Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve been MIA for a while. Life has been super crazy. Here is my current WIP. I’m not exactly sure where I’m going with this painting yet. But I’m excited to be painting one of my favorites... A Toad! I love painting toads. They always make me think of grumpy old men, and that amuses the crud out of me! Ok I’m stuck... I need people’s opinions, I don’t know how I feel about the upper portion of this painting. I feel like the darkest plants and mushrooms at the top distract from the rest of the painting, I’m considering cropping the painting down so that it ends just above the big green mushroom, thoughts anyone?
