am I entertaining that allows life to be difficult?
Once I woke up it made me take a look into my personal intentions, my discipline in shifting (there's a difference between being lazy and being completely unengaged, and I'm usually the latter.)
✶ THE RETURN
He's always been pretty nurturing...in his own way. Collected, funny, somewhat soft, but more of a seek-him-out type of person. He told me that most of the time he has no idea how to approach me when it comes to these touchy subjects, so this was actually a very good opportunity to get him to open up on what happened back then. I didn't take it well? Not as well as I thought I would.
I know the event on paper, and have even met that past self many times before - but I wasn't ready for the stuff he'd confess to enduring or actively participating in. I wasn't ready for it to pile ontop of all the guilt I already had in my life about many things in this point, and I really couldn't cope with it. It's a whole other thing to intend to explore certain experiences and grow from them - than to experience their enormity in real time.
I won't claim authority, but based on experience: I want to point out that the one thing about 'returns' are that they're absolutely intended to occur. It's not a fragile trigger, but can be something that coincides with an experience, or lack of a specific experience. There is no external cause for this.
— expanding —〘 While it's something subconsciously intended to happen, it's not unchangable, or no one would be able to shift lol. It's also as much of a mindset thing as it is an overfocus on the identity's/mind's dictation. 9/10 mindset doesn't matter, it's how much leeway you're giving it to affect the experience.
The intention itself comes from the experience you're entertaining. This is something I struggle with, but recently came to understand it with more clarity than before. 〙
Getting back to the shift; I shifted back mid-argument, a lot of 'why didn't you', and 'how come you didn't', that I'm not sure my partner was happy about. He wasn't angry, but as I said, he's not a human being. His reaction freaked me out more than just the entire fact of him.
By the time I woke up, I ended up oversleeping here. I also nursed a raging headache which isn't common, but isn't abnormal either. Shifting, at least in my experience, can be mentally, energetically or physically jolting on levels a person who's acclimated to a certain mode of living for most/all their lives can't understand.
This doesn't happen all the time, more like when I'm not conditioned. This time, I was physically and mentally exhausted, the actual contents of the shift don't help much either.
✶ THE AFTERMATH
After I got through my headache and some painkillers, I went to see the eclipse. It wouldn't show in my country so I watched online. Loved it, obviously, I set intentions over it too. I just couldn't stop thinking about what happened though. The experience was so intense and vivid that I'm feeling the usual adrenaline jitters along with the awe. I'd love to explore that personal thing about control my partner mentioned, but at a later, more personal time.

Chapter 10:
Fate and Fortune
It had been days since the monkey king had set off. When he started the voyage he didn't expect this much boredom. His days were filled food, blue skies, blue ocean and steering the raft. Being alone on a raft was taking its toll.
He almost regretted his journey. Almost. Despite all the obstacles, he vowed he'd face them all, no matter how deadly or boring. Desperate he started looking towards the sky for any sign of being close. Besides if you could tell the directions with the sun, maybe clouds tell how far land was, right?
Finding nothing but pineapple, monkey, turtle, heart and peach shaped clouds,  monkey king went for a peach only to find a bird perched on one of them, pecking it continuously to procure it's food.
Not happy with his guest he exclaimed, "Hey, stop, stop it. That's my food! Get your own!" and started swatting it away, only to notice more coming for their supper "Now there's more of you?! What, are you going invite the whole family now?!"
"Where are you even coming from?!"
The monkey king paused. "Where are you coming from?" he murmured.
As far as he knew, birds didn't come to a raft in the middle of an ocean, even when migrating. Which implied that they came from solid land.
Following a bird, who seemed to have had it's full, the monkey king steered the raft  in hopes seeing more than just the big blue sea and he did. As soon as the raft touched land he quickly tied it nearby and cheered. He never thought he'd be this happy to feel something as mundane as sand, yet here he was.
"Thank you very very much! I'd hug you but I can't. I gotta go but you can keep the food as my gratitude. I'll be taking a bag though. Bye!" the monkey king ran off as the birds continued pecking ignoring him.
The monkey king soon arrived at the human village. Realising he'd need clothes to fit in, he quickly acquired them, stolen from an unfortunate soul, and began wandering around, in hopes of finding someone who could teach immortality or at least a few clues.
Not finding much he moved on to the next village and the next. The more villages he crossed the more he learnt about humans and their societies. He learnt how to walk, talk and even how to read like them, among other things.
He also learnt of what most humans desired, which in most cases was always fame and money. Unlike his monkeys, who relaxed and enjoyed their lives behind the water curtain cave, humans were often focused on building bigger houses and gaining more money, something they used to barter goods.
A man worked all day, not even enjoying the breeze, and came home completely wiped out, not even gazing at the night sky, all for gaining more and more items which wouldn't even matter in the end. Just imagining his monkeys living like that, having all life drained out of them like that, sent shivers down his spine.
As he made to yet another village eating some leftover peach pie, given to him by a nice old lady he helped earlier, he saw a bunch of people gathered near a poster advertising the arrival of some seer in town, known for its very accurate depictions of the past, present and future.
Monkey king though predicted it to be a scam, having encountered many along his travels and once almost even being made into one. Though with his curiosity piqued, he went to the location mentioned in the poster only to find a long line waiting for their own futures to be revealed.
Waiting for a long time the monkey king finally entered the tent, expecting it to be fake though still holding out a tiny bit of hope for it to be real and give some help in his quest of immortality.
And so he entered he found the dark tent full of candles and smoke, coming from the many lit incenses around the tent, making him cough. At the back of the tent he saw table filled a glass orb, some cards and other things he didn't recognise.
There were two chairs near the table, one he presumed for him and another at the opposite side of the table, where a cloaked figure sat. Fake or not, he was intrigued.
As he sat in his seat the seer spoke "Come child, enter my domain as we unfurl your past, meet your present and look into the future." though they paused when they looked at the monkey properly, "My, it is quite rare for monkeys to come for divination. Now I'm curious, what's a creature like you doing here, dressed like a human?"
"You're a seer right? Why don't see yourself?" the monkey king sneered. Maybe he was being a bit too rude, but when people tended to point out his species, things didn't end up being very delightful.
"You think I'm a fake, don't you?"
"Of course you're a fake! You're lying to people just to gain more money."
"When did you think I was a fake? While waiting half a day in line or when entered my tent?" the seer teased.
"I knew it right away when I read the advertisement."
"And yet you came." the seer smirked knowingly.
"It was just to prove that you were a liar. A fake seer with no powers."
"Oh naive monkey, I may be a liar but that doesn't mean I'm not a seer. I can predict other's fate, just as I will predict yours."
"Yeah, yeah, and I'm a god. Let's say if you were a real seer, why would you con people instead of giving real divinations?"
"Just because I'm a seer, doesn't mean I can't earn money. Looking into the future for hundreds of people a day can be really tiring for a real seer. Now do you want me to predict your fate or not? I'll even yours for free~"
"But I already pai-"
"Hush now. Let me focus." the seer said as the candles began to flicker and the tent seemed to have even more smoke, making it harder to see.
"What you are looking for,
Will let you live forever more,
Your light shall shine brighter than most,
However many won't agree with what you chose,
I see a light helping others find their own,
But I also see it destroying someone's home,
Your fate will be decided by how you use your flame,
But your doom will be decided by who you choose to blame."
"..."
"Well, vision's over. Time for you to go monkey. I have other customers to tend to." the seer chirped.
"Wait! What was that supposed to mean?" the monkey king asked
"You will know what it means when your time comes. Now move along. Time is money I'm not wasting." the seer replied now pushing the monkey out.
"Fine! And just so you know I still don't believe you." the monkey huffed as he left the tent, not waiting to hear the seer's reply.
"Oh, we'll see Sun Wukong." the seer chuckled.

Tumblr media
Name had finally gotten away. Figuratively that was. Her husband had relented enough to let her explore the vast village, that she's never explored.
But, of course not every want was exactly how you want it to go. Her husband had simply invited himself into the trip as well. This annoyed her to the fullest, yet she tried to keep herself calm. Once she gets upset and yells at him, it'll be all over for her. She'll never see the beautiful shine of the sun again.
She tried distracting herself from him by looking at the beautiful scenery. Her husband was a man of great importance to the Vasilios council. He was the prince's good friend a better friend than any other so he told her.
Not that she's ever seen or heard of the works of his so-called friend. Eros Orna Vasilios was a name forbidden to be mentioned in her husband's house. At first, she had not questioned it, but now curiosity took over her. What was there between her husband and the prince that he was trying to hide from his wife?
Name pushed the thoughts away. She should not think of this when she was supposed to be happy that she was out.
As the carriage stopped, her husband took her wrist. "You know the rules." He said, in a threatening tone. "Do not dare try escaping. Or you're never coming out of that house understood?"
She nodded, she was not planning on doing it anyway. Yet her dear husband just had to assume that so many things came to her mind once she was out in the sun.
Her husband scanned the crowd before letting go of her wrist. "I expect you in this location by evening fall. If you are not back by then—"
"You'll lock me up in my room again and never let me out ever." She cut him off. "I am aware of your threats, darling. I will not run." He regarded her with a cool stare before waving her off.
Finally! Alone at last, she ran through the stalls looking at the beautiful things made by the commoners.
The place was lively, so many people chattering and enjoying themselves under the sun.
As she bought some food from a cheerful and kind vendor, she overheard a conversation.
"Do you think the prince will choose another bride?" A lady said in a hushed tone.
"I am not sure. Isn't he in love with Lady Solon?" Another female asked.
The first lady shook her head. "I heard they barely get along and he plans on leaving her." She had to strain her ears to hear the rest of the conversation. Apparently Lady Medea and His Majesty were engaged, but from what the lady said Eros had broke off the engagement for a reason she had not heard properly.
"I heard he has quite an interest with Duke Armani's daughter." This made her pause. Her? The prince had an interest in her? It would've been normal of commoners to think the such, but a lady such as the two? The thought gave her a bad feeling.
Was this what the nobles thought of her as? No, it couldn't be right?
She walked away before those ladies said something that might upset her day even more.
After an hour of walking around the village, she got tired and found a cafe where she could sit for a while. A sigh escaped her lips, she was exhausted. She still had hours to explore.
At that moment, a man entered the cafe. The mysterious male went to a nearby table and sat there. At that same moment as she stared at him with interest, the man turned her way.
She flushed as they made eye contact. She looked away from those crimson eyes, looking towards the window. How embarrassing. She wondered what her husband was doing while she was gone. Perhaps he was enjoying himself?
Meanwhile, her husband was being beaten up by the prince himself.
"You traitorous bastard." Eros Vasilios glared as he kicked the man. "Marrying a girl who you know I like." He took him by the collar. "Perhaps we can make a deal, no? Unless you wish to die, of course." His voice was threatening him and the beaten up male knew it.
"What deal..." The male could barely breathe as the prince was choking him. His hand gripped onto the traitor's neck.
A dark chuckle escaped Eros' lips as he let go of his neck. "You of all people should know what I want." He stared at pitiful figure.
"She...won't...let...you..." The male choked out the words as a sudden tug of his hair brought waves of pain and agony.
"Not unless I order her. And I will." Eros' eyes were filled with a venomous rage.
"You're a monster." The man spat out as Eros laughed.
"Maybe I am, but you won't be there to tell her."
"You plan on killing me then?" He said through gritted teeth.
"I am not that foolish, no. I will keep you alive. But, of course you'll be spending your worthless days in a dungeon." Eros smirked. "Guards, take this filth away."
"What about his wife, sir?" The head guard asked.
"I will tell her myself." He put on his gloves. "Focus on the traitor."
Name came back to the location, just as the sun set fully. There she was met with an unexpected sight. A royal coach.
What was it doing here?
A male came out of it. Blue hair and piercing grey eyes that almost looked white. "You must be his wife." The male said, holding out his hand. "Eros Orna Vasilios, a pleasure it is finally to meet you."
A gasp escaped her lips. The prince himself! He was as charming as the ladies of the court had said. "What are you doing here, Your Majesty?" She asked, nervously.
"Your lord husband has gone through quite a predicament." This made her even more nervous as she stared into those grey eyes. "He has betrayed the empire!"
Her eyes widen. That struck her harder than a slap ever would. "H-He what?!" Her head was spinning as she tried processing everything that he just said. Her husband? Betraying the empire?!
"I understand that this may be hard for you, Lady Name." Eros said, as he stepped closer. "While we figure out what to do with him, you shall stay in the castle as my guest." He murmured as he took her hand. "It truly is a bad timing, and I apologize for ruining your day."
He then escorted her to the coach, and they went back to the castle.
There she was taken to her room, but with much pleading the prince allowed her to speak with her husband.
"Name?" Her husband sat up from his bed when he heard her familiar voice. "Listen you have to get out—" his eyes widen as he saw the prince next to his wife.
The prince gave him a victory smile as he leaned by the wall. "She wanted to see you. Be glad I agreed." He shrugged, before settling down to let the two talk.
The two exchanged statements for a while, the female was so worried for her husband. This enraged the already pissed off Prince even more as he finally spoke up. "Perhaps we should go now, my lady. Your husband will need his rest for tomorrow's meeting." Name sighed as she let go of her husband's hand, standing up to go to the prince.
The prince looked at her, giving her a small smile to comfort her. "Go on ahead." He said, looking at her then her furious husband. "I'll be there in a moment."
The moment Name was out of the way. Eros walked to the cell with the male.
"What do you want?" The male spat out.
Eros smiled. "Just came to tell you not to worry."
"About what?"
"Don't worry because she's in great hands." Eros said darkly as he walked away.

Airbenders
Tumblr media
let’s all take a moment to appreciate our windy boy🙌
based on this request: Can you do Aang x airbender reader? When Aang and Katara found out that she hid from them that she could bend ? Please!
warnings: aangsty
It hurts.
Aang’s body felt like it was on fire, and he supposed it was. It seemed like electricity was still flowing through his veins, consuming him with needle points and flame. With Katara’s healing he was slowly gaining back his memory - visions of white glow, of the royal siblings, of waves, and of falling. There was something else, too, it was-
“Ow!”
Katara grimaced, removing her hands from his back. “Sorry, Aang. There’s a lot of energy built up in here.”
He winced, curling in on himself. “It’s ok.”
She stares at him worriedly, heart aching for her friend. He felt so awful, so consumed by guilt and failure, and she found herself having trouble coaxing him out of his thoughts. There was one person that could, but they were nowhere to be found. Aang noticed.
“Where’s Y/n?”
Katara breathed shakily, pulling at the edge of her tunic. “Aang…what exactly do you remember from Ba Sing Se?”
He tilted his head, furrowing his brows. "I remember Azula, and I remember I went down. You saved me."
She nodded. "Is that all?"
He leaned into the bed, running a hand through his hair (hair? how long has that been there?). "There's something else."
Katara looked nervous, as if preparing for him to do something awful. It made him confused. He searched his mind, digging through flashes of memory until he found what he was looking for. He inhaled sharply. Oh. Right.
They were outnumbered, Dai Lee agents advancing on them from all directions. Katara's water whips were no use, broken and splashed across the ground by shields of rock and crystal. Aang fought tirelessly, earth and water spinning around him in a flurry of movement. The earth benders only moved forward - creeping slowly upon the Avatar until they were thrown back by some powerful force. Wind. Aang looked down at his hands, he hadn't done that, right? The agents rose to their feet but their eyes weren't on him, rather on something that lurked behind. Turning, his gaze fell upon what had drawn their attention.
You.
Your arms were outstretched, an uncertain expression on your face. You glanced down at your palms in surprise - you certainly hadn't expected that to work so well. His mouth fell open, mind swarmed with confusion. His grey eyes widened, and your gaze met his. You couldn't tell if that look in his eyes was one of betrayal or pure shock, but you felt the guilt you'd been harboring over keeping this secret hit you full-force. Your own eyes were surprised, and they softened as they fell upon him. In them he could see the swimming emotions, and an apology. You raised your arms again.
"They're...they're an Airbender."
Katara looked at the floor, silently affirming his words. He stared at her, then he stood. His body ached and his legs wobbled, but he didn't care. He grabbed his staff, and leaning on it, began to make his way towards the door.
"Wait, Aang," Katara exclaimed, attempting to calm him. The look on his face was foreign; eyes glinting with sadness and something she couldn't quite decipher. And anger. It was a rare emotion to see displayed by the boy, but it was there now, although faint. She was nervous for you, her own anger since passed and replaced with a sort of resigned understanding. Sure, she was upset, hurt that you didn't trust her with this secret, but she guessed she understood. At least she tried to.
"Aang, your injuries are still healing. You can't-"
"I'm fine, Katara," he spoke, and she felt a chill run through her bones at the sternness. "Let me go."
He pushed past her, holding in his groans at the effort. He walked as quickly as he could down the hall, mind pulsing with adrenaline and determination. He didn't have to ask where your room was, he knew where it would be: at the end of the hall by the windows, so you could see the ocean. He limped his way down, the silk robe threatening to fall off his shoulders. In front of your door, he stopped. He breathed, and then he entered.
You were seated on your bed, staring blankly at the wall. You glanced tiredly at the intrusion, eyes widening when you saw it was him. You stood abruptly, almost tripping over yourself and if the circumstances were different he would've laughed. You missed his laugh. Instead he gazed at you, expression neutral. You felt nervous, unfamiliarly awkward under the Avatar's stare.
"Hi, Aang."
He kept his eyes trained on you, eyebrows furrowed. He was silent.
"Um...h-how are you feeling?"
"You didn't come to see me."
Your eyes widened. "W-what?"
His gaze never faltered. "You didn't come to check on me."
"Oh," You breathed, casting your eyes to the floor. "I didn't...I didn't know if you'd want me to."
He didn't speak, and you could feel him scrutinizing you. As if he didn't know what to make of you, as if he wasn't sure what to think. And in all honesty he probably didn't. You didn't know what to think of yourself, either.
"You're an Airbender." It wasn't a question, just a statement. An observation.
You breathed. "Yeah."
He stood a little taller, and you could finally make out an emotion. Anger. It wasn't ideal, but it was better than him acting as if you were Koh the freaking Face-Stealer. His voice was low. "Why didn't you tell me?"
You swallowed nervously, fingers coming to play with the fishing-line bracelet he'd made for you that rested upon your wrist. "I don't know."
He scoffed, beginning to pace around the room. Well, as well as he could considering his condition. "That's not an answer. How could you keep that from me?!" There was a desperation to his tone, and his eyes were glassy. You looked away, unable to deal with the shame.
"Aang, please, I-" You didn't know what to say. You truly didn't quite understand why you'd hidden it, the secrecy just fading into habit. "I was...I was scared. I didn't know what to say or- I'd never told anyone before! And then you came and I..."
"And you didn't tell me."
His face was darkened, so different from that sunshiney demeanor that you'd grown so goddam fond of. But behind his anger was a certain brokenness - a disbelief. And that hurt more than the rage.
He didn't give you time for an explanation, and you weren't sure you had one to offer anyway. He simply walked away, sparing you one more hurtful glance. Then, he left, taking the light and hope with him. You felt tears sting your eyes, but you forced them away. You didn't deserve to cry. You were the one who'd hurt him, who'd betrayed his trust. And now you weren't sure if your best friend would ever trust you again, ever allow you a second chance. So, instead of crying, you simply laid in the dark warmness of your bed, rocked to sleep by the swaying of the ocean with an ache in your chest.
///
A week.
That's how long it'd been since the two of you talked, since Aang had so much as glanced in the direction of his best friend. You were in the Firenation now, having assumed the role of undercover criminals. It was kind of exhilarating, and you knew you and Aang would be milking the drama of it for all its worth. But instead you sat alone, sidled in the corner of the cave as your friends danced.
Aang had somehow managed to enroll himself in a Fire Nation school, and had invited his classmates to your hideout for a dance party. You wished you had enough energy to participate - to twirl around with Katara or do the limbo with Sokka, but you were drained. Just like you'd been for days. Your hope was waning; you were becoming less and less sure that Aang would find a way to forgive you - that he would return to his best friend with that lopsided smile and endless generosity, the way he came to you all those times before. Now, he was dancing, shoulders brushing against that Fire Nation girl's - On ji? Something like that - while the rest of the kids laughed and cheered. It send an ache to your heart. He seemed happy with her - happier than he's been with you. He was sporting that contagious grin, that boisterous laughter, that-
"Wow, you really are mopey."
You were snapped out of your thoughts by Toph. "I'm not mopey," you grumbled.
She snorted. "Uh, yeah you are. I can practically feel the pitifulness radiating off you."
"Gee, thanks a lot."
You were silent for a moment, and she seemed to soften. "You know, he's not mad at you anymore."
You glanced over, a scoff escaping your lips. "Yes he is, Toph. He hates me."
Her eye-roll was about the biggest you'd ever seen. "Don't be stupid, Sap. That kid loves you. It's so obvious it's gross."
You sighed, shaking your head. You pulled your knees to your chest. "Not anymore. I lied to him."
She nodded, seeming thoughtful. "Well, yeah, that kind of sucked. And obviously he would be kinda mad about that. But he's not anymore, trust me. I can feel it."
"You can feel it?"
"Mhm. He's mopey, too. He misses you."
You looked over to the center of the cave, where Aang was demonstrating some bizarre dance movement. You smiled fondly.
"Seriously, Y/n. You should talk to him."
You nodded, breathing in your resolve. "I will soon."
Toph groaned loudly. "Well, I guess that's as good as we're gonna get."
///
Spirits, you were exhausted. A day of cleaning out a river will do that to you.
It'd been a few days since the dance party, and your time had been occupied with Appa's "sickness" while you stopped at a local fishing village. It was pretty gross, but with your friend's help and Katara's fancy costume, you were able to leave it better than it was when you arrived.
Now, you found yourselves at yet another designated campsite - a patch of ground near the cliffside, overlooking the valley. You were tired, and so much as walking around felt like a chore.
Your eyes fell on a silhouetted figure perched on the edge of the cliff. Momo sat on his shoulder. You breathed, body growing alight with nervousness. You made your way over, Momo launching onto you when you got closer.
You chuckled, petting his furry head. "Hey, Momo," you said softly. You eyes flickered upwards, latching onto Aang's. He turned away. You sighed, setting Momo down and moving to sit next to him. You inhaled deeply, bracing yourself for impending rejection. You fidgeted with the edge of your shirt - a movement that his eyes quickly locked onto.
"Um, I know you probably don't want to talk to me, and that's ok, but I need to...I need to explain myself."
Out of the corner of your eye, you could see him nod slowly.
"My whole life I had to keep my bending a secret, and nobody's ever known except my parents. And when I met you...I don't know. I guess I was just scared. I thought I was going to be the last one for the rest of my life. I'd been hiding and denying that I was an Airbender for so long, and I guess I just...felt safer to keep doing that."
He was silent, staring at you intently with concentration and an emotion you couldn't decipher. You continued.
"The point is, I should've told you. And I'm so, so sorry that I didn't. I don't know if you could ever forgive me, but I-"
You were cut off by the press of his lips against your own. Your eyes widened, and you sat rigidly still. He chuckled breathily at your shock, moving his hand to gently caress your cheek. You relaxed, leaning into his palm and letting your eyes fall shut. After a moment, he pulled away.
"I'm not mad at you, Y/n."
You were still frozen with pleasant surprise. "Oh...ok."
He laughed, reaching to brush a strand of hair behind your ear. He smiled adoringly.
"But wait - how aren't you mad? I kept this a secret from you, and I-"
"Well, I was mad," he cut you off. "But I'm not anymore. If there's anything that we can take away from this, it's that you're not the last Airbender. And neither am I."
You smiled at that. "Yeah, I guess you're right."
He pulled you into his side, keeping one arm around you while he performed random tricks; like making a whirlpool or air or sending a small tornado Sokka's way. You leaned into each other to muffle your giggles when he fell. You felt happier than you had since Ba Sing Se - filled with the happiness that only Aang could provide you. You had his trust, and his guidance, and you weren't alone. Neither of you were.

dating albedo headcanons
Tumblr media
Synopsis: you’re in a relationship with the chief alchemist in the Knights of Favonius, let’s take a peak at what your life is like
Pairing: Albedo x GN!reader (they/them)
A/N: I decided to make my own set of headcanons with the chalk boy himself coz I love him too much. Anyways Albedo simps come and get your content
TW: none it’s all fluffy and adorable
▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆▆
Let’s be real here, Albedo is probably the most oblivious person to exist
Even to his own feelings for you too, he just can’t process the human nature known as “love” as well as others
So when he gets all red and blush when you do gestures such as compliment him or hold his hand he gets very confused
Albedo.exe has stopped working
Hates that he has to ask Kaeya of all people what he’s feeling
And immediately regrets it as the blue-haired knight teases him about his massive crush on you
Despite the teasing he offers to help Albedo confess his feelings to you
In a simple yet sweet way, Albedo likes things simple sometimes, that is when he’s not going all out
He’d invite you to a place like Starsnatch Cliff to hang out with you before confessing to you
And it’s safe to say it goes pretty well
You are both walking in the comforting silence along the grassy terrain of Starsnatch Cliff, enjoying the walk and taking in the breathtaking view of bright stars dotted all around the sky. It’s something you enjoyed from this trip
The alchemist’s heart was pounding inside his chest as he walked next to you, but he took a deep breath, and grabbed your wrist gently, making you turn around and look at him in the eyes. Pink blush dusted Albedo’s face as he stared back at you, but he kept himself calm and spoke.
“Y/N, I don’t know how to say this without being awkward but— I’ll make it straightforward. I uh— I like you.”
And that’s how it happened, you were touched by his confession, and you happily accepted his feelings
Albedo was quite shocked that you felt the same way about him, due to how rushed and out-of-nowhere his confession was but, he was happy nonetheless
Cue Kaeya plus a few more knights celebrating in the background which made Albedo throw a rock at him
Once you both have your relationship finalized it gets so much better from there
Albedo is such a gentleman and you know it, little gestures like opening the door for you or just holding your hand make your heart flutter
He also appreciates it when you look after him too
When he gets too caught up in work, you usually look after him when he’s working too much in his research lab
Whether it’s making him take breaks, giving him something to eat, or carrying him to bed when he passes out
Won’t admit it but he absolutely loves it when you do his hair
He gets amused when you do different hairstyles for him, it makes him feel all fuzzy on the inside <3
His hair can’t get all musty or smelly, because well— chalk things, so it’s a nice feeling when you’re touching his hair
I imagine it feels like baby hair too, so it’s always soft
TAKE HIS CLOTHES!! He thinks you look absolutely endearing in his coats
“Y/N, have you seen my coat—“ Albedo asked while entering his lab, only to be greeted by you, in his white coat that he normally wears.
You’re just sitting on a chair in his lab, reading a book while you sweetly wave at him like you didn’t take his clothes or anything. The alchemist just sighs, and leans against the doorframe while smiling at your figure. “… Nevermind, I don’t need my coat anymore.”
Wow you made the chalk boy smile
ANYWAYS!!!
You sometimes accompany him during his research sessions at Dragonspine
You help him a lot too, whether it’s gathering materials that he needs, or just accompanying him for the hell of it
Albedo definitely sketches you out quickly at one point while you’re doing your own thing during these research sessions
Probably adds a bit too much details to this piece
“It’s for research purposes,” said Albedo
You didn’t believe him one bit but you let him be, it’s Albedo anyways not like you were complaining anyways
Sucrose enjoys your company, it’s always nice for her to have new friends anyways
She’s also very happy for you and Albedo, if her master is happy, then she’s happy
Klee absolutely adores you
Both you and Albedo help Jean wrangle her when she’s being chaotic again
It tires you out, but you still can’t help but love the little devil
She also brags a lot about your relationship with Albedo to other people her age
“My big brother is dating a prince/princess/royalty!!! Klee’s big brother is the best with the best partner!” The spark knight boasted to the other kids in the village, making them grumble childishly at her. “Hey!! That’s not fair!! Your big brother is literally like a prince! Of course he’s gonna get the best person out there!!”
“Heh— sucks to suck doesn’t it!? You all wish you had MY big brother!” Klee laughs while the other kids sigh at her, meanwhile you and Albedo are watching in the distance, entertained by the little feud she has started. “Should we— stop her?” You ask timidly, smiling softly at your boyfriend.
“Nah, leave her be. She’s having fun.”
Dates usually vary with you two
He likes peaceful night outings with you, something about just spending his with you is so relaxing to him
His favorite types of dates however are picnic dates
Albedo always brings the best food and drinks to you likings, he has great taste
Both you and him have also made flower crowns on your first date too to remember it! And you even made some for Klee and Sucrose!
Albedo, HAND IN MARRIAGE NOW—
Overall, a relationship with Albedo is definitely amazing. He’d be a great and loving boyfriend.

CHAPTER 21: IMPROVVISANDO
Music glossary: Improvvisando: with improvisation
Glossary: Wǎnshàng hǎo : Good evening Shīfù : Teacher/Master
(Mood music: Night of Beijing - Jia Peng Fang)
That evening
Marinette fidgeted with her napkin, occasionally sipping her now-lukewarm tea while sitting at the kitchen bar counter. Chat Noir sat on the stool beside her in silence, also nursing a half-emptied cup. She checked the clock for what seemed to be the hundredth time in the last few minutes.
“It’s about that time. I’ll head up to my room to let Ladybug inside. Will you get the door if your visitor arrives before she does?”
“Sure,” he replied, uneasy but compliant, doing his best to avoid staring at the black eye she’d received earlier that day.
Marinette set her cup in the sink and headed upstairs, leaving Chat alone with his thoughts.
He tried to keep his fast-beating heart in check, subconsciously clenching his jaw. It was finally happening. He was going to meet “him”: The Guardian of the Miraculous.
Following the events at school earlier that day, Adrien had walked Marinette to her house, where her family invited him to stay for a cup of tea until his “ride” arrived to pick him up. Of course, he’d eagerly accepted. It was nice to interact with the family as Adrien instead of just as Chat Noir.
After leaving, he hid away and transformed so he could sneak in through Marinette’s balcony as he usually did.
Upon transforming, however, he found a series of voice mails from Ladybug that she’d left during Adrien’s attempted abduction. Her voice was frantic. He could hear the urgency and distress in her tone, and a heavy blanket of guilt settled onto his shoulders as he listened.
The first message asked him to come to their school, that it was an emergency, to please call her back as soon as possible. He chewed on his lip, wanting nothing more than to hide away in a cave in shame.
The second one must have been left right after she’d rescued Adrien and left him at the school nurse; she’d called to let Chat know the incident had passed. Then she asked if he was okay, since she hadn’t heard back from him. He sighed. Typical Ladybug, always worrying and thinking about others first, even when she was having a rough time.
The last voicemail caused a trail of ice to trickle down his spine as he listened. Ladybug informed him that she had scheduled an impromptu meeting with the Guardian at the Dupain-Cheng’s house that evening, with Marinette’s permission, and that it was of utmost importance that he attend.
He shivered as goosebumps appeared on his arms and he swallowed hard. What was the purpose of this meeting? Was he in trouble for not showing up today during ‘Adrien’s’ kidnapping? And why meet here, at the Dupain home, instead of somewhere more private and away from civilians? What was the Guardian like? Would Chat get reprimanded and treated with disdain for having been their enemy for all these years, or would he be understanding and forgiving?
More importantly, would he have to disclose his identity to him, or to both him and Ladybug, to prove his loyalty? He winced at the mere thought of it. The last thing he wanted was for Ladybug to think less of him, or to pity him. Especially after the kidnapping attempt.
Additionally, if they were to learn that Hawkmoth was Gabriel Agreste, would they want to confront him head-on? Adrien didn’t feel ready for that, for several reasons.
First of all, would he be able to protect Ladybug, as he’d promised her? Hawkmoth had shown that he’d developed some sort of new power. Either that, or an entirely different person had become involved and was helping him. In any case, he didn’t know what exactly they were dealing with anymore.
Secondly, if the time came and he had to hurt or even kill his father, he didn’t know if he’d be able to do it. Yes, Gabriel was a monster and Adrien despised what he had become. But what if the damage was reversible and there was still a way to bring him back to normal? He just had to know, before doing something he might permanently regret.
The sudden ringing of the doorbell startled Chat out of his thoughts and he practically fell off his seat.
He ran to answer the front door, looking to make sure no one else was around. At the last second, he remembered to detransform and slip on the hood of his zip-up sweater (the one Marinette had gifted him), pulling a scarf over his nose and mouth so he wouldn’t be recognized if anyone outside were to catch a glimpse of him.
He looked out through the peephole, only to see the very top of someone’s head, balding with grey hair, and a little bit of their eyebrows.
Huh. Somehow Adrien thought the Guardian would be a bit… taller?
He turned the knob and the door opened, its squeaking hinges somehow louder than usual. Peeking out from the side like a scared tortoise, he checked to make sure the individual matched the description he was given, then stepped back to allow the door to swing open all the way. The older man stepped inside, closing it behind him.
“Hello,” Adrien said meekly, bowing his head slightly. “You must be…”
“Yes. I am Wang Fu,” he replied, bowing politely in greeting. “It is very good to see you again, Adrien Agreste.”
While Adrien’s face scarf efficiently concealed the way his jaw dropped when the elder man called him by name, there was no hiding the way his eyes grew to the size of dinner plates.
“W- what?!” he sputtered. “How did you—”
The man called Fu chuckled, stroking his beard. “It was a long time ago, but we’ve met before.”
Adrien lowered his scarf and frowned in concentration, falling silent for a few seconds. Then it dawned on him.
“YOU!!” he gaped. “I do remember you! It was my first day of lycée! You fell down in front of our school and I helped you up. It was you who put the cat miraculous in my bag that day, wasn’t it?”
“That is correct,” Fu confirmed.
“But why me? You could’ve picked anyone, so why did you choose someone like me?”
Fu’s smile faltered when he said this. Adrien had said “anyone”, but he could see that Fu knew what he’d actually meant. Why did you choose someone as broken as me?
The man folded his arms behind him, considering his answer. “Guardians are bestowed with several powers and abilities. One of them is to locate and select good candidates for the miraculous jewels. And so I was led to you.”
Chat grimaced in confusion. “So if you already knew it was me, why bother to ‘test’ me?”
“My powers as a guardian may lead me to a potential candidate, but ultimately the choice is still mine to make. It was a simple test, but it showed me what your first instinct would be if you saw someone in need. The answer I received was satisfactory. You were meant to be Ladybug’s Chat Noir.”
Adrien sighed, running a shaky hand through his hair. “Honestly, a couple of months ago I wouldn’t have known whether to hug you because I got to become Chat Noir, or whether to punch you because I had to become Chat Noir. But it’s because of you that I got to meet Ladybug, so I am grateful to you for that. It’s good to finally meet you. Officially.”
He extended his hand and Fu took it with a smile, giving it a firm shake.
Afterwards, Adrien’s gaze fell, brows scrunching together. “I can’t believe it. All this time, you knew. You could’ve told Ladybug who I was years ago. She could have figured out a way to take away my miraculous while I wasn’t transformed, like at school, and she would’ve had one less enemy to deal with. It would’ve––” he pursed his lips, expression full of shame, and he lifted his eyes to meet Fu’s once again, “–it would’ve made it easier for her. She would’ve suffered less if I’d been out of the picture. So why didn’t you?”
Fu’s countenance became somber, his eyes carrying years of pain and regret. He took a few moments to consider his words. “When I was a boy, barely a teenager, something terrible happened. Hundreds of innocent people died, and it was all because of me.”
Chat almost reeled back as if he’d been smacked across the face, puzzled about the sudden switch in topic. He remembered Ladybug briefly mentioning this a few months ago, on the night they danced together. He waited for Fu to elaborate.
“I was only trying to protect them,” the older man explained. “After I was orphaned as a child, the monks of the Guardian Temple took me in. They became my family. They were stern, but fair and kind. It was a tough childhood, but I was happy.” He sighed. “However, there were those who would try to steal the miraculous and use their power selfishly. It was an endless struggle. Many were lost over the years. I longed for peace. I wanted my family to be safe, I wanted us to be left alone. So I did what I thought would be a better route, an easier one; one with less hardship and bloodshed. You see, one day while I was supposed to be on guard duty, I sneaked away to where the miraculous box was kept. I put on both the ladybug and cat miraculouses and used them to make a wish: I wished that our enemies would disappear.”
The older man exhaled, squeezing his eyes shut, the memories of what came next clearly still haunting him. Adrien couldn’t help but hold his breath while he listened.
“It worked,” Fu resumed, voice quiet and slightly shaky. “But as you might have suspected, there is always a price to pay; a balance that must be maintained. Therefore, because of my wish, all the monks in our Guardian temple and the innocent people of the surrounding village were ripped away from me, along with our enemies. The wish was technically fulfilled, but I never suspected that the cost would be that high. I have had to live with that in my conscience for over a hundred years.”
He clasped his hands behind his back, appearing more vulnerable than Adrien would have ever expected. He continued, “Since that time, I have both seen and caused much death in my lifetime, protecting the miraculous box alone as the last Guardian. So, you see, if there was even one person I could save, I had to try. I wanted to trust in the miraculouses, like I should have decades ago, during my misguided attempt to control the outcome of a complicated situation.”
Adrien absently rubbed his arm, pondering Fu’s words. “Looking back,” he began, “I can see the reasoning behind a lot of Ladybug’s decisions and principles, now that I know your story.”
“Indeed. Ladybug is a remarkable young lady; I knew that even back then. When I would ask her if she was willing to risk her life for the sake of a stranger, she would say yes, every single time. If anyone can persevere for the greater good, it was her. Was it unfair of me? Probably. Have I asked too much from her? Absolutely. Have I made mistakes while trying to guide her? Yes. Many of them.” He put his hand on Adrien’s shoulder. “I wanted to save you that day by giving you the cat miraculous. But I never would have guessed that it would also doom you and force you into a role of servitude. I hope that you will forgive me for this.”
Adrien’s heart pained for Fu as he admitted his guilt. “You couldn’t have known it would’ve turned out that way. It wasn’t your fault,” he insisted.
Fu shrugged. “I try to tell myself that, but I can’t quite convince myself. The situation made sense once Ladybug told me about Hawkmoth.”
“You mean, when she told you that Hawkmoth was my father?” Adrien asked.
“Yes,” Fu replied. “I had my suspicions, because it would explain your motivations, but I had no proof, no way of finding out for sure. It made sense that Hawkmoth would be Gabriel Agreste. The butterfly miraculous requires its wielder to be creative and inventive, since it relies on their ability to convert the subject’s emotions into a source of power. And he had the motivation.”
Adrien hummed in agreement.
“Additionally, such a clever and talented individual getting ahold of the cat miraculous would be incredibly dangerous. I’d be lying if I said I had never considered taking your miraculous away. But even still, it was safer to let it all play out. I didn’t want to repeat past mistakes. And if Hawkmoth was Gabriel Agreste, your fate if you were to lose the cat miraculous would have been disastrous. Maybe it would have even alerted him about the presence of a Guardian in Paris. But now that we know the truth, we can plan accordingly.”
Adrien gulped. So Fu had considered taking his miraculous away before. “A-are you going to tell Ladybug who I am?”
Fu shook his head. “It is not up to me to decide when it will be right for there to be no more secrets between you two. I only know that it is not yet time.”
Adrien curiously tilted his head, brows furrowed in confusion. “How do you know that?”
As Fu started to answer, Adrien heard a doorknob twist open behind him and he quickly pulled his scarf back over his features.
The door opened and Ladybug’s voice exclaimed, “There you are! What are you two doing out here in the entryway?”
Adrien cleared his throat, then stammered, “R-right, pardon my manners. Please, come in.”
Fu walked past him, entering the living area. He took Ladybug’s hands between his, shaking them briefly, and said, “Wǎnshàng hǎo, Ladybug.”
With a small bow, Ladybug replied, “Wǎnshàng hǎo, shīfù. Thank you for coming at such short notice. Please, have a seat.”
Chat entered the room, having transformed now, and stepped forward to greet her.
He stopped short, realizing that he wasn’t quite sure how to greet her since last night’s development in their relationship, not to mention being very conscious of the Guardian watching them. He settled for a hug, which she returned, squeezing him tightly, and added a quick, discreet peck on his cheek. He smiled, feeling his face heat up.
Pleasantries aside and everyone seated, it was Ladybug who spoke first.
“Thank you both for being here. There’s a lot we need to talk about.”
----------
A transformed Wang Fu stood at the bedroom window, curtains drawn, chanting in a language that neither Ladybug nor Chat Noir understood, holding the last of several metallic talismans he’d blessed and scattered around the room. The pair kept their eyes on him, marveling at the efficiency and care that he put into each incantation. There was something sacred, even holy about this ritual. They could feel powerful magic emanating from his form, invisible bursts of energy swirling about the room, dancing all around them in a silent symphony.
Ladybug cast a furtive glance at her partner. He’d been quiet for a little while, after learning about his attempted akumatization the night before. Ladybug had told him that it was Marinette who let her know, and that Plagg was the one who had informed her.
She’d called Master Fu before going to school to let him know what happened last night, and he promised he would figure out a solution. He’d spent all day preparing these special talismans, which would ward off akumas and keep them from entering this room. But only this room. He wasn’t strong enough to cast such a potent, long-term spell over a larger area; especially not at his age.
Fu, or rather, Jade Turtle, was silent for a few moments after placing the last charm, a silver one with indecipherable symbols carved into it, then turned around to face the couple.
“The talismans are almost done being enchanted,” he said, pretty out of breath, beads of sweat present on his brow. “There is one more thing that needs to be done. But I think I’ll need your help for this, Ladybug.”
Ladybug stepped forward in response. “Sure, Master. What is it?”
“I would do it myself, but, well… let’s just say I’m not as young as I used to be.”
“Of course Master, anything you need. Just tell me what to do.”
Fu removed his bracelet, the turtle miraculous, and turned back to his civilian self, then handed the jewelry to her. His kwami, Wayzz, floated next to them awaiting instruction.
“If you could transform with my miraculous to finish the protection spell, I’d very much appreciate it. I’ll show you what to do when you’re ready.”
The young woman gaped at him, having never transformed into any hero other than Ladybug before.
“Oh! R-really?? S-sure! No problem...” She took the bracelet hesitantly, studying it like she’d never seen it before, then excused herself to the ensuite for privacy.
In the bathroom, Ladybug detransformed and removed her earrings, handing them to Tikki for safekeeping. She put on the emerald stone bracelet, staring at it as if it might try to crawl away from her if she wasn’t careful enough.
She squeezed her eyes shut in preparation. “Wayzz, shell on.”
Jade green light shone around the bathroom, and Marinette felt the magic of the turtle miraculous engulf her form. When it passed, she gulped and opened her eyes, lifting them to the mirror to catch a glimpse of her newly transformed self.
“Whoa.”
Tumblr media
The heroine stared at her reflection across the way. She ran her fingers over the various bits of fabric and armor, taking the time to appreciate the feel and texture. Somehow, she felt quite powerful. Tough. Solid. Almost like a sentient brick wall.
“Wow, Marinette! You look incredible!” Tikki whispered to her.
“Aww, thank you Tikki,” she replied. “It feels so different, but it’s also really cool.”
Sparing one last glance into the mirror, she finally emerged from the bathroom. Fu was seated at the desk chair across the room, taking a short breather. Chat was speaking to him in hushed tones, but turned around when he heard her re-enter the bedroom.
His jaw dropped and he gasped.
“Oh my God, you’re adorable!” Chat blurted out. He caught himself and turned tomato red, then stuttered, “Umm! S-sorry, I––”
Ladybug (Lady...turtle??) giggled, stepping forward to stand beside him once again. “Thanks,” she replied shyly, reaching up to tuck some hair behind her ear as she usually did when she was nervous, but her hand bumped into her suit’s hood instead. Not quite sure what to do with her hands, she folded them in front of her as she awaited further instruction.
Tikki flew in front of Master Fu, bowing her head in greeting. “It’s good to see you again, Master!”
“Likewise. I hope you are doing well,” he greeted back.
Tikki flew over to Chat Noir, to say hello to him as well. “Hello, Chat Noir! It’s nice to formally meet you,” she chirped happily.
Chat beamed and answered, “Tikki, right? It’s great to finally meet you too! I must admit, you look a little different than I thought you would.”
Tikki giggled. “Did you think I’d be more insect-like? Maybe with six legs and an exoskeleton?”
Chat shrugged timidly. “Well, I mean… Maybe…?” ‘Ladybug’ and Tikki looked at each other and snickered at his reply.
Fu smiled at their interactions fondly, recalling times spent with loved ones, allies no longer here. With a small grunt, he stood up to continue the protection ritual.
“This way, Ladybug. Chat Noir and Tikki, please stand over there; we’ll need a bit of space for this. You might feel a bit tired once this is finished, so be sure to get plenty of rest tonight,” he instructed.
Tikki perched on Chat’s shoulder as he moved towards the edge of the room. They spoke in hushed voices as Fu instructed Ladybug and had her repeat phrases from his notes.
While they waited, Chat turned to Tikki and whispered, “By the way, I wanted to thank you... for helping Ladybug and keeping safe all these years. She means a lot to me.”
If kwamis could blush, Chat was sure that’s what Tikki’s face showed at the moment. “It’s been a pleasure to be her kwami. She’s the best! I’m glad you’ve gotten to know her and see what a sweet person she is.”
Chat smiled, cheeks dusted pink. “I am too.”
------
Many minutes passed, and Ladybug and Fu finished casting the protection ward. Chat helped Fu gather his things as Ladybug excused herself to transform back to her regular hero self.
As she re-emerged from the bathroom, Chat handed her a glass of water and invited her to sit on the bed so she could catch her breath and gather back some of her energy. “Welcome back, Lily-bug,” he greeted her with a wink. Ladybug beamed at him, accepting the water and taking a seat next to him.
Fu stood beside them, having finished gathering his belongings in a satchel. As he gave Ladybug time to rest, he asked, “Do either of you have any questions about the protection ritual, or about anything else?”
Ladybug replied, “I actually do have some questions, sir.”
Fu nodded.
“Master... why did Hawkmoth attempt to akumatize Chat Noir last night? If he’s tried it before, why did he not succeed during other nights?” Ladybug’s questions came faster once she got started. “Since he tried to akumatized Chat, does that mean he knows where he lives now? Is Chat even safe here anymore? What about the Dupains? Are they gonna be okay? How much does Hawkmoth know?”
Chat looked at Fu expectantly, realizing that he, too, had those same questions.
Fu replied, “The owner of the butterfly miraculous sends out his butterflies in search of a specific strong emotion, but is not aware of their location until after the host accepts it. He is able to learn some vague details about why they are feeling that certain emotion. My guess is that he was able to locate him while he was having a nightmare. So, no. He does not know that Chat Noir lives here. His powers have limitations, just like you do with yours. He is more powerful since he is older and more experienced, but even he can’t overextend the capabilities of his miraculous.”
He paused, stroking his beard, and contemplated. Then he asked, “Did something happen last night to make your emotions different from what they normally are?”
Ladybug and Chat Noir looked at each other, blushing furiously, stammering as they attempted to answer without divulging too much unnecessary information.
Fu raised an eyebrow, then chuckled knowingly, raising his hands to stop them. “It’s okay, I don’t need to know the details.”
“Umm! I-it’s not what you think!”
“M-master, don’t misunderstand–”
“Y-you see–”
“What happened was…”
“My guess is–” Fu interrupted, “–That Hawkmoth sensed your great joy last night, and became enraged. He couldn’t stand the thought of you being happy because it would mean that he is in the wrong, and his pride won’t allow him to accept that.”
Chat and Ladybug fell silent, looking downcast, as the explanation both made sense yet was immensely disheartening.
“There’s something else, Master,” Ladybug spoke again. “Something happened at school today. Akumas, but they vanished without a trace. I mentioned it to you earlier today over the phone. Have you ever heard of such a thing?”
“Ah, yes. And all that remained was two white feathers?” Fu asked.
“That’s right. Could the akumas still be out there because they haven’t been purified?”
Fu shook his head. “Allow me to explain. Firstly, as Ladybug already knows, two of the miraculouses in my box went missing when the temple of the guardians was destroyed: the butterfly and the peacock. One of them fell into Hawkmoth’s hands sometime within the last few years. But after hearing about what happened at the school today, we can now confirm that Hawkmoth is currently in possession of not just one, but of both of them. Either that, or he has someone else working under him.”
“The Peacock… of course!” Ladybug gasped, voice filled with dread.
Chat looked at her, then back at Fu, waiting for him to elaborate.
“The Guardian’s Grimoire calls them ‘sentimonsters’, mystical beings created out of thin air using the peacock miraculous, which harnesses the power of emotions. They can be created and destroyed whenever the wielder desires. Usually they are simple creatures, designed to be helpers or perform smaller tasks. However, they can also be more sophisticated, even indistinguishable from other humans, although an enormous amount of energy is required to create these complex sentimonsters. One can even ‘borrow’ the appearance of an already existing person. In this case, Hawkmoth chose not to give the sentimonsters the ability to speak, so they couldn’t divulge their secrets, in the event that they were caught.”
Ladybug shuddered. “What the hell?! That is so creepy.”
“Indeed.” Fu looked over at Chat, who had remained pensive throughout this exchange. “Any thoughts, Chat Noir?”
Chat looked up at him, trying to figure out how to phrase what he wanted to say. “I… I think I remember seeing the peacock miraculous in my father’s safe once. I only caught a glimpse of it; I just thought it was some of my mom’s jewelry he kept as a memento. I had no idea it was a miraculous. Otherwise, I would’ve had Plagg help me break into the safe and taken it with me when I ran away from home. There are so many things my father never told me… I’m sorry I don’t know more.”
Ladybug reached out to hold his hand, giving it a small squeeze, which he returned.
“You’ve done more than you know, believe me,” Fu replied as he unconsciously squeezed his satchel, which contained the electronic tablet where his copy of the Grimoire was stored.
He stuck his hand in his pocket and stepped forward, handing Chat Noir a card with his cell phone number.
“Call me if you have any questions, either of you. Even if it’s the middle of the night. Wayzz will make sure I hear my phone if it rings; he’s a much lighter sleeper than I am.”
“Thank you, Master Fu,” replied Chat, smiling. “And thank you too, Wayzz.”
“Thanks, Wayzz. Thank you, Master.” said Ladybug.
“Also, I must remind you once again that your identities must remain a secret until things settle down. There are negative effects that could happen if you are revealed too soon, and I’m not sure what they could be; but it’s best not to find out.”
Ladybug frowned. “But when will that be, Master? It would be so much easier to be able to communicate without having to transform.”
Fu shrugged helplessly. “I’m afraid I don’t have an answer for that. We must allow things to continue to develop on their own. I'm sure we’ll know when the time is right.”
Ladybug let out a displeased sigh. Chat nodded, glancing away with a worried look in his eyes. Despite Ladybug’s eagerness (and despite his own curiosity), waiting suited him just fine for now.
After saying their goodbyes, Fu left the pair behind and let himself out with a final wave. The two heroes remained in the bedroom, contemplating what had been discussed.
After sitting in silence for a few moments, unsure of what to say next, a lightbulb seemed to light up inside Ladybug’s brain, and she began typing away into her yo-yo communicator. Chat watched curiously, wondering what she was up to.
Moments later, she hopped out of the bed to jot something down onto a sticky note from Chat’s desk, then walked back.
“Just because we can’t tell each other who we are doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be able to contact each other when we’re not transformed. Kwamis aren’t pagers, after all.”
“Pagers? What decade is this, anyway?” Chat razzed.
“Hush, you,” she mock scolded him, suppressing a smile. “ Anyway! Here’s my brand new, Chat Noir-exclusive email address,” she said, handing him the note with a wink.
Chat’s eyes lit up. “Wait, really??” He unfolded the paper as if it was a Christmas present, excited to read the contents. His eyes widened and he burst out laughing.
“ ‘[email protected]’ ?!”
“What, you don't think I’m great?” she teased, striking an exaggerated, Chat Noir-style pose.
Chat’s snickering only intensified and he nodded. “Oh, for sure! The greatest!” he agreed.
Ladybug smirked. “I made it just now,” she explained. “So you’re the only one who knows about it. We may not be able to hang out in person yet, but I’d still like to talk to you during the day. Plus, it’ll come in handy for emergencies.”
“Buginette you’re a genius!”
Ladybug giggled, feeling her face warm up despite herself. “M-maybe we can message each other when you have some free time? I mean… now that you don’t have to worry about getting akumatized in your own room anymore. Your bedroom’s pretty much the safest place in Paris now, thanks to Master Fu.”
“And thanks to you, as well, my dear ‘Lily-bug’,” Chat reached up to take her hand, gently pulling her down to sit next to him. “I feel much better already. And knowing I can talk to you anytime makes me feel even safer.”
She scooted closer, setting her head down on his shoulder. “Y-you know… you make me feel safe too, Kitty.”
Chat’s insides twisted into pleasant little knots, suddenly feeling rather warm. “Really?”
He felt her smile as her hand squeezed his arm, her other one sneaking across their laps to wrap her fingers around his own. “Yeah. I know we’ve only been allies for a short time, but I’ve already lost count of all the times you’ve saved me or sacrificed yourself to help others. Our partnership grows stronger every day, and I think Hawkmoth knows it. He knows we’re stronger together. And it’s only a matter of time until we can be together without these masks too, I just know it.”
He turned towards her, putting his fingers under her chin and lifting her head to have her look up at him. Their eyes met, her pupils dilating as they focused on his own, and he could see a bright blush blooming on her cheeks.
“Me too,” he whispered, as he brought their lips together.
She blissfully melted into him, letting out a small noise of contentment. She deepened the kiss, reaching behind his head to caress his hair with her slender fingers. Their kisses and breaths mingled together and they lost track of everything else around them.
A little while later, they faintly heard the grandfather clock striking the hour in the living room, then some noises as the Dupains shuffled upstairs from the bakery to get ready for bed.
Ladybug pulled back and they separated, his lips still tingling from her touch.
“I… I should probably get going soon,” she lamented with a small shrug. “It’s starting to get late.”
“Would you like me to walk you home? Or rather, to somewhere around your neighborhood?”
She shook her head. “That’s not necessary. Besides, I’m closer than you might think,” she added a bit cryptically.
“I wish you could stay,” he said softly, reaching up to tuck some hair behind her ear. He gave her nose a tiny smooch. “Just a teeeeensy bit more?” he begged, giving her the best kitten eyes he could muster.
Ladybug giggled shyly, cheeks still dusted with pink. She gave his own nose a peck, her lips soft and inviting. “Well… I guess I could stay just a little bit longer,” she said with a smirk.
“Purr- fect,” he said, capturing her lips once again.

Note:
Many of the events in the “Volpina” and “Collector” episodes happened in this AU, albeit heavily modified to suit the story. Adrien found the grimoire in his father’s safe, took it out to study it, and Lila stole it. Since Adrien didn’t act impressed about Lila knowing Ladybug, she didn’t magnify the lie and claim to be Ladybug’s best friend; therefore, Ladybug never showed up to call her out on her lie, and Lila was never akumatized.
However, Tikki did see the book in the dumpster and retrieved it, and Marinette showed it to Master Fu. After Gabriel discovered the book was missing and pulled Adrien out of school, Fu made a copy so that Marinette could return it to Gabriel, and Adrien was allowed to attend school again. Currently, Adrien has no idea that this is how Fu acquired his grimoire; he merely assumes that Fu has always had his own copy.
Of course, Marinette began to suspect that Gabriel might be Hawkmoth because he owned the grimoire. Gabriel akumatized himself into the Collector in order to avoid suspicion, and with Chat’s help, almost succeeded in obtaining the ladybug miraculous. Ultimately, Ladybug outsmarted him, got him to accidentally “collect” Chat, and succeeded in purifying his akuma. But by then, Gabriel had “proven” he was an innocent civilian and Ladybug dismissed his potential involvement as Hawkmoth.

P.S.  Another note: Certain things that are similar but not identical to canon have been in my outline since the beginning, so I apologize if they're a little confusing (such as the protection talismans being similar to Ladybug's akuma victims' lucky charms or the destruction/disappearance of the Guardian Temple)

A/n: I wrote over 4k words just to get some dick.
Okay sbsbajash idk I'd been working on this for like a whole week and i couldn't concentrate on anything unless i finished this lmao so here it is whatever, I can't drag this around anymore. Uhhh hope you like it I'm still not very good at writing smut im sorry. This takes place in the post Anbu and pre team 7 era and Kakashi’s a bit of an asshole but you know you still love him. This is also a little similar to my other fic ‘Yearning’ but here you get the s e x and i’m sorry if the characterization is bad, i put more focus on making it hot i guess ok ill shut up now i hope you like it
You give the sheet of paper in your hand one final glance, and look around the room. There’s a long line behind you and you’re surrounded by your fellow jounins, each here to submit their respective lists.
You were extremely happy with the performance of your team and didn’t have to think twice before passing them. You had no doubt that they would make wonderful shinobi. You looked forward to teaching and guiding them, and judging by the chatter around you, most other jounins had passed their teams too.
The trouble, however, remains with Kakashi Hatake.
A few weeks ago, you had all been named squad leaders and put in charge of a squad, and today was your very first day with your assigned teams. As instructed, each of you conducted a test for the genin and depending upon whether they passed or failed, the final list would be announced.
No one till date had ever passed Kakashi Hatake's infamous test, and everyone was sure that no one would this year either. Most genin trembled in fear of him, being aware of his strict methods.
And as it happens, at this moment, this infamous man is right in front you, standing with his back hunched forward as he hands his paper in to the woman behind the desk.
You wait for your turn, your eyes fixating on the red symbol on his vest as you wonder, ruefully, about the fate of the students he must have failed this time.
You take a step forward as he turns around, having submitted his paper, and the line moves up behind you.
Kakashi peeks briefly at your paper as he passes, letting out an audible scoff at the list in your hand before walking on ahead, hands tucked in his pockets.
You’re momentarily confused by this sudden act, but something is already starting to boil up inside you. You aren’t exactly known for being placid, nor for sitting by and allowing people to give you crap. Your eyebrows furrow as you hastily thrust your sheet onto the desk, before making your way to follow after him.
“Do you have a problem?” you call to his back as a few heads turn towards you.
He stops, taking his time turning back to look at you, half lidded eyes looking as indifferent as always.
His demeanour pushes you further to the edge and you take a few steps closer, craning your neck to meet his eyes, waiting for an answer.
“Well?”
He peers down at you unfazed, completely oblivious to the audience around you, as if they are not even there.
“You’re too soft”, he shrugs. “You don’t know how the shinobi world works” he says bluntly, piercing you with his unwavering gaze.
You glare back at him, your mouth twitching with the sled of retorts forming at the back of your tongue.
“Who gave you the right to—"
But he’s already turning away from you, your eyes meeting with the red symbol of his vest once again.
“Hey don’t you fucking walk away from me!” you yell, going forward to stop him, but he saunters on ahead without turning back; his scent lingering in the air as you stand there, watching his figure disappear slowly along the hallway, your fury seething inside you.
Who the fuck does he think he is?
--------------------------------------------------
“Thank you! This is just what I needed.” you chime, digging into the hot bowl of ramen in front of you, your mouth salivating just at the look of it.
You take a big mouthful, revelling in the immediate burst of flavours on your tongue.
“Mmmm.” You moan, “You’ve outdone yourself, Ayame!”
The young girl smiles at you in delight, proceeding to serve you another helping.
You take another blissful bite, closing your eyes to relish the moment.
The streets are quiet around you except for the faint chirp of crickets, as is expected at this hour of the night. It must be past midnight by now, you’re not exactly sure.
You had been tossing and turning in bed, unable to sleep. For some reason, the encounter with Kakashi from earlier today had you feeling bitter and edgy. You hated that he was in your head, you didn’t understand why. It wasn’t like you to be this bothered by some mindless comments from someone. You’d had altercations before, worse ones, but they were never enough to steal away your night’s sleep.
And yet, this time…
You had to do something to take the edge off, ideally punch him in the face, but since that was not the plausible choice, you settled for the next best thing. Going for a run and treating yourself to your favourite comfort food later.
So here you are now, out at night all by yourself. The Ichiraku shop was still open, bless the lords.
You slurp some of the soup from the bowl and let out a loud smack of your lips.
You can feel your spirits lifting, and you’re glad for it. He wasn’t in your head after all, you were just having a bad day, that’s all.
You shift your focus back to the bowl in front of you, moaning and slurping as you go.
“Whoa there, Get a room.”
The sudden interruption of the familiar voice makes you stop cold.
Are you fucking kidding me?
You look up from your bowl, turning your head around to see none other than Kakashi Hatake, standing smug in all his glory.
The strange pang of bitterness is back in the depths of your stomach and you resist the urge to punch that smug look off his face.
“Ah, if it isn’t Kakashi Hatake, the all-knowing wisenheimer.” you say, your tone snide. “Say, don’t you have somewhere else to be? Some genin to fail?”
He comes around to take a seat on the stool beside you, a smirk evident through his mask, almost as if he’s enjoying this.
“I’ve already failed them” he smiles sweetly at you. “Worked up quite an appetite too.” He says, looking away from you to place his order.
You notice as Ayame notes his order down, the distinct shade of pink that tinges her cheeks as does, before turning away and disappearing into the supplies room at the back of the shop.
Ugh. What is with this guy? Why is it so….
You don’t realise you’re staring at him until he looks back at you, raising a questioning eyebrow. You supress your startlement at being caught, pretending as if you’d meant to be glaring at him.
“What the hell are you even doing out here so late?” you spurt, trying to sound irritated but it comes out sounding almost…concerned?
Thankfully, he doesn’t notice. “I could ask you the same.”
You look away, unwilling to answer. You were out here to get him out of your head, and now here you are, sitting beside him in a ramen shop while the entire village sleeps.
It almost feels like you’re the only two people in the world. The feeling makes something churn inside your stomach.
You dab your mouth with your napkin, before swivelling on the stool to face him. You look at him intently, studying his features. He stares back at you, as if waiting for you to say something.
“Why?” you ask, catching him off guard with it.
“Why what?”
“Why does no one pass your test? What’s so difficult about it?” you ask, gaze fixated on him. You expect him to look uncomfortable but he just shrugs.
“Why do you want to know?”
“I’m curious” you reply truthfully, watching him smirk at your answer.
You hate it when he smirks, how his face looks when he’s being cocky.
Ugh.
He swivels in his chair now, turning his body towards you. “Is that so?”, he says through the smirk, resting his elbow on the counter and leaning in.
You don’t know why, but something about his tone and the way he leans in makes it difficult for you to breathe all of a sudden.
But you’re not one to be fazed.
“Yes” you reply, refusing to let yourself crumple under his gaze. Your voice comes out sounding hoarse, and you clear your throat.
He smirks wider at your reply and stretches the next words out.
“If you’re so curious…Why don’t you find out for yourself?”
Your heart thuds like clapper clanging against a bell. You resist the urge to gulp.
Was it this hot when I left the house?
You clear your throat again. “I don’t have the time to take part in your stupid games”
The smirk is adamant on his lips, his gaze unnerving.
He breathes, “Do you not have the time…or do you not have the balls?”
His tone is challenging. Or inviting. Or both, you’re not really sure, you’re not thinking straight anymore.
Your jacket is too hot against your skin, you writhe beneath the thick material.
Sliding off the stool, you walk slowly towards him, erasing the space in between you bit by bit with each step, until your bodies are a few inches away from touching. Your eyes bore into each other’s as if in silent battle. It’s your turn to smirk now.
“Training Grounds in 20 mins” you whisper. Despite the hitch in your breath, your voice is clear. “Don’t be late.”
You walk past him without breaking your gaze, brushing your shoulder against his arm as you walk by, perhaps a little harder than necessary, leaving Kakashi to stare after you.
--------------------------------------------------
You sit on the damp grass with your back against a tree, waiting. Your jacket lies in a puddle beside you.
You count the weapons in your bag, you hadn’t exactly come out prepared for a fight tonight. Two kunai knives, that’s all.
Would that be enough to take down the copy ninja? You hope so. There’s no way you’re letting him win. It’s time someone taught him a lesson and you would love to be that someone. The nerve of him…to actually challenge you.
He really needs to get a life. But then, here you are too…
Why am I here? What am I even doing?
You close your eyes and tilt your head back against the hard bark, your eyebrows furrowing the way they always do when you’re deep in thought.
Back at the shop… the way he spoke…the look in his eyes— God, Stop. Stop it.
Who the fuck cares about the look in his eyes?
Not me.
It’s okay. I’m good.
We’re here to teach this asshole a lesson. An asshole, that’s what he is. Insufferable and stupid and smug and ridiculously ho— horrible. Ridiculously horrible.
You take a deep breath, opening your eyes and standing up so fast that it makes your head dizzy for a brief second. You start walking around, jerking your arms and legs, stretching your neck, even slapping yourself a few times on the face to make yourself focus.
Yes, I need to focus. The lack of sleep is getting to me.
You crouch down to tighten your shoelaces, before getting up and starting some stretching exercises. Gotta loosen the muscles, make sure you have full flexibility. After all, taking on Kakashi Hatake all by yourself is probably not going to be a piece of cake.
You look down to check your attire: running shorts and a tank top, not fully ideal but it’ll do.
You’re bent over, in the midst of doing rotating toe touches when your eyes fall upon a silhouette far ahead, nearing closer and closer. You pause, standing up straight with your hands on your hips as the figure walks slowly towards you, a faint jingling noise ringing through the air, as Kakashi finally comes near enough for you to make out his face in the dim light.
“Late as always” you say, crossing your arms over your chest.
Kakashi stands a few feet away from you, holding something in one hand, other hand inside his pocket. He’s not wearing his jacket anymore either, you observe.
“Sorry, had to go get this” he says, holding up what looks like two small bells with strings attached.
You squint at it, coming closer to get a better look. “What the hell is that?”
“Bells”, he smiles. “That’s the test. You have to get these bells from me. You can use any attack you want but… since you’re not a genin, I’ll raise the stakes a little higher for you. You cannot use ninjutsu or genjustu. It has to be purely physical attacks. You have till dawn.”
This little fucker. He knows taijutsu is not my strong point.
But fine. If that’s how he wants to play this, so be it. I’m taking him down one way or another.
“Dawn?” you chuckle, fixing him with your gaze. “I don’t need till dawn” you sneer, coming forward with a kick aimed to his head. He blocks it just as you’re about to make contact, grasping your ankle in his strong hold.
“I didn’t say start yet” he says through a smirk, letting go of your foot.
You take a few steps backwards, glowering at him as he ties the bells to a loop on his trousers. They hang over his thighs with a jingle, silver metal glimmering in the moonlight.
He looks back up at you, eyes twinkling with an unusual sparkle.
There’s that look again…
“Go” he commands, his body tensing up into a defensive stance immediately, ready for you.
You fix your gaze on the shiny metal of your goal and hurl yourself forward, your arms meeting each other’s in blows and defences. You throw a few kicks to his stomach, making him tumble but not enough to knock him out.
You shift your stance, before directing another punch to his face; he deflects it, sniggering.
Okay okay okay, I’m not focusing. I need to focus.
You take a deep breath.
Kakashi stands waiting, his features emanating pure amusement.
You feel a restlessness brewing within you, a strange energy buzzing through your veins. You’d been itching to punch him in the face and now’s your chance.
You watch him, mentally calculating all your options. His silver hair shines like moonbeams in the dark.
FOCUS.
Drawing a kunai from your bag, you lunge forward, distracting him with a kick to the head as your kunai slashes through the air, just about to cut across the strings when— your hand is caught in his grasp, a ‘slap!’ cutting through the air as his palm clasps around your wrist.
He bores into you, your wrist held firmly in his hand as he turns you around swiftly, gripping both your wrists at the back.
You feel the muscles of his chest against your body as he comes closer, the metal bells hanging over his leg brushing against your fingertips behind you.
You wriggle your hands, trying to break free but it’s in vain. His grip is firm, slender fingers digging into your skin as he leans into your ears, his warm breath tickling your skin.
“Not so fast” he whispers, his lips almost brushing the top of your ears.
The words send a shudder through your spine. You feel the black sky closing in on you, there’s a hum springing through your veins.
He loosens his grip as your hands fall, the kunai held limply in your hand. You turn around, your heart skipping a beat at how close he is to you. You feel your resolve weakening.
No.
No.
Stop.
Your hand flies to the collar of his shirt, the other hand holding the kunai to his throat as you push him backwards with your body, your eyes blazing into his.
Keeping the kunai at his throat, you lower your other hand slowly, brushing it down his chest, his muscles taut under your hand. You trail your hand down along the line of his sternum, down the firmness of his stomach and further down, your fingers lightly caressing the bulge of his trousers before they almost make contact with the bells alongside, right there, just a flick away—
so close—
Before your wrist is caught in a sudden, fast clutch again.
His grip is much stronger this time, unyielding, hungry. Your bones ache beneath his hold.
You watch something ignite in his eyes as his shoulders rise and fall in rhythm to your heaves. You suddenly realise how out of breath you are.
In the flash of a moment, Kakashi grips your kunai holding hand, holding it away from his throat as he pushes you, the weight of his body pressing onto yours as your feet scrape along the ground, stumbling backwards till your back slams against a tree, the force making your body jolt. The kunai slips from your hand.
His arms pin you defenceless against the tree, his gaze holding you hostage, burning through your skin.
The touch of his skin against yours feels alien. When was the last time you felt the warmth of someone’s skin? You cannot recall.
He’s so close to you, you cannot see anything beyond him.
In the dark, under the moonlight, the edges of his face look softened.
A wind passes by, the sound of rustling leaves filling through the silence. A volcano erupts within you.
Now.
You gulp. Up this close, you can make out the outline of his mouth.
Now.
Your lips press into Kakashi’s in a desperate lurch, your neck straining to meet him as far as his grip on you allows. Your heart explodes like firecrackers inside your chest as your tongue pushes against the cloth of his mask, demanding to be let in.
You feel his grip loosen around your wrists as the mask is off and he reciprocates, his lips on yours, his hand gripping your chin up as his tongue moves in fervent swirls inside your mouth.
A thousand questions swarm inside your head, buzzing but you’re not being controlled by your head anymore. You can feel the thud of his chest against your own.
He trails his hand down to your throat, holding you in place, other hand exploring every edge and curve of your body before it snakes down the waistband of your shorts, down the elastic of your underwear.
You gasp, arching your back as you feel the touch of his long fingers down there, moaning helplessly into his mouth as he rubs along your wet entrance in rapid strokes.
Your head is a dizzy mess of jumbled emotions as yearning overpowers your senses, your previous resolve weakening into a mushy puddle with every stroke and thrum of his fingers inside you.
He pulls away from your mouth to leave sloppy kisses down your neck, his tongue painting patterns along your skin as you catch a glimpse of his face and you see it— his face, glowing under the moonlight. And you realise.
He’s…beautiful.
An overwhelming ache breaks through your senses, creating a frenzied whirlwind of passion and agony in your mind. Your detestation for him crumbles into pieces underneath the weight of your desire, as you realise…
You don’t hate him.
You never did.
Not even close.
Not even a little bit.
Not even at all.
You pull his face up to meet your lips again, planting urgent kisses on his mouth as your hands tease the hem of his shirt. His fingers slip out of you and you can feel the wetness of your panties, soaked through with arousal.
“Kakashi…” you whisper in pleasure as he looms over you, your foreheads touching, out of breath and heaving with exhilaration. His eyes burn with the same passion that you feel inside.
“We can’t…shouldn’t…here…people...” you mutter in struggled breaths, as he plants another kiss to your lips, the sparks from it fogging your mind
“Since when do you care about people?” he whispers against your ear, his raspy voice enough to strip you off of all your remaining sense and judgement.
You pull his shirt over his head in one swift motion, throwing it to the ground beside as he follows, taking off your shirt and then unhooking your bra, tossing both away as his hands reach for you in hungry clutches.
His hands caress your breasts, pressing them and pulling on your hardened nipples, his mouth following soon after. His lips lock around them, sucking hard as you bury your face into his broad shoulders, biting lightly to keep yourself from screaming.
You sink your fingers into his hair, tugging softly as his mouth moves in a wet trail further down your body, strands of his hair tickling your stomach as he goes, his hands tugging your panties, sliding them down the curves of your hips.
Your heart thuds in your ears as Kakashi sits crouching in front of you, parting your legs. He looks up at you, as if asking for your permission, and you give it to him by pulling the back of his head closer between your legs.
He puts your right leg over his shoulder, spreading you for him, his other hand clutching the back of your left thigh as his mouth teases you down there.
The tip of his tongue flicks at your entrance, before it finds your weakest spot, and you feel your body shuddering, barely able to keep your balance.
You tug at his hair harder as his tongue moves skilfully inside you, fingers rubbing your swollen clit simultaneously. You feel every nerve ending in your body come alive as you moan out his name “K-Kakashi…” through trembling lips.
Your insides shudder and a deep moan forms at the back of your throat, threatening to escape as Kakashi puts his hand over your mouth, before pulling you down on top of him with a sudden tug.
You come down with a thud on his thighs, your body jolting with the force as you watch him in front of you, the copy ninja… bare bodied and heaving in front of your eyes.
Who would have thought…
You straddle him, admiring his unclad torso, before pushing his shoulders down with your hands, making him lie back on the grass as you stoop over him. His eyes are fixated on you, pure pleasure making itself known on his face.
He really is beautiful.
You bend forward, your mouth exploring the smoothness of the skin on his chest, as a strange cold feeling down there distracts you.
You look down, squinting in the dark to find yourself sitting on two glimmering metal balls placed over his thigh.
The bells.
A thrill runs through your nerves as you smirk, glancing up at him.
He’s noticed it too.
His eyes return the same sparkle of mischief as yours as he lies still, waiting.
You press your hands down on his chest, locking your gaze with his as you position yourself over the bells, tilting your head back as you move back and forth over them.
The cold metal of the bells rubs against you, sending tremors through your entire body.
Your gaze at Kakashi again, watching him squirm at the sight of you, his hands twitching to feel your skin.
You keep your eyes on him as you slide down slightly on his thigh, tugging his trousers down as you go. Your hands find the base of his cock as you allow yourself to admire his throbbing length.
He leans his head back on the grass and you feel him getting harder in your hands.
Forming your hand into a fist around him, you move it up and down along his shaft in slow steady strokes, leaning down to bring your mouth closer to his tip, before swirling your tongue in circles around his skin.
His hips tremble as he clutches onto the grass, writhing.
Your lips clasp around his cock, mouth slurping up and down his length, taking your time sliding down to the base and back up, your hands following suit.
You tease him, switching between the tip of your tongue and your whole mouth, sending sparks of pleasure shooting through him.
He quivers and you sit back up, bending forward over his face and pressing your lips on his. A groan from his mouth erupts inside yours as he clutches your hips.
His hands guide your hips back and forth over his length, your lips trembling as he slips into you, his cock finally inside you, pushing into you, filling you as deep as you can be filled.
A new rush of pleasure burns through your senses, your insides stretching as you move your hips around him, back and forth and then in circles.
“A-a-ah...mm…yeah…”, your muffled moans cut through the depths of the forest in the silence of the night.
Kakashi breathes your name, the eruption of your name from his lips enough to send you to a frenzy, filling your heart with drunken fervour.
You moan his name back in reply, hopping up and down on him as his arm snakes behind your waist and he flips you over in a sudden, swift movement, the weight of his body falling over you now.
You arch your back, pushing your hips up to meet his, unwilling to break away even for a second.
You want him so, so bad.
The pointy peaks of grass underneath poke your skin, your nails digging into his back as he nibbles on your neck, thrusting deep, deep into you.
You feel the familiar shudder from earlier again, your mind getting clouded with waves of pleasure coursing through you. Kakashi’s grunts quaver in your ear as you feel his hips jerk in tune to yours.
There’s a tantalizing jolt of ecstasy through your body as you scream out, your quivering voice matching his grunts as you both put a hand over the other’s mouth, your muffled moans melting into each other’s skin. He quivers inside you for a final time before you feel him slipping out of you, as hot wet cum trickles along the insides of your thighs, dripping into the dewy grass beneath.
Droplets of sweat from his hair drips down on you, tasting salty in your mouth. You heave together in exhaustion as he plops down on you, before rolling to the side.
You lie on your back panting, your entire body damp with sweat.
Languor threatens to take over you as you struggle to keep your eyes open, looking up into the night sky.
You see a firefly glowing above your head. You lift a lazy hand to reach it, but it flies away far above, becoming one with the twinkling stars in the sky.
Soft sounds of Kakashi’s breath echo beside you, his foot still touching yours lightly as the both of you lie heaving under the stars.
He turns his head to look at you and you can feel his eyes on you as you try, with all the fibres in your body, to not look back at him.
You know you won’t be able to hold yourself together any longer if you do.
He extends a hand towards you. “That was…”
“Sshhh… Shut up” you say in a slumberous whisper, moving closer into his arm, putting your own around him, your head buried into chest as you feel your eyes getting heavy…not able to stay awake anymore. You feel Kakashi envelope you in his arms, the warmth from his skin against the cold air lulling you to sleep, your mind becoming foggy as you close your eyes, slowly drifting off somewhere far, far away…
--------------------------------------------------
Your eyes open to the chirping of birds perched on the branches above, rays of morning light casting a rosy glow in the horizon.
You watch the half light in the distance, rubbing your eyes, smiling to yourself.
The night had taken with it the black clouds of denial fogging your mind, your heart is as clear as day now.
You turn your head just in time to see Kakashi opening his eyes, his eyes puffy, imprints of grass marking his soft cheek.
You smile at him as he looks at you, lips curled into a sleepy smile. “Good morning” he yawns, tapping over his mouth with his palm.
“I won.”
“Hmm?” he asks groggily, eyes still adjusting to the light.
You hold up the two small bells in front of him, they jingle over his face.
He chuckles. “I don’t think so. It’s past dawn”
“I took them off before. I won.”
He laughs again, his face lighting up in a way you’d never seen before. He looks even more beautiful in the daylight.
“In all fairness y/n, there are no losers here.”
You laugh along with him now, reaching across and smoothening the imprints on his cheek, keeping your hand there, cupping his cheek.
“So, I passed?” you ask, looking at him, inching closer.
He looks back at you, with the same look from earlier in his eyes.
But you’re not turning yourself blind to it anymore.
“Top of the class” he laughs, pulling you closer, nuzzling your nose with his before pressing his lips into yours.

Sonic the Hedgehog Analyzer, Issue #33: Chao Races and Badnik Bases (Part 1)
Tumblr media
Welcome to The Chao Races and Badnik Bases Arc, where we finally return back to the main story after we had found out what happened to the main and/or recurring villains: Starline, Zavok, Mimic, Rough and Tumble, and Eggman. So, how about adding one more villain to the roster?
Tumblr media
We start off being outside Tails’ workshop. Sonic is lying on a tree, listening to Rouge, Amy, Tails and Omega. Apparently, Rouge had gotten some kind of code from the Faceship and is hoping Tails could make some sense of it. Aside from that, he also needs to fully rebuild Omega. Fortunately, they have most of the parts from when he fell apart at the party.
Tails notes that, if he could get into Eggman’s network, he could find the cipher for the blueprints and fix Omega. Rouge is happy about the news and decides to leave. Cue Sonic jumping inside and telling them about the Egg Base at Windmill Village, inviting Amy to join them. Amy, while certainly wanting to go along with Sonic, is not happy about the idea of going to the dark, cold underground dealing with rusty Badniks. Tails also adds that he needs a part-set from an E-100 series to properly rebuild Omega, so Rouge volunteers to get him one.
She explains how one can find Eggman tech at the White Park, and knows a guy who can help them: Clutch, who is also the park’s reigning champion of the White Park Chao Racing Circuit. Rouge adds how they’ll have to go undercover, and notes how they should participate at the Chao Races. Amy is reasonably suspicious of Rouge’s plan, but they still make the call to Cream.
Tumblr media
Vanilla answers the phone, with Amy asking her for permission to let Cream and Cheese tag along for the Chao Races in White Park, explaining the situation. Amy also adds how they would do the same in Gemerl’s situation, so wouldn’t Omega deserve a chance as well? Vanilla agrees with that sentiment, adding how Gemerl is damaged, and Amy assures him that Tails can fix him. Cream then asks her to let them go help, with Vanilla agreeing, as long as Amy and Gemerl are with her. Cream is quite happy about that.
Speaking of which... Treasure Team Tango anyone? We got Rouge, Amy and Cream working together again.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, near Windmill Village, Sonic and Tails are visiting an old Egg Base, which Sonic had spotted during one of his runs. Tails looks a bit nervous, so Sonic teases him about the base being haunted by ghost Badniks.
Well, it certainly seems to be haunted by a Badnik.
Tumblr media
They find a room with a computer, with Tails being happy to get it started. Sonic is a little unnerved by the dolls of himself, Tails and Knuckles scattered around the base. Honestly, I would to. We know what the Tails doll is capable of.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, Amy, Rouge, Cream, Cheese and Gemerl are on their way to White Park. Amy figures she could enjoy a bit of a vacation, only to almost run someone over! That being? Shadow!
Okay, buddy, I know Sonic has a thing for dramatic entrances, but I didn’t know you shared the same sentiment.
But, no, seriously, what the hell were you doing in the middle of the road?
Tumblr media
Amy voices my question, but Shadow notes that it doesn’t concern her (while trying to climb over a guardrail (dude, just jump over it; it doesn’t look that tall). Amy then asks him whether he wants to help them with fixing Omega, but Shadow refuses, saying he’s not interested.
According to Ian, Sega says that Team Dark is no longer a thing and the name is strictly a marketing term. The three members are not a team and they have never worked for G.U.N. (despite the fact that Rouge has been depicted as working for G.U.N. in several games, such as Sonic Adventure 2 and Shadow the Hedgehog); Shadow also doesn't even consider them friends. (Sonic the Hedgehog (IDW)/Executive Meddling)
Tumblr media
I’ll just leave it at that. I’ve been bitching enough about Team Dark’s circumstances and the fact that their dynamic from Sonic ‘06 isn’t canon anymore. Honestly, I just wish Shadow would show at least some concern regarding Omega.
Still, I’m not done with this discussion.
Amy notes how Shadow is a grump, but Rouge tells her that he was just being polite and that they’ll probably see him again. They soon arrive at the chateau, with Rouge telling them to call her Facet, revealing she got Omega in her trunk. We also see a certain figure wearing a heavy coat.
Tumblr media
Their attention is drawn by Omochao, a robotic Chao who serves as an announcer, telling them to register for the Chao Races. While Amy goes to find a good spot for them to watch the race, Rouge, Cream and Gemerl go to register Cheese for it. Omochao points out that Cream is underage, but Rouge quickly saves the situation by claiming she was referring to herself. Omochao explains the rules, with Cream wishing Cheese good luck.
Tumblr media
Cream questions Rouge about lying, but Rouge assures her that a little lie won’t hurt anyone. Gemerl just registers that Rouge has a disposition towards deception, with Rouge saying how he’s not fun. Rouge then points out Clutch, and I have to say, the villain of this arc looks rather intriguing.
The race starts, with Cheese getting kicked in the back by a Dark Chao who looks like Shadow. Amy and Cream cheer for him and Cheese manages to make it to the finish line, registering for the race tomorrow.
Tumblr media
Cream and Rouge celebrate Cheese’s victory, while Cheese suspiciously observes the Dark Chao, who just grins back.
Tumblr media
Amy admits that it was pretty fun, only for them to get ambushed by Clutch. Rouge quickly takes over the conversation, with Clutch giving her his card, noting how he wanted to meet up and talk with all new Chao trainers, calling Cheese exceptional. Rouge accepts the invitation.
Amy is suspicious, noting how it was too easy, but Rouge assures her she can handle things and she already knows Clutch is up to something. Rouge tells them to go ahead and book a room, while she and Omega go talk to Clutch. They find the penthouse, which is cluttered with all kinds of stuff.
Tumblr media
Clutch is happy she found him, calling Rouge by her real name. Clutch points out that he’s sitting on a fortune, while she’s a world-famous thief, so this was bound to happen eventually. Rouge prefers the term “treasure hunter”, with Clutch offering her a deal.
Being a Chao trainer, he’s interested in Cheese. If Cheese can win the race tomorrow, he’ll give Rouge anything she wants from his collection, but in exchange for Cheese himself. He also adds how he treats his Chao well, as long as they’re winning for him. Rouge doesn’t look to happy about the offer, telling him she’ll think over it. Clutch tries to convince her by offering some of the gemstones and honestly, while we know that Rouge would love to have them, she isn’t that greedy... or stupid.
Tumblr media
Omega questions her, with Rouge telling him how she won’t give Cheese away, but Clutch doesn’t know that, deciding to give Omega (or rather, his head) a job to do.
She then exits the room, only to see someone standing at the end of the hallway (why does this scene remind me of The Shining?). The figure takes their hood off, with Rouge being stunned to see them.
Tumblr media
We then cut to outside, with Shadow standing on the top of the building, overlooking the amusement park. Apparently, he’s still after Eggman, searching for a bot-trader. He considers joining Amy, Cream and Rouge for a moment, only to decide against, noting how this isn’t his problem.
He suddenly sees a figure running across the rooftop... and it’s Starline. We know it’s Starline as he’s using the Tricore. Shadow is suspicious, figuring the rumors are true after all and lands right in front of Starline.
Tumblr media
Starline speeds off, catching Shadow off guard, but Shadow follows him. However, just as he catches up to Starline, questioning the latter whether he works for Eggman, only for Starline to grab a piece of a wooden beam and whacks Shadow right across the chest with it. Man, that has to hurt!
Tumblr media
The last we see is Shadow falling off a building, Starline standing over him. It is a neat cliffhanger, but let’s be honest here, we know Shadow will survive this fall.
Oh, and speaking of Shadow, I do have some things to say about him, but I’ll leave that for another time.

The sun was nearing the horizon, casting the Overgrown in a golden glow. The castle was beginning to take shape, but they had unfortunately run low on materials, and Joel and Lizzie weren’t back from their gathering trip yet. So for the moment, they all just sat in the half-constructed shell of a castle, having light conversation as they waited for Joel and Lizzie to arrive. But soon enough, the conversation dwindled into an awkward silence. That is, until Gem stood up with a determined look in her eyes and a gentle smile.
“Why don’t we head to my empire for dinner? We’ve been working hard all day and could use a break!” she said brightly. Jimmy wasn’t sure how he felt about Gem quite yet, after everything that had happened- but she and Pearl had been a huge help. Meanwhile Shelby looked intrigued by the offer, and while Katherine first nervously glanced to the horizon, she looked back to Gem with a smile.
“That is very kind of you, Gem. I’d love to- we should probably just leave a note for Joel and Lizzie to let them know where we’ve gone,” Katherine said, standing up as well. Gem looked to Jimmy semi-nervously- and well, Jimmy was always a bit of a softie, wasn’t he? He smiled at Gem and stood up too.
“That does sound nice, thank you for inviting us,” Jimmy said. Gem beamed, and Pearl looked relieved as she stood up next to Gem.
“Well, you definitely won’t see me complaining about free food!” Shelby chimed in, hopping up to her feet. That caused the group to break into laughter, and the air between them felt comfortable again.
Once Katherine had written the note and put it where Lizzie and Joel could easily find it, the five of them (minus Pearl, who had wings) equipped their elytra and flew off to the Crystal Cliffs. When they first arrived there, everything seemed normal. The grand cliffs themselves, the buildings nestled in and around them, the towers- it was a beautiful and mystical place. But there was something blue, white, and gold that stood out in a heap on the ground near one of the buildings- a very familiar something blue, white and gold.
“Oh my god-” Gem started, landing on the ground beside the figure.
“Is that-” Pearl said, unable to finish the thought as she landed just behind Gem.
“Scott?” Jimmy finished, voice shaking as he came in for a bit of an unsteady landing a few feet away from where Scott laid on the ground, breathing shallow and upon a closer look, something red pulsing and spreading beneath his skin like some sort of vine. Jimmy barely registered Katherine and Shelby landing on either side of him, too focused on what was before him.
“This- this red stuff reminds me of the redstone spikes in Fwhip’s empire- or maybe something from the nether?” Gem pondered as she knelt beside Scott, a purple glow coming over her hand as she reached out towards the infection in his arm.
“I’ve seen that before,” Shelby said, voice sounding distant and laced with horror. Everyone turned to look at her, surprised to hear such a terrified tone of voice from the usually enthusiastic gnome.
“The infection?” Pearl asked.
“The corruption. I’ve seen it happen to my people back home, until it consumed them until there was nothing left- it’s why I came here, to try and find a cure or some way to stop it. But nothing worked,” Shelby explained shakily, sounding like she was on the verge of tears. Jimmy felt like he was going to cry too- and some awful part of himself thought that he should be glad that this happened to Scott, that it served him right after betraying Jimmy and breaking his heart- but he couldn’t. Despite everything Scott had done, despite never wanting to see Scott again- none of that meant that Jimmy didn’t want a world where the winged elf wasn’t in it. And what about what Pearl had said? Scott didn’t seem happy with Fwhip either, but now Jimmy would never know the truth. Not if it died with Scott.
Jimmy was so wrapped up in his conflicted mess of emotions that he didn’t even notice that someone else had flown in until Katherine let out a sharp gasp. He tore his gaze away from Scott to see what had caused that reaction from Katherine- and saw Fwhip. A mix of anger and terror boiled in his veins and swirled in his stomach at the sight of him. Fwhip looked baffled to see so many people in Gem’s empire, and plastered on a forced friendly smile. Jimmy’s hand found Katherine’s, and she squeezed it back tightly with no intention of letting go.
“Gem! Hi, so I wanted to smooth things over- I think we left things on a bad note-”
“What did you do to Scott,” Gem demanded, cutting off Fwhip as she stood up from beside Scott. Purple sparks danced in the air around her, and Jimmy swallowed nervously- he didn’t think he had ever seen Gem seem so intimidating before. Jimmy was relieved to see that Fwhip looked nervous too.
“Well, I haven’t seen Scott since our meeting, he seemed upset when he left- weird that he ended up here- y’know I was actually gonna go and talk to him after you-”
“If by talk, you mean do whatever you did to Scott to us?!” Pearl demanded, hand on the hilt of her sword as she took a step forward to stand beside Gem.
“I didn’t-”
“I’ve had enough of your lies, Fwhip. What. Did. You. Do,” Gem said evenly. Fwhip swallowed nervously, before sighing and finally giving in.
“Okay, so I may have set a few traps in his empire and got Sausage to help me with letting a raid infiltrate his village and the surrounding lands- but I figured Scott could handle a few traps and some mobs, it was only meant to be a warning, I never meant to kill him! He must have really gotten soft if he couldn’t deal with it,” Fwhip rambled. Gem and Pearl seemed semi-satisfied with his answer, but Pearl kept her hand on her sword and purple sparks still danced around Gem. But there was something that Fwhip said that bothered Jimmy, and along with what Pearl had said… guilt was beginning to settle in the pit of his stomach.
“What do you mean by that?” Jimmy asked tentatively. Fwhip let out a harsh laugh, turning to Jimmy incredulously.
“The idiot actually fell for you. He was just supposed to be a distraction, a contingency plan to make sure you wouldn’t be trouble. But he got in too deep, and look where that got him,” Fwhip scoffed, looking down at Scott’s deathly still form in disdain. Guilt was crashing on Jimmy in waves now. He had pushed Scott away. Scott had actually cared about him and he pushed him away. And then he had no one to go to for help when Fwhip decided to send a “warning” and got hurt as a result.
“You’re lucky I’m a pacifist,” Katherine spat, more angry than Jimmy had ever heard her. He wished he could have shared her anger, shouted at Fwhip too- but Jimmy just felt numb.
“Well unluckily for Fwhip, I don’t have that problem,” Pearl fumed, drawing her sword. Fwhip started to scramble back as Pearl leapt at him. His backwards stumble turned into a run, and Pearl kept pace with him just fine, using her wings if necessary and brandishing her sword to chase him away.
“Pearl can handle him- can you three help me get Scott to the apothecary? I’d do it by myself, but he’s tall and there’s the bulk of his wings to worry about too,” Gem asked, looking down at Scott worriedly.
“Erm- right, of course,” Jimmy said, letting go of Katherine’s hand to join Gem at Scott’s side.
“Hold on- go to the other side and help me turn him over,” Gem said. Jimmy did as she asked, and being mindful of his wings, the two of them gently rolled Scott over so he was on his back. Scott was feverish to the touch, and even unconscious his expression was contorted with pain.
“He’s hot,” Jimmy said, distant horror in his tone.
“Now isn’t the time for that, Jimmy,” Gem teased, trying to lessen the tension in the air. Jimmy’s face scrunched up in irritation as he half-heartedly glared at her.
“He has a fever, Gem,” Jimmy huffed. Gem laughed nervously.
“I know, I know, just trying to make this less terrible than it is,” Gem sighed. Jimmy gave her a weak smile, and together the two of them gently lifted Scott up. Jimmy ended up mostly holding Scott, while Gem supported his wings. Scott’s head lolled against his shoulder, labored breaths fanning his neck. Jimmy should have felt embarrassed or flustered, cradling Scott like this- but he was too concerned with how limp and unresponsive Scott felt in his arms.
“I’ll get the doors for you!” Shelby offered, quickly making her way over to the apothecary door. Katherine hovered around Jimmy and Gem semi-anxiously, making sure that they had a good hold on Scott as they made their way over to the apothecary. But all went well, and they were able to safely transport Scott into one of the apothecary beds. He had begun to shiver and tremble every so often now, and Jimmy could have sworn the corruption had spread, reaching his fingertips.
“There’s gotta be a way to stop that, or at least slow it down,” Gem murmured in thought, pulling up a chair to sit at Scott’s side. She reached out to the cut where the corruption on Scott’s arm stemmed from, hand glowing purple again. She closed her hand over it, and her eyes began to glow the same purple as her hand. But then the glow flickered, turning red for a moment before it dissipated entirely and Gem drew her hand back with a yelp, stumbling backwards out of her seat beside Scott’s bed. Jimmy scrambled over to help her up, eyes darting nervously between her and Scott.
“Is everything alright? I chased Fwhip off, but I swear if he’s done something in here…” Pearl trailed off as she walked into the apothecary, eyes zeroing on Gem as she rubbed at her temples.
“I’m fine. The corruption- it fought back. It’s… alive, somehow,” Gem said with morbid curiosity in her tone.
“It’s a type of fungus. That’s as much as my people could figure out before I came here to try and find a cure. The red stuff is everywhere in my old home- even if you tried to get rid of it, it would just come back. And in the cases where it latched onto a person… there was no getting it out,” Shelby explained, sounding like she was going to cry. Gem hummed thoughtfully.
“Did you try any sort of magic with it?” she asked.
“No, my people were not magic-users- in fact I’d hardly seen magic before I came here, where the air seems charged with the stuff,” Shelby replied, gesturing around her. A determined expression came over Gem’s face.
“Then I’m not gonna stop trying. I don’t know if I can fully fight off the corruption, but I definitely think I can slow its spread. In the meantime, we’re gonna need to get Scott’s fever down- at this rate, that’ll kill him before the corruption will,” Gem said, resting the back of her hand on Scott’s forehead and frowning.
“He’s probably a little beat-up too- Fwhip did say he trapped his empire,” Katherine added. Gem nodded in agreement.
“We’ll need cool water and cloth to make a compress for his forehead- and I should have some healing potions around here- it couldn’t hurt to brew some more though too, just in case,” Gem rambled, starting to stand up before Pearl put up a hand.
“You two stay here with Scott, I know where you keep things around here. Katherine, Shelby and I can worry about getting things for you,” she soothed. Jimmy tilted his head in confusion.
“Wait, I can help get things too…” Jimmy trailed off uncertainly.
“You can help if you want. I just figured you’d wanna stick by Scott,” Pearl shrugged with a gentle smile. Jimmy flushed slightly as he looked down at the floor, away from Pearl’s knowing stare.
“I… yeah. I’ll stick by Scott,” he said softly, gaze shifting to look at the winged elf who always managed to make his emotions into a muddled mess. Scott was an enemy, a friend, a- a something, then an enemy again- but whatever Scott was to Jimmy now, he knew one thing: he wasn’t letting Scott out of his sight again. Doing so the last time caused this to happen. He had to be there if- no, when Scott woke up. He had to apologize for pushing him away, and hope that maybe Scott still cared about him after everything that had happened to accept it.

Tumblr media
You could only assume that something was about to go down. What you didn’t know just quite yet was if it would be violent: truly a worrying unknown. You hoped not, but then again, Rock Lee’s insistence felt ambiguous at best. He refused to answer any of your questions. And so for the moment, the only thing that felt certain boiled down to Lee’s vice grip on your wrist as he heaved you out of your apartment. You sighed. Everything else that escaped Lee’s lips you found useless at best. With nothing else to work with but a few ramblings about youth, you didn’t bother trying to pry more than you had already.
He hardly gave you any time to prepare and you hoped that you could chalk it up to his overeager nature and not a village-wide emergency. He led you, tugging you across the village. You stumbled over your own feet as you struggled to keep up with his fast pace. He pulled you over rooftops and through busy crowds of people who quickly grew not too pleased with the pair of you as you pushed through.
“Are you not going to tell me where we’re going?” You pleaded, grasping at his wrist. You might as well have asked a rhetorical question or perhaps even not at all. Lee looked back at you for a split second with a wide grin.
“Nope!” He answered before almost crashing you into a wall. You swiveled out of the way with a shriek, still tethered to Lee, and silently thanked your shinobi reflexes. Surely, they saved you from much in this world.
When Lee finally stopped in front of your destination, it was abrupt. You probably should have expected as much, but ultimately didn’t have time to think about it as you fell onto your backside. You crashed into Lee’s lean and muscular back. And unfazed, Lee threw up his arms in show as if unveiling a grand magic trick. He shrieked to the sky above.
“We are here!” You finally shifted your attention to Shushu-ya’s storefront. You blinked, slowly and hesitantly turned to Lee whose face shone like he just won a million ryō. You picked yourself off of the ground and squinted as you brushed yourself off, wondering if there was something about Lee’s presentation that you missed.
“It’s not on fire… or destroyed,” you pointed out with more than a fair bit of skepticism in your voice. Lee glanced up at the storefront with visible confusion. He turned his attention to you and then to the storefront.
“No it is not!” he bellowed, deciding to plaster on a wide grin. Your fingers weaved together as you rocked on your heels and let out a relieved sigh.
“Lee, is this an elaborate way of inviting me out to dinner?” Lee’s features contorted into a deep worry which made you immediately concerned once again. He yelled out something incoherent before taking your wrist again. You braced yourself for news of the village’s doom.
“I completely forgot! Everyone is waiting for us!” And before you could question him, you were tugged inside. He threw open the door, once again almost hitting you in the face as he did. Too focused on your dodging, it took you a second to take in what awaited you inside of the restaurant. “Everyone! I apologize for the delay!”
You turned and couldn’t hide your surprised gaping. Shikamaru, Shino, Neji, Naruto and Sakura were all sat around a rectangular table. Neji scoffed, neatly aligning his chopsticks on his napkin with disinterest.
“About time—” He rolled his eyes— “Lee went to get you a half hour ago.” Lee tried to guide you to the table, but you remained where you stood, unmoving. Lee gave you another slight pull, but you couldn’t even look at him. You couldn’t look at any of them. You quickly excused yourself with a shaky promise of coming right back and left out the front door.
Shikamaru let out a sigh, not one of exasperation, but a sigh nonetheless. He lazily moved to stand, but Shino planted a heavy hand on his shoulder.
“I got her,” he said in his usual Aburame monotone and stood up in Shikamaru’s place. The Nara, on the other hand, sat back in his spot with the newfound relief that he wouldn’t have to get up.
You were trying to catch your breath when Shino found you outside. You hugged your arms to your chest and faced Shino with your posture small. He stood a comfortable distance away, ever-unimposing. Shino buried his hands in his pockets, his back straight but shoulders slouched.
“It’s not a joke is it?” you asked. Shino frowned, slightly perplexed by your question.
“When have you known me to be in on jokes?” You pursed your lips, bobbing your head slightly. You kept nodding and cleared your throat. Your knee bent as you mirrored Shino’s posture, though a bit more nervously.
“It’s not out of pity, then, is it? For me? Because I don’t wanna be here if people are just here out of pity.” Shino took in a deep, discrete breath.
“This group of people wanted to have a meal with friends. Why would that be about you?” You hummed, casting your gaze away from him, flustered. You opened your mouth before shutting it again. Shino waited patiently for your response. He had always been blunt like a wood hammer and to some extent, Shino knew that. After all, he usually didn’t know how to navigate moments such as these. But he would try. “No. If there was a joke, it would be new to me. I was invited to dine with my friends and nothing more.”
“You really think of me as a friend?”
“I could ask you the same. I thought that we’ve been friends for a while.” Shino didn’t hesitate in his response. You stared up into his dark glasses, blinking.
“Yes, of course, Shino. We always have been. I guess I’m just shocked, that’s all. With everything, I mean.” Shino gave a slight nod, but nothing more. He had never been one for outward expression of emotion and he wasn’t about to start now.
“If you’re uncomfortable you don’t have to stay. I can walk you home if that’s what you’d feel better doing.”
You took a moment to think and Shino once again waited patiently. You sat on the ground next to the building. Shino took a step forward and motioned to the space next to you with his palm. You gave him a nod and he sat. The two of you gazed out at the village. Even in its most populated parts, Konoha looked exceptionally beautiful in the summer. Plantlife grew all around you and you wondered if Shino admired it as much as you did.
You didn’t think for long. You didn’t have to before you went to stand. Shino got up quicker than you and lent you a hand. You turned towards the entrance with him at your side and shook your head.
“No, this is nice. Sorry, a lot’s gone on recently. I think I’m just overthinking, you know?” You looked up at Shino but he didn’t look down at you.
“Well?” he asked simply, “Isn’t there something you should be doing then? Everyone’s waiting inside to order.” You perked up, moving to scurry inside but Shino grabbed you gently by both arms as he blocked your path to the door. He lowered himself, but with a frown. “What? I thought you always carried it with you.” The thought dawned on you as his large hands shrunk away.
You reached into your pocket and fiddle with your clicker. Shino looked at you expectantly. And with a single click, Shino ushed you inside.
A second round of drinks were already on the table by the time you took your place in between Shino and Shikamaru. Despite still being a bit uneasy, as you glanced around the table, you couldn’t help but feel a certain amount of warmth beginning to grow in your chest. Naruto and Lee turned to you, mischief shining in their eyes.
“We’re gonna order the whole menu, right?” Naruto looked at you expectantly, holding up the laminated menu like a holy prize. You let yourself laugh, nose crinkling up as you nodded.
“Of course!”
***
You seemed happy. Or at least that’s what Shikamaru thought. The appetizers kept coming and the more you ate the more you spoke. Shikamaru wondered if this is what it would have been like if anyone came with you the week before. As much as he’d like to think so, he knew that if he bothered to ask, you both would come to the same conclusion. By far, this was nicer.
A few figures walked past outside. Shikamaru’s irises drifted to the corner of his eye as he glanced out the window where his gaze fell onto Kiba. Ino, Choji, Sai, and Hinata encompassed the group that crowded around the Inuzuka, but even though chatter surrounded him, his eyes locked with Shikamaru’s through the glass. Their passage past Shushu-ya felt slowed in time. Shikamaru slowly rose from his seat. You tugged at his sleeve.
“You’re not leaving are you, Shikamaru?” A small, hopeful smile clung onto your lips, oblivious to the world outside of your little table. You stared up at him with bright eyes. Shikamaru leaned over, his breath ghosting the shell of your ear as you laughed with the others. You tilted your head to better hear him. He tapped a box of cigarettes on the table, his lighter tucked on top under his knuckles.
“I’ll be right back. Smoke break.” You nodded before turning back to the table, unsuspecting.
Kiba fell to the back of the group and gave a feeble excuse to allow the others to go on without him. By the time Shikamaru stepped outside, the rest of the crew had left, expecting him to catch up soon. Kiba positioned himself away from the window and Shikamaru leaned up against the side of the building. He plucked out a single cigarette before offering the box to Kiba, who shook his head and held up an open palm. Shikamaru flicked the top back on the pack before shoving them back into his pocket. He lit the rolled paper, taking a deep, audible inhale before blowing out the smoke in a line. Kiba stood by: watching, waiting. Shikamaru tilted his head up, puckered lips relaxing as the last of the smoke poured out of the side of his mouth.
“That’s a pretty nice thing you set up in there,” Shikamaru stated simply and brought his cigarette back up to his lips. Kiba sputtered as he crossed his arms.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he scoffed, turning away to glance momentarily at you through the side of the window as you dined with your friends, “And even if I did, I don’t see why you’re making such a big deal out of it.”
Shikamaru raised a brow, but said nothing as he tapped a flurry of ashes onto the ground. Kiba had always been as stubborn and defensive as he was readable. His jaw clenched and his fingers dug slightly into his bicep. Kiba nearly pouted. Shikamaru studied his friend and found guilt, but that was something that Kiba already knew so Shikamaru wouldn’t go through the trouble of pointing it out. Shikamaru took another huff.
“No one’s making a big deal out of anything.”
Kiba’s nose crinkled. With his keen sense of smell, he couldn’t hide his disgust at Shikamaru’s poorly scented habit.
“Do you have to do that right now? When we’re talking?” Kiba barked, but Shikamaru simply shrugged off the edge to his tone. Shikamaru’s head turned to Kiba as he blew his smoke directly into Kiba’s face. The Inuzuka stepped back, waving his hand around wildly in the air in an attempt to disperse the stench into the air.
“This was my excuse to come out here. To talk to you, loser.” Shikamaru expected Kiba to put up a fight, but received nothing. Too wrapped up in his own thoughts, Kiba went quiet. He leaned back against the wall like Shikamaru with his head bowed toward the ground. He tapped his foot.
“Can’t a guy do something nice for someone and not make it some big deal about love or friendship or whatever?” Shikamaru threw the butt on his cigarette on the ground and squelched it out with his shoe.
“Wow,” he mouthed as he began to head back towards the door of Shushu-ya. He laid a hand on Kiba’s shoulder as he passed by, deciding to stop for a split second. “You know, Kiba, I wasn’t exactly listening this whole time and quite frankly, I don’t care—” Kiba scowled. —“but I do know that I didn’t say anything like that and that you, maybe, need to sort out your shit. All of you do and I don’t have the time, the energy, or the care to do anything about it.” Shikamaru gave Kiba a pat where his hand rested and went back inside.
When he came in you were waiting to greet him back to the table. A small plate of dumplings sat at his spot. He couldn’t help the tiny, blushing grin that tugged at the corners of his mouth.
“About time!” you yelled, “I didn’t know how long I could fend Naruto and Lee off of your food, Shikamaru!”
Shikamaru hummed, taking his seat next to you. You clicked, but Shikamaru couldn’t help but notice that the little noise became more scarce as the night went on.
You all ate your dinner together.
Notes: I’m not too sure how much I like how this turned out but I suppose I can’t keep postponing it. Hopefully with a bit of time, when I revisit it I’ll like it more.
Thank you to everyone who stuck by this series and gave your love and support. I’d ideally not like to milk it (because I think then people would get sick of this series), but maybe if I have some good ideas I’ll make like an epilogue or something. I hope that y’all got some sort of nice message about this. Maybe in time I’ll let y’all know what spurred this series on.
Lots of love, friends.
Thank you to all who liked, reblogged, followed and otherwise supported. Your support means so much and is greatly appreciated.

Dream SMP Recap (April 9/2021) - Interrogation
Tubbo does some interrogating, hoping to find out the truth about the missing nuke. Foolish joins in.
The mysterious messages continue.

Foolish
Tubbo
TommyInnit
Philza
Captain Puffy
Ranboo
---
- HBomb makes his way from the savannah village back to the main area. He explores around Kinoko and meets with Niki, who shows him her underground city.
- After Niki gets a grass block from an Enderman, HBomb mentions the glitched snow block he got a while back on September 24th, near his parkour challenge: the rarest block in the game. He and Niki leave the city to visit it.
- They reminisce about how HBomb joined the day of Schlatt’s inauguration, and the subject comes up of HBomb’s other characters.
- HBomb logs out and Thevir logs in. Thevir has arrived in the Dream Land. Rumors say, if you go to a special dream land, a green blob gives you more money than usual. Niki shows him around.
- Tubbo needs a way to interrogate people to figure out where the nuke went. He gathers resources to build.
- He remarks that it seems like the Egg is dying away.
SOMEONE NEEDS
TO TELL HIM
- Tubbo takes supplies from Eret and creates the desk of interrogation. He says he needs to scare people so that they take him seriously.
HE MUST GO TO
- Tubbo emphasizes that this room is for interrogation, not torture. He tries out different shaders to see what would look scariest
THE NORTH
- Tubbo turns on some acid shaders. He walks around the mansion and remarks that it’s even more cursed looking to the north.
- He goes down to the north gate to see what Foolish is up to and turns off the shaders. He decides to interrogate Foolish and tells Foolish to put all his belongings in two barrels.
- Tubbo leads Foolish to the interrogation room and tells him that he’s lost something valuable and needs Foolish to be honest with him.
IF ANYONE CAN
- When the nuke went missing, Foolish was online. Tubbo tells him only three people were on the server that day. Foolish says he was probably just building that day.
- Tubbo tells him that the missing “firework” is a very big deal. He asks, if Foolish were to steal something, what his motives would be
- Foolish says he’s just building for people. Tubbo asks about the other kingdom that Foolish is building for, and mentions that Foolish is a citizen of Snowchester. If this other kingdom wanted something of Snowchester’s, would Foolish mention anything?
- Foolish says no. He wouldn’t mention the vault or tell the people of the other kingdom about Snowchester’s “fireworks.” He only mentions things concerning the build.
- Tubbo asks if Foolish has ever seen any strange books. A very distinct book. One with a list of instructions. Foolish says no.
- Tubbo says it was more than just a valuable firework. He thinks Foolish is innocent and tells Foolish to walk with him. He leads Foolish to the confidential nuke factory and shows him.
- Foolish asks if it couldn’t have been stolen before. Tubbo tells him that the nuke was there five minutes before, and Foolish was working on the mansion.
- Foolish insists, though, that he has no motive to steal a nuke, as he’s a pacifist. Tubbo trusts him.
- Who would steal a nuke? Who would be an enemy of Snowchester?
HEAR THIS
- Foolish says there’s no one who seems to be on the war path right now.
- Tubbo tells him that he needs Foolish to gather reconnaissance on all the places he’s been building for. Foolish mentions that there’s another place that he’s been building for, but it’s a secret...there are too many voices, ears and eyes that could be listening. He’ll have to tell Tubbo later.
- Foolish suggests the Eggpire. He tells Tubbo about this event that the Eggpire is holding, a “bury the hatchet” kind of party. He, Sam and Puffy have been invited so far, but there will be more invitations.
- Whoever stole the nuke, they took a scuffed one. One with a dead man’s snitch. It leaks and poisons nature.
- Foolish asks about Sam. What about the prison guard? Tubbo says that Sam’s been couped up. Foolish says he’s worried about Sam, though. Tubbo tells him they’ll kill him someday, put him out of his misery. It wouldn’t be him.
- Tubbo and Foolish return to the interrogation room.
- Is there anyone who lives far away, where if they stored the nuke near their home, they wouldn’t know? Sam lives far away. HBomb lives far away, and Foolish built a mansion for him too, in the savannah. They should pay H a visit.
- They chase after HBomb (Thevir). They spot Niki at the Community House and think it’s H, following her through the Nether to the underground city.
I STASHED A
- They reach the city and see Niki and Thevir together. The two run, and Tubbo and Foolish pan out to look for them.
- Tubbo and Foolish speak with Niki, who insists that she doesn’t know where HBomb is. Niki says H isn’t here, Thevir is here.
- Niki explained that earlier, she showed H around her city and they went to the L’cast area, at which point HBomb’s game crashed and Thevir joined, and Niki has been showing him around.
- Tubbo and Foolish stumble across Thevir hiding in a corner and talk to Niki, who tells them it’s Thevir and not HBomb.
- Tubbo and Foolish tell Niki they lost a weapon and try to waterboard Thevir. (Thevir says that he’s been tortured before and he’s into this, so it isn’t particularly effective)
- Tubbo and Foolish leave. Thevir could possibly have connections to H.
BOOK
- They head to HBomb’s house in the savannah. Foolish asks who else has been to Snowchester? Puffy, Ranboo -- Tubbo says that wouldn’t be possible -- Sam, Fundy...
- They make it to the mansion. Tubbo asks what direction it’s in -- they find it’s east of Snowchester. They search around.
IT HAS INSTRUCTIONS
- Foolish and Tubbo listen to chat to search places. Foolish says they’re all saying to go north, but he doesn’t know why. Tubbo doesn’t think they should go north.
- They think through more possibilities as they run back through the Nether. Quackity? No, Tubbo says he’s on good terms with Quackity. They have mutual respect.
HE NEEDS TO
- Does Tubbo have any enemies? Tubbo mentions that Phil isn’t the biggest fan of him due to the ankle bracelet, but Phil doesn’t really care.
- Tubbo suggests they go to L’manburg. He’s trying to think of past relations. Who were the enemies of L’manburg?
Dream, Technoblade, and Alivebur
- Would someone take the nuke for money or for power?
Tubbo: “The power. Everything on this server is about power, Foolish.”
- They reach L’manhole.
- Eret? Foolish says that when he spoke with Eret last, he was looking to a clean start.
Tubbo: “There are some benefits to knowing your insides and out around your country.”
- Tubbo leads Foolish down to the old underground library and panic bunker. They look through the chests. There are still bits of yellow and black concrete, blackstone... Original pieces of the walls.
- He takes Foolish through the tunnel to Pogtopia. Foolish remarks that he’s never been.
Wilbur and Tommy split off during the reign of Manberg. Tubbo built this tunnel to Pogtopia, but it was eventually found out.
- They mention that things have been quite...quiet recently.
- Tubbo shows Foolish the water drop escape into the tunnel, mentioning that he used it to escape death many times.
- They reach Pogtopia.
Foolish: “When you see this, do you see this as happy or sad memories?”
Tubbo: “Conflicting memories.”
- Tubbo shows Foolish the old pit. It’s dark, the lights are out. There’s the old potato farm that Tubbo made for Technoblade. They reminisce about Tubbo and Antfrost being taken hostage.
- They head back.
WAKE UP!
- Tubbo explains to Foolish that he built the bunker before the tunnel to Pogtopia. He shows the tunnel through which Tommy and Wilbur escaped during the inauguration.
- Foolish says it seems like L’manburg was a nice little place. Tubbo shows Foolish all the various escape routes he used. Dream used to hunt him down during the first L’manburg War for independence.
- Foolish can’t imagine it. There were so many little skirmishes that used to happen. Tubbo shows him the old surface entrance to Pogtopia.
- Tubbo leads him over to Technoblade’s old secret base. A significant part of history -- the original vault.
They find that some of the chests still have supplies that haven’t been taken yet.
- Tubbo patches it up a bit
Tubbo: “This is not how this place deserves to be remembered.”
- Foolish asks -- was this a revolution, a rebellion? Tubbo says it was a reclaiming. The revolution.
HE MUST!
- Foolish and Tubbo make it back to the crater. Foolish wonders if there would ever be a community like this again. Tubbo doesn’t think so. Everything’s too complicated now, everyone’s too split apart.
Tubbo: “So all we have now is memories.”
Foolish: “Well, we could always try to make new memories.”
Tubbo: “Yeah, but it won’t be the same.”
- Foolish tells Tubbo that Bad and the others have said that they can start cleaning up the Blood Vines.
- Tubbo leads Foolish down the Prime Path, asking whether he knows who built each of the builds along the route. Tubbo tells him who built each one.
- Tubbo thinks the Final Control Room is now gone.
- He shows Foolish his and Tommy’s old nuclear war bunker.
- They then return to Snowchester and the interrogation room. They haven’t narrowed down the suspects.
WAKE UP!!!!!!
- Foolish asks, what if the nukes were never really stolen, but just moved to a different part of Snowchester?
- Tubbo tells Foolish the mansion is north of the facility. They need to pause their investigation for the time being.
- Tommy does a birthday stream
- Tommy tells Tubbo that he doesn’t think Ranboo is right for him, and getting married at 17 was a bad idea.
- Ranboo joins the call.
- Tommy leads Tubbo into the ruins of Tubbo’s old house to give him some relationship advice. He thinks Tubbo should rebuild his house and move out.
- He then takes Tubbo to his “secret place.” Ranboo’s just there in the call. He asks where all the Egg has been going. He takes Tubbo to Fundy’s house, where he’s been keeping his things.
- Tubbo gets stuck in a cobweb
- Tommy wants to create a proper vault for his things. Drista gave Tommy many seeds.
- They go to see if the barrier block staircase is still there.
- Tommy wonders what a good place to hide things would be. He mentions Pogtopia.
- Tubbo leads him to L’manhole. Ranboo appears and gives Tommy a Totem of Undying for his birthday.
- They go down to the tunnel. Tommy tells Ranboo to tell him what problems he and Tubbo are having as they reach Pogtopia.
- Tommy starts mining a room into the wall and puts his riches in a chest. He asks Ranboo to talk about his feelings.
- They ask Sam for help with a redstone door and talk about TNT cannons. Maybe they could launch one at the prison to get to Dream. Sam comes to Pogtopia. He gives Tommy a few stacks of TNT for his birthday.
- They ride the railway back to L’manburg.
- They try to blow up the POG2020/ASS2020/CRY sign and in the process explode pretty much everything but. Tommy dies and respawns a million blocks away. He can’t break the bed due to mining fatigue. The totem was used up, he just died again and lost all his things.
- The CRY sign is now the Y7 sign
- They decide to work on clearing off Ponk and Punz’s towers of the Blood Vines. Here are some of the more interesting quotes that came up...
“My sacrifices are boneless, man, just like the wings.” - Ranboo
“Moist is just wet without the commitment.” - Ranboo
“God, why did you invent impotence?” - Tommy
“Who’s the god of English?”  “Shakespeare?”
“The mouth sounds are the reason why we can’t remember!” - Ranboo
“How do you reckon you’ll die?” - Tubbo
“Volcano.” - Tommy
- Afterwards, they head over to Ranboo’s house. The instant Phil logs on, Tommy logs off.
- Phil, Ranboo and Tubbo hang out at the Arctic.
- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson wishes Tommy a happy birthday and tells him to drink tequila.
- Ranboo fills a whole barrel full of totems.

Dream SMP/MCYT:-
CC! Ranboo:
- You guys met at highschool. You were basically a new student who moved into town from Britain! He was basically called to show you around and you two basically hung out with each other the whole day during and after school and became pretty good friends.
C! Ranboo:
- You are basically Phil's daughter and you met Ranboo on his first day in the Dream SMP lands and helped him with the tour along with giving him armor and other supplies he had needed. You two mostly hung around all day and became good friends.
CC! Foolish:
- You are a small streamer and one day you decided to raid Foolish after you were done with your stream. After you raided him, he thanked you and after he finished his stream he DMed you asking if you wanted to colab with him and you answered with a 'yes' and that's how you guys met online and became friends online and in real life after learning you two have the same area code.
C! Foolish:
- You are basically Awesamdude's daughter. One day you were exploring different areas on the SMP until you came across a portal in the Nether which led you to a desert like area which had many ancient Egypt like builds. Then you noticed a figure running around opening chests and as you came closer you saw the person was like a half-totem half-shark person. He seemed to notice you and introduced himself to you and you did the same. He basically showed you around the place and told each other about yourselves and eventually became friends.
The Village That Went Mad:-
Catboy! Corpse:
- You were a traveler and happened to stumble upon the village. Robin basically was the first to spot you and brought you to town to meet the Mayor Jimmy. Cat (Catboy! Corpse) offered to show you around town and you two basically became very good friends in less than two hours.
Cornelius:
- You and Cornelius were very good friends when you two were kids. You guys are still very inseparable and some see you two as siblings even though you two aren't but happen to be really good friends!
The Lost City Of Mizu:-
Ranbob:
- You met Ranbob after the incidents that took place in Mizu. He wasn't really talkative when you first met him but learned that there wasn't much oxygen left for him to live here so you offered to take him back home with you which he reluctantly agreed after a few seconds of thinking. He really wasn't used to being on the surface but knew eventually he would get used to it.
Charles:
- Your brother, Benjamin or Benji introduced you to Charles and the rest of his friends. You were basically the same age as Charles but a month younger. You and Charles hit it off really quick and became good friends. Benjamin was secretly shipping you guys along with Isaac and Cletus.
Isaac:
- You two met around town. He was basically carrying a huge stack of books from the library and accidentally bumped into you which resulted him dropping the books. You apologized profusely as you helped him pick up the books and thankfully he wasn't mad and apologized for not looking. Surely you helped him carry the books back home and got to know each other more.
((Author: When it comes to Charles and Isaac none of them died except in the Ranbob one so yeah-  ._.))
The Masquerade:-
Ranbutler:
- You two met at the Masquerade Sir Billiam III hosted! You were technically the youngest person to attend the Masquerade but of course you weren't younger than 16 or older than 17. Rather than talking to the other guests you would make your way and talk to Ranbutler. He was shocked at first when you talked to him but he enjoyed talking to you. You also may or may not have paid Sir Billiam a good amount of money so Ranbutler wouldn't work for him anymore and technically he was happy about this.
James:
- Like Ranbutler you two met at Sir Billiam III's Masquerade Party. You basically felt bad for James when Billiam asked about his wife who basically divorced him and left with her family. You decided to start a conversation with him hoping that it would make him a bit happy here. You told him a few jokes which would make him chuckle or maybe make him laugh a bit. He opened up to you a bit more which basically made you happy.
((Author: Oh and the Red Egg does not exist in here cause why not? >:) I have the power!))
The Wild West:-
John John:
- You were technically Mason's adoptive sister. You ran away from home since you despised your brother and his friends for being bandits plus your parents could care less about you. You came across this town and thought about staying here for the night before continuing on your journey. You came into the bar to just get a drink but of course nothing alcoholic. You were greeted by the bartender who introduced himself to be John John. You two talked most of the night since no one around at the bar plus helped you sleep in the inn. You met a few people at the town and just decided to stay here.
Mason:
- Your brother, Flint Michigan aka Connor introduced you to Mason and also to Jack Kanoff. You weren't really a huge fan of your brother's job by being a bandit. Mason was basically two months older than you and you two made small talk and sometimes he would be a flirt and in return you would be flustered and hit his arm to shut him up. You would receive a smirk from him which you really want to wipe it off his face.
((Author: Oh yeah and no one really dies lmao!))
The Haunted Mansion:-
Ash:
- You two met at school since you guys both have most of the same classes together. You two were basically best of friends. You were later introduced to his twin brother Zachary who was surprisingly taller than Ash.
Zachary:
- You two met for the first time at the AirBNB that your friend Connor invited you to. You really not sure if you wanted to go at first but Connor said there were two boys who were the same age as you so you gave in. When you knocked on the door of the AirBNB you were first greeted by a boy who seemed to be freakishly taller than you open the door. He introduced himself to be Zachary. You even met his younger twin, Ash who was basically a few inches shorter than Zachary.
The Pit:-
Ran:
- You two basically met at the Gladiator event that Porkius VII held. You were basically down at the area were everyone were waiting to fight against each other. You saw a few people talking to each other except one person who basically looked like an enderman but with green eyes. You were a bit nervous to talk to him but you went up anyways to strike a conversation with him. He didn't talk much but he did listen to you and would smile every once in a few minute or so.
Jackie:
- You were Genevieve's little sister who also joined the Gladiator event. You didn't talk to anyone besides your sister and when your name was called up for the semi-finals you fought against Jackie in which you ended up losing to. Jackie felt bad for injuring you so he picked you up and went back to the others and patched you up. You thanked him afterwards and wished him good luck in the finals.

A/N : the reader has telekinesis-
Summary: Donna sings to herself as the reader leaves the house to buy some groceries from Duke. The song contains Donna's feelings for the reader and she doesn't realize that the reader hears the song she sings. Can Donna explain the truth to the reader? In particular, can the reader accept Donna's feelings?
Tumblr media
Seeing that it had snowed and the temperature was starting to get colder, [Y/N] took the coat that was hanging and put it on neatly. [Y/N] didn't forget to also wear a scarf Donna made. Taking a deep breath, the [colour] eyes immediately turned towards to the hanging mirror. A gentle smile slowly etched on his face, [Y/N] was so happy that he finally got to wear the scarf that was so precious to him.
Angie, the doll, notice this. She immediately got off the chair and approached [Y/N]. "Where do you want to go?" she asked, tilting her head. "Ah, Angie. I just wanted to buy some things from the Duke - we are run out of groceries. Can you tell Lady Beneviento that I'll be back soon?" Angie's attention immediately turned to the window showing the snowy season outside, she looked back at [Y/N]. Quickly, the doll hugged [Y/N]'s pants tightly making [Y/N] flinch slightly.
"Then come back soon, okay? It's so cold outside, Donna and I don't want you to get sick, even worse, a high fever like that time."
[Y/N] softened his gaze then he squatted down and patted Angie's head lightly, "I promise, I won't be long." After reassuring the doll, [Y/N] stood back up and started to grip the doorknob. "I'm sure of that." Angie watched his figure leave their house and closed the door so the temperature inside the house wouldn't get colder.
Not wanting to make the Dollmaker wait long, Angie immediately went to Donna's room. She opened the door and saw the owner of the house was now sewing clothes for other dolls. "Mother! Father said he was going away for a while to buy some things from the Duke, he promised he would be back soon." Angie told Donna as she walked over to her.
"Is that so? he'd better keep his word." Donna replied, she looked at Angie then motioned herself to sit on her lap. "Father also wears a scarf that Mother made for him. He looks very handsome when he wears it." She exclaimed happily, both of Donna's cheeks blushed as she imagined the man wearing the scarf she had made.
"Angie, please. Stop calling him Father. He's not my lover nor husband-"
"-Yet. He's going to be MY Father soon."
Donna couldn't help but sigh when Angie said that, she immediately finished her work for hours and then she went to the main room with Angie in her arms. She looked at the painting of herself and Angie with the man, a gentle smile she could see on [Y/N]'s handsome face. The man's presence made her life shine brighter again, Donna was really grateful for that.
She slowly hummed then she began to sing, "everything you do it sends me,"
She put Angie on the chair and took a photo of [Y/N] which was on the table. "higher than the moon with every twinkle in your eyes,"
She started to circle around the table while looking at [Y/N]'s photo, "you strike a match that lights my heart on fire-"
Hearing this, Angie immediately panicked, "Mother - Are you okay!?" Donna looked at Angie and then she reassured her doll that she was fine. "When you're near i hide my blushing face and trip on my shoelaces" Angie just rolled her eyes and let Donna continue singing.
"Grace just isn't my forte- but it brings me to my knees when you say,"
The Dollmaker put the man's photo frame back and poured the tea into her cup "hello, how are you, my darling, today?"
After pouring tea into each cup, Donna took her seat and held hers, "i fall into a pile on the floor, puppy love is hard to ignore."
Donna turned her attention to the man's photo frame "when every little thing you do i do.. Adore." Then she put on her sad smile on her delicate face. With that, Donna sipped her tea with a calm and messy feeling.
"... lady Beneviento?"
Donna's eye widened when she heard her servant's voice, Angie immediately look at her Mother's back and saw [Y/N] is now standing in front of the door with blush on his cheeks. "Ohoho~ he's already back Mother- you better confess or this awkward atmosphere will engulf the two of you, Welcome back! Come join us, [Y/N]!!" The man putting all the supplies and groceries on the near table and then he slowly walked up to his Lady and Angie. Donna didn't utter a single word since she's too busy thinking that 'did her servant listen to everything she just sing?' She's really afraid to see [Y/N]'s expression right now.
"What are waiting for? Come, sit down next to Donna!" Angie invited the man and making him sit next to the head of the house Beneviento. And nope, no words are coming out of the Lady's mouth nor the servant's mouth.
Silence engulf the room, Angie roll her eyes as she cross her wooden arms, "Okay, quick question; [Y/N]!"
"Y-Yes..!?"
"Did you hear the song? The song that Donna just sing?" She question while tilting her head, The man hesitately nod his head and lower his head, "i'm sorry if that's.. Uncomfortable for you, Lady Beneviento." The servant apologize to his lady immediately, Donna sighs in relief, "No need to apologize, [Y/N]. Just-.. Don't tell the other lords that i-i.. I could sing, because it'll be embarassing.."
"Of course, i will never bring it up unless you want me to, my lady."
Once again, Silence engulf the three of them. Angie decide to break the boring silence, "Did you hear the i do adore part, [Y/N]?" She ask again - making Donna roll her eye behind her long black veil.
"Yes, Angie." he answered as he try to stay calm. "Then... What do you think about it?" He raised his eyebrows in confusion, "Pardon?" Angie giggles at this and then she bounced in her sit, "about Donna that she adore you silly!"
His face immediately turn red as tomato then he turned his attention away from the doll while clear his throat. "Well... It's an honor for me if lady Beneviento adore-" before he finish his sentence, Angie cut him off "in romantic way! Not platonic or something like that!" his eyes widened after hearing her statement.
Tumblr media
"Angie!" Donna exclaimed at her precious doll, Angie just keep grinning to herself
"Well.. About that i-" he pause himself, not sure about to answer. Donna look at her servant in hopeful way, believing him that he would not leave her and Angie like the others did for years.
The man served Donna with respect, no yelling or protest from him, he always waited and remained patient to get other instructions from Donna, he also understood the problems Donna had experienced.
He is Kind, Understanding, Generous, Gentle and very Polite. How could Donna not fall in love with him- let alone the girls in the village?
Donna stayed silent; clearly not focus on her servant and her doll talking. Until Angie gently shake her shoulder, "Donna? Donna are you okay?" the woman glance at her doll behind her long black veil and nod her head, gesturing to continue.
Instead of talking, Angie immediately laughed and leave the room while giving the servant thumbs up. Donna is confused, why is she suddenly leave the room - especially alone with the man she adored so much?
Without wasting any time, [Y/N] got up from his seat and walk over to the lady then knelt down while gently grab her delicate hands. "Lady Beneviento i-.. Honestly, i adore you too. I adore you with all my heart. I don't care what the other say about this, i don't want to believe their words or the negative comments about you."
He can feel that Donna's hands are shaking when he keep holding it and tell her everything about how he felt towards her. "I-is it true? That you adore me too?" Donna ask her servant while trembling - then a smile that she loved so much is already on his face, "of course, i adore you so much. That's why, i would do anything for you and there will be question when you're going order me to do it." he answered while puffing his chest like a happy kiddo.
Donna chuckled then shook her head, slowly the chuckle turned into soft sobs. [Y/N] immediately gave her a comfortable and warm hug; waited until Donna calmed down.
"I-i'm sorry.. I just- i'm so happy right now.." The dollmaker tried to explain but cut off by her servant, "i understand, i'm also happy too when you adored me since...?" "since you take care of me when i'm sick." "ah yes, that one year ago. Wait, For that long!? Now i feel really bad for not notice this sooner."
Donna put her hand on his shoulder, "please, don't be. I understand that some feelings are blooming with a long time. Well, mine is already bloom in front of you.." [Y/N] chuckled at her then stare at the veil with curiousness. When Donna notice the stare he immediately avert his gaze to somewhere else and then slowly stood up. "I almost forgot that i have something for you, Lady Beneviento-". "Please, call me Donna, [Y/N]."
‘Donna? So Donna Beneviento is her full name? What a beautiful name for a percious yet fragile lady like her..’
He smiled at her and then nod his head, [Y/N] gp to the bag full of groceries he just buy and then he take a small white box from the bag. He look at Donna with full of admiration and Happiness then he showed her the gift. "For you, My lady."
Donna take the small white box and open it, she gasp when she saw a beautiful diamond ring that shine like the moonlight she loved so much. "This ring.. It's very beautiful, how much for a beautiful ring is this?" she ask while examining the ring with carefully.
[Y/N] shrugged at the question, "1000 lei - it's not that much-" "1000 lei?! [Y/N], this ring is very expensive and you-.. You buy it with your own money just to give it to.. A disgusting woman l-like me?"
[Y/N] frown at this and then shook his head, "why would you say something like that? I don't adore an ugly woman; because i believe that every women in this world are beautiful, especially you, My Lady." Donna keep silent as she fight for herself to not let a single tear fall again. Even though [Y/N] couldn't see it behind her veil.
There's silence for a moment, until [Y/N] ask her a permission that she will not let everyone touch it. "May i?" he ask while gestures to her veil, she is debating with her mind and her heart is beating uncontrolable. With that, she decide to let him - to show him her true face.
But before he take off her veil, Donna felt that his hand gave her a comfort squeeze and let her calm herself down again. Minutes has passed, Donna nod her so her servant can finally lift her veil.
And when he did, the massive growth of flesh that overtook the woman's right side of her face - completely replacing her right eye is what he sees. [Y/N]'s eyes widened at his lady's face -the horror and fear in Donna's eye- before she's rambling about negative things about herself, [Y/N] immediately shut her with a sudden hug again. Letting her tears flow on his chest. Donna hug him tight for her dear life.
[Y/N] whispers something to comfort her and rub her back gently, he even kiss her forehead - not carring about the massive flesh. He wiped her tears and then smile softly at her, his gaze making Donna's heart melt with joy. The way he look at her is his reply, he accept her. Everything about her.
‘and i still adore you so much.’
“Beautiful, My Beautiful Lady.” he whispers while cupping her pale cheek, and then when they are about to close the gap between the two of them - Angie barged in the room while screaming, "AAAAA DONNA SAVE ME FROM THOSE BEES!!" She jumped on her lap and hug her tightly as she buried her face on donna's neck.
[Y/N] snapped his fingers and the entrance was instantly closed before the bees entered the Beneviento estate. Their attention turn to [Y/N] who is smiling happily after shutting the door closed without touching it. "The bees won't harm you anymore-"
"YOU-.. YOU'RE A TELEKINESIS JUST LIKE THAT METAL HIMBO BRAIN ROT!?" Angie ask [Y/N] with eagerness as she sat on his lap instead of Donna's.
"I don't know who are you talking about but yes, i'm a telekinesis." [Y/N] answered while pat her head and still hold Donna's hand as if there was nothing happened after seeing her true face. "So... Did i ruined the moment?" Angie asks with her smug face, "well, a little bit." [Y/N] answer her, He can feel that Donna held his hand and give him a tiny squeeze.
"Ohoho~ alright alright! I won't bother you two and i'll close my eyes!" With that, she immediately closed her eyes with her wooden hands as she keep giggling.
Donna roll her eye and then she glance at her soon-to-be lover, [Y/N] grinned at her then take her veil off slowly that showing her black silky hair with a small bun behind it, he smiled at her and then cupped her pale cheek.
"When every little thing you do, i do adore."
Donna smiled shyly at him and close the gap between the two of them - to make it official about their feelings and their relationship.
"Now finally; i have my own father!"
"Angie- "
