one of these days I've gotta write about Phoenix and the whole backstory I've crafted for him, since TLF never gave him any kind of lore because he was a non-canon character in a spinoff game whose sole purpose it seems was to sacrifice himself and die at the end anyway, so any backstory they might have given him would have been completely meaningless

#ellie rambles #still annoyed that the only way to (legally) access TLF now is to pay $160 a year for PS Plus Premium and the classics catalog #and btw if you cancel your subscription you lose access to all the classic games you buy/download under that subscription #at least from my understanding based on the FAQ page #kinda like how you can't just pay for a month of Apple Music download a bunch of music and then cancel your subscription #so if I want to see Phoenix without looking up cutscenes on YouTube I have two options:#it's either an expensive gaming subscription that I know I would barely use anyway. or buy a used PSP and a copy of the game.#why does the world insist on putting paywalls between me and my man!!!!
